Whilst I’m closer to pensionable age than 21 I should be pleased BT will pay dividends on obscene profits and help my pension but that’s 14.4% less money I’ll spend in the economy, it all feels a bit flawed and inequitable

Was told I was not in a contract so I could get another provider, found that comment so wrong, have been a customer for years
