Sarah Miller (@_CreateEvents) reported from Aston Clinton, England@EE when will the signal in a Buckinghamshire improve? For the last week the signal is so poor there is no 4G???
-
Jamie Goodliffe (@Jamie367p) reported from Henley-on-Thames, EnglandAppalled by @EE customer service this afternoon. After I incurred a roaming charge clearly issued in error, nobody wants to resolve the issue. It’s great, hand over thousands of pounds to them and when there’s an error of £1.50 they won’t budge.
-
Steve H (@Me_Scuba_Steve) reported from Aylesbury Vale, England@EE I spent an hour and a half trying to get the hub to function - should have been in bed for an early morning Teams call. I was more annoyed that there was no technical support - everywhere was saying use the EE community but as you saw that wasn’t available either.
-
Steve Perry (@pezzaspurs) reported from Thame, Englandcomplain to @O2 about poor signal and no data.. they agree to send you a new sim card in the next few days and decide to completely cut you off before you've got it. Absolute amateur hour. Worst decision leaving @EE 🥺🥺🥺
-
⚽Russell Cox💙 (@RussWWFC) reported from Hazlemere, England@tescomobile I'll be shopping around when I leave @EE in June, though I'm happy with the service, the rises are steep. Fancied another Pixel but you don't do that at the moment.
-
gillian mary (@gillianwyatt601) reported from Quainton, England@EE IT SEEMS THAT YOU AREN'T WILLING TO HELP EITHER... I CANNOT TEXT BECAUSE THERE IS NO MONEY IN MY TOP UP SERVICE... M🌶MS (@m1mssss) reported from Aylesbury Vale, England@EE No point in trying a little to late to not want me upset! , my network and 4G don’t work and you’re over charging me for my bills 😡😡
-
Andrew Katz 🍍 (@andrewjskatz) reported from Merton, EnglandI’m absolutely livid with @ee. They have cut off my phone service for an overdue bill, because their systems can’t collect money from my bank account or my credit card. I have spent hours on the phone trying to pay them. Variations of this problem have been recurring monthly.
-
Andrew O'Connor (@Wharfemeister) reported from Cholesbury-cum-St. Leonards, England@chefandiwalker @EE 1 basic rule. Ask for disconnections. They have more power than telesales as its their job to keep you as a customer. Same in any contractual commitment with any supplier. It works. Trust me.
-
Gareth Dean (@GarethDeanPR) reported from South Stoke, England@EE Hi guys, this doesn’t really answer the question for me. Is there a general problem with iPhone 12 pro orders? How long are they expected to be delayed by? The estimate for delivery was 21 days when I ordered and we are 24 days I haven’t had any updates, emails or texts.
-
Alex Taylor (@adntaylor) reported from Tring, England@hindleyoung @EE @MarcAllera As somebody who used to work for them, that makes me really sad. Unfortunately we got bought by BT, who promised not to screw us up, and then, erm, did. That’s why I left. Marc is a good guy though, so I hope he will fix things for you.
-
Stevie Stevie (@Gobshy8e) reported from Marlow Bottom, England@EE Help. I need to urgently go to Bosnia Herzegovina on Monday and have an EE payg SIM card. I have topped up credit on top of the monthly sim only plan but I can only call home numbers in Bosnia but it won’t allow me to call mobile numbers. How can I?
-
Johnny Norris (@TheJohnnyNorris) reported from Wooburn, England@EE Because my experience with #EE has been awful. My phone doesn’t work in Europe, the reception at home is dreadful (despite the salesman reassuring us that we’re in a good reception area). They cut MY phone off when my son upgraded & our #EE broadband is the worst we’ve ever had.
-
gillian mary (@gillianwyatt601) reported from Quainton, England@EE ... Could someone from EEtop up card please contact me... I tried to top up my phone because @tescomobile are unable to help me topping up my mobile on their app... so I topped up using EE... they took £19.60 from my bank account but have failed to top up my phone... I would
-
Ryan R 🏴 (@RyanRay74) reported from Wooburn, England@Camden_Paul @EE I had a similar issue with them a few months back with the kids phones, the broadband wasn’t working at home and the EE engineer couldn’t fix it so they were ‘gifted’ 20gb each until it was fixed. Luckily I checked as they’d billed me for each, over £200!!!
-
Luke Hashman (@lukehashman) reported from Princes Risborough, EnglandNo service on @EE at the moment. Reported it to see if there’s a wider issue and apparently they will get back to me “within 48 hours”. Not the most helpful…
-
Dave Hampton 🌍🌳 (@carboncoach) reported from Marlow Bottom, EnglandAnyone else having problems with the way @EE seem to measure monthly data use? EE are telling me I’m using significantly more -on average-and over a prolonged period- than I ever did on old @O2 contract (since switching: to save £1pcm) Nothing else has changed Over to you @EE
-
Marie Bessant (@MarieB_Music) reported from Beaconsfield, England@EE She really listened to my needs and found me the best plan and option with zero pushiness. I was only thinking about upgrading early, and her service made me sure. X
-
Alan Smith (@wemightasweltri) reported from Wingrave, England@EE Morning, please can you let me know if there is a problem with the #ee signal in Alyesbury? I cannot receive or make calls and I have not 4g. Thanks in advance
-
Mark Stanborough (@markstanborough) reported from Aylesbury Vale, EnglandUnhappy with the poor service from @EE. Phone battery won't last, and I can upgrade, but they want to almost DOUBLE my monthly cost! They claim the new handset is more expensive than before. So I checked. £60 difference, or £2.50 a month! Losing a loyal customer here 😔
