@EE My wife had just spoken to your @EE retention team who agreed that we’ve been treated worse than any case they’ve seen... but unbelievably we are to expect another two calls from the retention team who can offer no help. Why bother, it’s just really rubbing the salt in.

@Heidi_LFC9 @ThreeUK @EE I'm paying £57 month on 3 for my Samsung S10+ and it's a 2 year plan. I'll have enough to pay off the remaining 15 months in one go soon and I'll swap to EE. I've never had 3 add to my bills when on Unlimited.

  • engg_rky Raj (@engg_rky) reported from Newcastle upon Tyne, England

I’m planning to #leave @EE network as they are NOT providing few free international minutes. They have 20£ 500 min and 10£ 1000 min (math is wrong) I need at least 300 min free per month, I am having 24£ plan. @lebara @LycamobileUK has unlimited min in 15£ with 8GB data

  • lcrawford1983 Laura Crawford (@lcrawford1983) reported from Langley Park, England

  • Johnad25 John Adams (@Johnad25) reported from Durham, England

@benjymous @Plusnet Sounds much more like it from their customer services. I’ll try and use the referral code if I can, but it may clash with the Bluelight discount my wife gets. Gouging a #keyworker in a global crisis isn’t classy thanks again @EE.

  • LPearmanPhotos Laura Pearman Headshots Photographer (@LPearmanPhotos) reported from South Shields, England

@EE Hey! Can I report a phishing scam to you. Just got a dodgy text about a phoney bill issue. #phishing #PunIntended

  • RobbyRSSRobot Robby (@RobbyRSSRobot) reported from Newcastle upon Tyne, England

@EE No seems okay now. It's just a bit weird. Came up that my SIM card wasn't recognised. I restarted the phone and then it couldn't access MyEE. It still didn't think I was on a network but I could make calls. Strange.

You can always trust @EE to make a mess of any situation! Renewed my EE broadband which came ‘active’ on 22nd and went down to 2mbps. Call support and after being on the phone for one hour (to a quite polite guy) can’t get through to remote services. EE MAN! I want my Xmas movies

  • L17aamLiam Liam (@L17aamLiam) reported from Gateshead, England

@EE Yes this morning. You were still a very long way from @skytv. It seems that customer loyalty isn’t worth as much as a new customer is. All 3 lines will be moving to sky.

  • stevew_pfc steve (@stevew_pfc) reported from Cramlington, England

@EE speaking to Amber Foster & Jade Muir. They have no idea of customer service and just insist on making the situation worse. #Poor Try and employ people who can do the job!!!! 75 mins and no further forward to

  • kevinamayers Kevin Mayers (@kevinamayers) reported

@EE I have NEVER in my 22yrs with yourselves, had such a bad customer experience. NEVER! I shall be contacting your head of customer experience to get some resolution. All over being misinformed, not going the extra mile due to the circumstance and being spoken to rudely by staff

  • Coquelicotworld Coquelicot 💜🤍💚 🟥 (@Coquelicotworld) reported

@EE @biketheftalert I have registered interest on 3 separate occasions but never had a notification email from you. I’d ‘paid’ the £10 upfront cost by 08:30 yesterday morning which is still showing as pending with my bank but no confirmation email received. What’s going on, @EE?

  • Simon_J_Black Simon Black (@Simon_J_Black) reported

Using my mobile from @ee in Pembroke is pointless. Two, three or four bars on my signal yet nothing ever loads (I’m using Wi-Fi for this!).

  • nikolajht Nikolaj Hansen-Turton (@nikolajht) reported

@MarcAllera @TutelaTech @EE You still haven’t fixed the issue where users are staying stuck on 4G when 5G is available (seems to be related to Wi-Fi calling). Just search EE 5G on Twitter and you will see so many users effected including myself for over a week. EE Support hasn’t been helpful at all.

  • cipher0290 Callum (@cipher0290) reported

@EE @PokemonGoApp Both the EE locations in my town are stops, this makes no sense, why make this event when it doesn't work for all, fix this

  • CeeDaawg Cedaawg (@CeeDaawg) reported

@EE Thank you but I will be taking this further as a complaint. Do not appreciate being made a joke of, over a game I enjoy playing dye to your companies inability to inform its staff of events. 3 stores with no clue.

  • Andrew_Shrimper Andrew Soul (@Andrew_Shrimper) reported

@EE My business contract was requested to be cancelled by my previous work on 15/10 and the notice period ends on 15/11, but they’re saying you can’t give me a PAC code?!? Please help!!

  • kay_way Kay Dekker (@kay_way) reported

Phone got stolen over ten days ago and @ThreeUK have basically left me stranded. @EE, have you got a contract for me that actually helps to look after and offers support in case of other such emergencies?

  • DaddyPudding85 Deano (@DaddyPudding85) reported

@EE can I cancel my contract online or do I have to call up?

  • Mr_Why_Y_ Mr. Y (@Mr_Why_Y_) reported

@gamergirl757 @EE @PokemonGoApp You call it "blonde moment" I call it stupidity. Not hating, just stating facts about people like you who jump to conclusions without understanding the facts in before. It's annoying and it's a bad mentality that people have on the Internet. think before talk, truth hurts.
