If you have to clear your cache and log out then log back in but you can’t click on an e mail link and have to go via a browser to access a service on a website it’s a bit crap. Looks at @giffgaff and mutters about giving up and not bothering to continue with the thing I need...

@O2 I’m with GiffGaff. Usually no issues with Mesia messages in any direction, but when it happens, I’m curious about this type of message. It says here’s your message, but there’s no link or attachment.
-
jason k (@Benjakev) reported from Hammersmith, England
@PoliceConsumer @giffgaff Been on giffgaff since they launched, cheapest and most reliable network I’ve ever used
-
Tronald Dump. (@TronalddumpUS) reported from London, England
@giffgaff your network in #blackheath is atrocious. I get better signal sitting on a beach in Botswana, what's up with that?
-
jenny vaughan (@DrJennyVaughan) reported from Hammersmith, England
@giffgaff sort out your ageist “customer care” approach & call & help my 77 year old mum. You don’t even help me to help her you just send us a barrage of data red tape we can’t deal with. This is how elderly people are marginalised by #giffgaff they just won’t make that call.
-
Lashan (@LashanStuff) reported from Camberwell, England
@giffgaff There wasn't, the network just slows down to a crawl/stops functioning from congestion levels that are literally a daily occurrence there
-
Laura Summers (@LauraSummersNow) reported from London, England
@giffgaff Hi Giffgaff! Something has gone wrong in North Greenwich with your network. Calls keep cutting out here. We’re all going to change network (unless this is just about to fix!) - it’s my husband and I (on Giffgaff) plus a neighbour on Sky (also 02)
-
Suhail Patel (@suhailpatel) reported from London, England
@Geek_Manager @jaseemabid @watbe @filipecvarela @ThreeUK @EE @giffgaff Three around Central London has been very spotty for me too (although it’s worse on iPhones than Androids, maybe it’s the iOS baseband on Three’s bands). Vodafone have been my go-to pretty much everywhere. Unfortunately the support is abysmal, guess you can’t have it all.
-
Bartek 🇪🇺🇬🇧🇵🇱 (@BartBoski) reported from Camberwell, England
Hey @Ofcom we have been having issues with our mobile number that’s with @giffgaff no calls/texts from EE are coming through! (pretty basic part of service) Reported to @giffgaff beginning of August - still not resolved. (Suspect it’s been going on for much longer) can you help?
-
Cr£am (@EdoreFaine) reported from London, England
How comes everyone with #giffgaff never answer the #phone #London #voicemail 🤨
-
Jordan Revell (@jordanrevell) reported from Camden Town, England
@SkyHelpTeam I've had internet dropouts for the past 3-4 days, up to 4 times per day, plus dropouts often in the last year. It nearly jeopardized my life changing doctors appointment held over zoom today, often times my giffgaff 4g mobile data is faster, I need a solution.
-
DJ Rowland Samuel (@djrowsam) reported from Paddington, England
@MissyMissyJ I had a similar problem....but it was with Giffgaff (who use the O2 network as well)

Oliver Fytche-Taylor (@OllyFT) reported
Leaving @iD_Mobile_UK after many years due to the terrible Cust service...simply trying to upgrade but some glitch has prevented doing it online. 2 x online chat attempts, wasted 2hrs+ trying to resolve Promised 2 call backs, none received. Had enough, off to @O2 or @giffgaff
-
Helen Breese (@Helen_Breese) reported
Hi @giffgaff I spent a month waiting for you to send me a replacement handset, you've sent me a faulty one, please can someone reply and actually help?
-
Cosmyd (@Cosmyd2) reported
@bambooped Recently tried moving to GiffGaff, who use O2 network but it was the worst service I’ve ever had. Already moved off them and onto Smarty instead. They use Three’s network, which generally works for me. Also good EU roaming (12GB included), but quite £££ outside EU. Cheap too
-
Mark Cruise (@CorkLike68) reported
@giffgaff Already done all of that just can’t find anyone at your end that cares enough to help or properly investigate. And no I haven’t shared my card or details with anyone ever!!
-
Peter A Bell - #ProudMalcontent #ScottishUDI (@Peter__A__Bell) reported
Spent the morning trying to persuade @giffgaff to stop taking £6pm from my debit card for a service I no longer use. They say contact bank. Bank says contact them. I took the giffgaff gamble - and lost.
-
giffgaff | The mobile network run by you (@giffgaff) reported
@CorkLike68 You just need to select 'continue' under not a member, and follow the on screen instructions. Whenever you're asked for an incident number, you can select 'I don't have an incident number', and then 'Make a complaint' to continue. – giffgaff Megan (2/2)
-
John Woods (@Yorksims) reported
@jm_stout @giffgaff Yes,once the roaming data in your goodybag is down to less than 100MB you can start a new one early. If you're going to be there for a while the best one is the £8 golden goodybag with 5GB of data because there's no wastage, you're buying what you can use.
-
Sam I (@samwich2) reported
@giffgaff I've had no signal or 3/4g signal all day. What's happened? Only receive ANYTHING when on WiFi.
-
Diary of a Painfully Shy Introvert Blog (@em_doapsi) reported
The one day I need to be able to make outgoing calls my phone isn’t connecting… anyone else on @giffgaff or @o2networks having this issue?
