  • Bailz84 David Bailey (@Bailz84) reported from Durham, England

@EE why is it that me and my wife have had our phones on EE for over a year and in that time we have not made a single call from our home without the signal being awful or the call being cut off? I'll be moving networks if we can't get a signal boost

  • Johnad25 John Adams (@Johnad25) reported from Durham, England

@benjymous @Plusnet Sounds much more like it from their customer services. I’ll try and use the referral code if I can, but it may clash with the Bluelight discount my wife gets. Gouging a #keyworker in a global crisis isn’t classy thanks again @EE.

  • Johnad25 John Adams (@Johnad25) reported from Durham, England

@EE My wife had just spoken to your @EE retention team who agreed that we’ve been treated worse than any case they’ve seen... but unbelievably we are to expect another two calls from the retention team who can offer no help. Why bother, it’s just really rubbing the salt in.

  • L17aamLiam Liam (@L17aamLiam) reported from Gateshead, England

@EE Yes this morning. You were still a very long way from @skytv. It seems that customer loyalty isn’t worth as much as a new customer is. All 3 lines will be moving to sky.

  • AbitofCharlieb Char (@AbitofCharlieb) reported from Gateshead, England

@EE My 4G has been super slow recently. And our EE WIFI is broken (a second time) due to be fixed in the morning. Not ideal having awful 4G and broken WiFi. As well as this I’ve used loads of data due to broken WiFi :/ can you reimburse?

  • Johnad25 John Adams (@Johnad25) reported from Durham, England

@EE Retention call number 2 from @EE, your own team are disgusted with your service and are raising additional complaints on our behalf. Surely you’ve got this one wrong...

  • sedge1989 Shaun Edge (@sedge1989) reported from Ryton, England

You can always trust @EE to make a mess of any situation! Renewed my EE broadband which came ‘active’ on 22nd and went down to 2mbps. Call support and after being on the phone for one hour (to a quite polite guy) can’t get through to remote services. EE MAN! I want my Xmas movies

  • maniccollie ManicCollie (@maniccollie) reported from Cramlington, England

@EE Yes tried all that. I tried to phone EE and there was a recorded message saying that they were aware there was a problem

  • davidhorsefield David (@davidhorsefield) reported from Longbenton, England

@Kul85 @EE Ah, we have no signal in our house but luckily the wifi calling works great

  • LPearmanPhotos Laura Pearman Headshots Photographer (@LPearmanPhotos) reported from South Shields, England

@EE Hey! Can I report a phishing scam to you. Just got a dodgy text about a phoney bill issue. #phishing #PunIntended

  • engg_rky Raj (@engg_rky) reported from Newcastle upon Tyne, England

I’m planning to #leave @EE network as they are NOT providing few free international minutes. They have 20£ 500 min and 10£ 1000 min (math is wrong) I need at least 300 min free per month, I am having 24£ plan. @lebara @LycamobileUK has unlimited min in 15£ with 8GB data

  • RobbyRSSRobot Robby (@RobbyRSSRobot) reported from Newcastle upon Tyne, England

@EE No seems okay now. It's just a bit weird. Came up that my SIM card wasn't recognised. I restarted the phone and then it couldn't access MyEE. It still didn't think I was on a network but I could make calls. Strange.

  • shahanchowdhury Shahan Chowdhury™ © (@shahanchowdhury) reported from Walker Gate, England

@EE ...and since spoken to BT directly they advise me that I have the service on the app through you and not BT directly or via my Sky subscription. Could you confirm if this is correct and whether I am paying extra for this? Thank you in advance. Shahan

  • lcrawford1983 Laura Crawford (@lcrawford1983) reported from Langley Park, England

@EE Hi. Is there a problem with your website. I have been trying to log into my broadband account to remove devices and it keeps telling me to try later

@EE Has there been any issues with signal yesterday in any parts of the HU15 area at all? I just wondered because my mum and I had trouble contacting each other which made it very stressful. 🤔

  • Joris_Bonson_ President elect (@Joris_Bonson_) reported

@Femi_Sorry @EE Never heard of it until you cried about it and tried to get it censored. Now I need to go look see 👀..

@SouthwarkMatt @Femi_Sorry @EE Or poor Matthew. Best not upset his friend

  • OneMoreTime82 OneMoreTime (@OneMoreTime82) reported

@Femi_Sorry @EE Further to this, bcs people mewled so much about GB News, a channel I'd never even heard of, I'm now prepared to give it a whirl. I watch different news outlets at times, so, as we have the luxury of choice in the UK, why not this? If it's balanced & reasonable, then fair play.

  • ChurchillsCiga2 ChurchillsCigar (@ChurchillsCiga2) reported

@Femi_Sorry @EE Just cancel all of your opposition? That doesn’t seem like a very good way to deal with your problems, I think that history has shown this to be the case. Fascism? 🇬🇧

  • Dan_Wilberforce Dan Wilberforce (@Dan_Wilberforce) reported

@ross_baglin @Femi_Sorry @EE I don’t disagree with your take on this. I’m not for cancel culture.

  • ion_rat Rat-ion-al (@ion_rat) reported

@Femi_Sorry @EE You totalitarian useful idiot. What are you afraid of? You can go on GB News any time and offer your opinions. Why try and stifle a new channel?

  • GivUzAlook PropAgandA ✝🇬🇧 🐸 (@GivUzAlook) reported

@Rhammified @Femi_Sorry @EE Why? If GBN has millions of viewers and EE policy is to provide a competative service to all potential customers then how can they not be allowed to offer it. If they do listen and don't advertise on GBN then others will it's a free market.

  • BigMoBrazier Martin Brazier (@BigMoBrazier) reported

@Femi_Sorry @EE Only want to hear words and ideas that match yours. Frightened of counter opinions. Cancel all opposing views. There is a word for this that escapes me ..........

  • RealNatalieRowe Natalie Rowe (@RealNatalieRowe) reported

@tomred666 @EE @Femi_Sorry That’s not what you said. Back tracking IDIOT
