  • engg_rky Raj (@engg_rky) reported from Newcastle upon Tyne, England

I’m planning to #leave @EE network as they are NOT providing few free international minutes. They have 20£ 500 min and 10£ 1000 min (math is wrong) I need at least 300 min free per month, I am having 24£ plan. @lebara @LycamobileUK has unlimited min in 15£ with 8GB data

  • RobbyRSSRobot Robby (@RobbyRSSRobot) reported from Newcastle upon Tyne, England

@EE No seems okay now. It's just a bit weird. Came up that my SIM card wasn't recognised. I restarted the phone and then it couldn't access MyEE. It still didn't think I was on a network but I could make calls. Strange.

  • MichaelChapmanJ Michael Chapman-John (@MichaelChapmanJ) reported from Hetton-Le-Hole, England

@EE I will, there should be a Complaint on my account masked as resolved as I was assured it was solved

  • ian_safc_1974 Ian (@ian_safc_1974) reported from Dunston, England

  • sedge1989 Shaun Edge (@sedge1989) reported from Ryton, England

You can always trust @EE to make a mess of any situation! Renewed my EE broadband which came ‘active’ on 22nd and went down to 2mbps. Call support and after being on the phone for one hour (to a quite polite guy) can’t get through to remote services. EE MAN! I want my Xmas movies

  • stevew_pfc steve (@stevew_pfc) reported from Cramlington, England

@EE speaking to Amber Foster & Jade Muir. They have no idea of customer service and just insist on making the situation worse. #Poor Try and employ people who can do the job!!!! 75 mins and no further forward to

  • Johnad25 John Adams (@Johnad25) reported from Durham, England

@EE Retention call number 2 from @EE, your own team are disgusted with your service and are raising additional complaints on our behalf. Surely you’ve got this one wrong...

  • Johnad25 John Adams (@Johnad25) reported from Durham, England

@EE My wife had just spoken to your @EE retention team who agreed that we’ve been treated worse than any case they’ve seen... but unbelievably we are to expect another two calls from the retention team who can offer no help. Why bother, it’s just really rubbing the salt in.

  • maniccollie ManicCollie (@maniccollie) reported from Cramlington, England

@EE Yes tried all that. I tried to phone EE and there was a recorded message saying that they were aware there was a problem

  • engg_rky Raj (@engg_rky) reported from Newcastle upon Tyne, England

As expected @EE never cares about customer relationship and thus had not replied. @VodafoneUK @O2 if you have better options for me with 500 min India calls per month then please contact me I will port my number

  • Whitby_Born 🎶🌸ⓈⓉⒺⓋⒺ🌸🎶 (@Whitby_Born) reported from South Shields, England

@Heidi_LFC9 @ThreeUK @EE I'm paying £57 month on 3 for my Samsung S10+ and it's a 2 year plan. I'll have enough to pay off the remaining 15 months in one go soon and I'll swap to EE. I've never had 3 add to my bills when on Unlimited.

  • lcrawford1983 Laura Crawford (@lcrawford1983) reported from Langley Park, England

@EE Hi. Is there a problem with your website. I have been trying to log into my broadband account to remove devices and it keeps telling me to try later

  • Johnad25 John Adams (@Johnad25) reported from Durham, England

@benjymous @Plusnet Sounds much more like it from their customer services. I’ll try and use the referral code if I can, but it may clash with the Bluelight discount my wife gets. Gouging a #keyworker in a global crisis isn’t classy thanks again @EE.

  • DarrenMorgan Darren (@DarrenMorgan) reported from Washington, England

    @BootneckShuffle @O2 @EE Never had a problem with O2 untill I switched my DD date. They're hopeless

  • eddygraham39 Eddy39 (@eddygraham39) reported from Craghead, England

  • L17aamLiam Liam (@L17aamLiam) reported from Gateshead, England

@EE Yes this morning. You were still a very long way from @skytv. It seems that customer loyalty isn’t worth as much as a new customer is. All 3 lines will be moving to sky.

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • Sajid05460373 Sajid (@Sajid05460373) reported

@EE i would strongly advise anyone thinking about getting a contract with EE check out the phone you want with the other three networks and you will see how extortionate EE prices are..and you don't get decent customer service for extra money

  • Goementle Moe Gentle (@Goementle) reported

@EE false advertisement is not good... appalling service

  • BarbaraRich_law Barbara Rich (@BarbaraRich_law) reported

@Ch4rli3Alpha @EE Thanks for your expert insights. At least it can do no harm for EE to be aware of this specific fraudulent use of the network, so they (or any other telco they pass the information on to) can do whatever they can to trace it

  • BarbaraRich_law Barbara Rich (@BarbaraRich_law) reported

@EE Thanks for your response. I do already know how to block unwanted calls, and have blocked this number. But shouldn’t EE be doing something to stop these criminals using your network and preying on and frightening vulnerable people with their fraudulent calls? I think you should

  • Sajid05460373 Sajid (@Sajid05460373) reported

@EE if you need EE to repair a phone for you its takes them two weeks.. go to the manufacturer direct under warranty and they will take 5 days..so you offer this service why?

  • bettybretty Verity Brett (@bettybretty) reported

Well today @TalkTalk and @EE bith brought me close to breaking point, 3 hours on the phone to TT still rubbish internet, still investigating now and absolutely shocking customer service, im sure they will be straight on the phone to me once i dont pay my bill 🤔

  • redrock_it Mark Scarborough (@redrock_it) reported

@btbusinesscare @EE @VodafoneUK can anyone donate equipment or internet to families of children in special schools who don’t have access to learning that has gone online? #learn #donate #help

  • Sajid05460373 Sajid (@Sajid05460373) reported

@EE if your trade a device for one of theirs..and then you change your mind within 14 days..its very unlikely you will get your trade in back once Brightstar have it..So they get a handset out of you while your left with nothing..not very befitting of the so called best network

  • Ch4rli3Alpha MikeAlphaCh4rli3 (@Ch4rli3Alpha) reported

@BarbaraRich_law @EE Unfortunately, the people here won’t be able to get it to the right place, plus as I say, it’s a wider strategic effort to reduce network abuse. We just have to live with it in practice. Here in the US, it's even worse, despite interoperability between carriers to ‘certify’ calls

  • Ch4rli3Alpha MikeAlphaCh4rli3 (@Ch4rli3Alpha) reported

@BarbaraRich_law @EE ..and how do you propose they do that? Reducing network abuse is a strategic, multi-telco effort that requires months of planning.
