@BT & @EE couldnt organise a pissup in a brewery. Due to their mistake a elderly person with health issues is now with out a working mobile phone number !!!!!!

@EE I have had no phone signal for the last 3 days. It seems to go off around 8am and comes back at 9pm. Very frustrating and also dangerous. I am a childminder and need to be able to make and receive calls

@EE phone signal been off in NE25 since September 5th. When will this be resolved? There is an acknowledged fault but keep being told it will be repaired within 16 hours.

@EE Hi yeah it's ne290rt, North shields, honestly it's been going on for nearly a year, signal is shocking around our area, I have rang up a few times. Was told I was not in a contract so I could get another provider, found that comment so wrong, have been a customer for years

Woke to learn my @EE mobile contact is going up by 14.4%. Whilst I’m closer to pensionable age than 21 I should be pleased BT will pay dividends on obscene profits and help my pension but that’s 14.4% less money I’ll spend in the economy, it all feels a bit flawed and inequitable

@EE are an absolute joke. I pay close to £500 a month for my business contracts and for a while my signal has been rubbish when on the phone to clients. Turns out their network has been down along the north wales coast since SEPTEMBER 🙃

@EE My phone has stopped charging and the battery charger is losing its charge very quickly but they won't repair it because the phone has a chip on the screen no where the charger port only had the phone six months don't believe them steer clear of this network

@EE I received notification that my mobile number is going to be disconnected from the 3G network on 27th January 2023 and I will need to move to 5G. It is not clear to me if this is going to happen automatically or if I have to do anything to continue using my number with 5G.
