EE Outage in Backworth, Northumberland, England

Anyone else having problems with @EE mobile signal in #southshields

@EE been trying to dm you regarding an issue but have had no reply yet

@ee no signal on 5g in @IcelandFoods wife 4g on @virginmedia full signal.

Still got sync problems on @btsport on my #firestick @ee. Not a happy bunny. Pay for this aswell .

@EE credit where its due. Great customer service this morning. I have been a customer for a lot of years and it's nice to get some loyalty in return. #ee #phonecontract

Anybody in rural Northumberland on @VodafoneUK? I’m looking at upgrades, on @EE at present and their offerings are terrible in comparison to changing to Vodafone.

@EE Despite my phone stating I have a 5G signal, I cannot use my phone at St. James' Park, Newcastle. People on other networks don't seem to have this issue. I've tried manual selection of network, switching off 5G etc. but no joy. Why is this happening?

@EE apparently you've been trying to contact me regarding a complaint. I can't find an email from you. If I DM the complaint reference, are you able to tell me what's happening?

I don’t understand how @EE can say I have excellent signal on their app when I currently have 0 bars in my house and missed a important phone call because I have no signal 😡I’ve never known a network like it

@EE having problems setting up bt sport which is included as my add on? Spent 25 mins on hold yesterday and now up to 25mins today 🤯

@EE hi I'm having trouble upgrading from the App. I follow the link but I get this message (pic attached). When I log on direct from website it doesn't give me the option to upgrade the line I want ( the others on my account are all visible). Help!

@EE You have been upfront about the price increase but as you see from the Government, things arent set in stone and still charging it and then making 2billion profit is a bit rich,not the sort of company I want to deal with.I will be leaving after nearly 25 yrs of being a customer

@EE Unable to make phone calls as there’s a reported outrage in my area, (MK13) in Milton Keynes. This has been on going all. Unable to pnone EE as the call cuts out. How long will this issue last and are engineers working on the problem?

Non fibre broadband area, so reliant on ADSL via @SkyHelpTeam (crap at best) & 4g from @ThreeUKSupport which has been utterly shite for days. Neighbour has gone with @EE for poss faster 4g so waiting on their results. If good it’ll be “goodbye 3” for both broadband & 2x mobiles.

@EE How do I get a letter of deadlock from EE ? Iam going to the Ombudsman. Fed up with the dreadful service.

@EE is there anyway I can turn off 5G on my plan? Whenever I go into a 5G area everything takes an age to load. No problems on network checker either.
