  @EE My 4G has been super slow recently. And our EE WIFI is broken (a second time) due to be fixed in the morning. Not ideal having awful 4G and broken WiFi. As well as this I’ve used loads of data due to broken WiFi :/ can you reimburse?

  @EE and its impossible to find out on your website how to report a fault, your customer service line is closed despite stating its opening hours as 8am-9pm mon-fri, the app is useless and im paying quite alot of money for what is often slower and less consisten BB than 5 yrs ago

  @EE Hi yeah it's ne290rt, North shields, honestly it's been going on for nearly a year, signal is shocking around our area, I have rang up a few times. Was told I was not in a contract so I could get another provider, found that comment so wrong, have been a customer for years

  @EE Despite my phone stating I have a 5G signal, I cannot use my phone at St. James' Park, Newcastle. People on other networks don't seem to have this issue. I've tried manual selection of network, switching off 5G etc. but no joy. Why is this happening?

Having ditched my land line relieved to be rid of BT, &loving free calls on What’s App all over the world I can hear people overseas with ease but they can hardly hear me.   @TomTugendhat @O2 @EE If you think Dulwich is bad, try Brighton and Hove. The entire hilly city has draconian parking restrictions that mostly operate 9am to 8pm seven days a week. The only way to park is with a phone app and then you find there's no mobile coverage.

  @EE very disappointed with the new Smart Hub 6 Plus router. The BT router it replaced had a far better Wifi signal and now, every day it assigns various devices in our home with the same internal IP address which results in none of them being able to connect with doorbell.

  @TomTugendhat @O2 @EE I was in the West Midlands at the weekend. Reception ranged from patchy to awful. Countless billions wasted on high speed rail instead of reliable hi-speed mobile / Wi-Fi connectivity.
