Wasnโt sure if this is a problem@with my order or if Iโm halfway through my billing cycle. Just concerned I have one email telling my one thing and a second telling me another.

Wayne Patton (@patton_wayne) reported@EE , having issues with boardband connection chat box to tech support was slow and difficult to explain issues. In end just gave up, spoke to customer service chat and again little support. Iโm so disappointed will be looking forward to the day I can cancel.

Had a new Broadband server fitted last Tuesday, it didnโt get activated by the engineer and was lied to about it would come on at midnight. Next day rang and got a BT engineer who arrived on Thursday took 10 mins to start it. No comp/sorry!

The phone calls with and agent and senior manager were awful. She listened to the original call 1hr 15mins within 20 minutes end to wnd and declined complaint
