    @EE ...and since spoken to BT directly they advise me that I have the service on the app through you and not BT directly or via my Sky subscription. Could you confirm if this is correct and whether I am paying extra for this? Thank you in advance. Shahan

    @EE walked past my local ee store today and heard the worst sale's pitch being given to two elderly people,something along the lines of "once this whole covid thing is over you can use this phone to do as much as you like" such a rediculous pitch and out of order

    @EE why is it that me and my wife have had our phones on EE for over a year and in that time we have not made a single call from our home without the signal being awful or the call being cut off? I'll be moving networks if we can't get a signal boost

    @EE My 4G has been super slow recently. And our EE WIFI is broken (a second time) due to be fixed in the morning. Not ideal having awful 4G and broken WiFi. As well as this I’ve used loads of data due to broken WiFi :/ can you reimburse?

    @EE Hi, is there any transmitter problems affecting DH5 area? My mam has no mobile signal despite turning phone off & on numerous times. She’s 76 so doesn’t quite understand the technicalities of signals, transmitters etc so I said I’d contact you.

    Trying to join @EE from another network. Put my sim in phone, went to EE/join online, followed steps and now greeted with “were unable to retrieve your account details right now”. Should I just give up before I’ve ever started? It’s already becoming stressful. 🙄

    I've known stress like trying to cancel a contract for an apple watch (haven't had an iPhone in over a year) and ive been paying 21 quid a month for **** all and now @EE are making it near impossible for me to cancel as I DONT HAVE A VALID MOBILE NUMBER

    @EE i have tried to remove the bt sport casting service by messaging 150 as advised on the app and it doesnt work! Ive been charged again this month for it!

    @EE the only consumer power I have us to let everyone know what an awful company EE are.. literally ripped me off for over £2000.. unfortunately stuck with them till my contract ends, need to speak to them but can't. . Dreadful service once yr caught

    @LeonaONeill1 @skytv Keep an eye on the 1st date and once 28 days pass, tell them to cancel your contact, I did this with talktalk. I then went to @EE broadband and mobile, when my broadband went down they gave me 100gb of mobile data to use. They are hands down the best provider I've had.

    @EE #EEdown #Day9 No work, No emergency phone line and it affects our business. We’ve been told an engineer will ‘assess’ the situation and not expecting an update now until the 17th!!! I doubt this would happen in a more populated area. Why is it taking so long?

    Hey @EE I requested your broadband on the 5th of April and week after week you keep pushing the timeframe. Now I have to wait the 17th of May to receive the next update! How is this even possible? Working from home on a hotspot because of your lack of transparency. Terrible CX

    @EE Hi, I've pm'd you earlier about a no signal fault which is happening everyday. Am not able to report it as is within 48hr since I last reported it!! ....even though the status is saying it has been fixed😭
