@Claytoncast @ThreeUKSupport @giffgaff I was in Bologna Italy for most of the month of May and didn't have any problems. Maybe it depends where you are. Anyway good luck.

@Geek_Manager @jaseemabid @watbe @filipecvarela @ThreeUK @EE @giffgaff Three around Central London has been very spotty for me too (although it’s worse on iPhones than Androids, maybe it’s the iOS baseband on Three’s bands). Vodafone have been my go-to pretty much everywhere. Unfortunately the support is abysmal, guess you can’t have it all.

  • kiers__ Unotheactivist (@kiers__) reported from Islington, England

@RafaFerdinand1 @MrSir____ @Sahveeyo @_euanito Sir you connected to GiffGaff so doh try that shit

@giffgaff Hi Giffgaff! Something has gone wrong in North Greenwich with your network. Calls keep cutting out here. We’re all going to change network (unless this is just about to fix!) - it’s my husband and I (on Giffgaff) plus a neighbour on Sky (also 02)

  • SoundsWukah Wukah (@SoundsWukah) reported from Brentford, England

@giffgaff Just like with the last inquiry, that was very unhelpful. Yes, anyone has the ability to take the time to read through the website at the terms and conditions, but this Twitter feed is there to help with specific issues, so don't just refer people to the website. Tks.

  • endaguinan Enda Guinan (@endaguinan) reported from Islington, England

@O2 I’m with GiffGaff. Usually no issues with Mesia messages in any direction, but when it happens, I’m curious about this type of message. It says here’s your message, but there’s no link or attachment.

  • Agathi0usssss Agathe (@Agathi0usssss) reported from Hackney, England

Am I the only one having Data issue with @giffgaff ! Every time it says my 3G is on but it doesn’t work at all 😡😡

  • CliveJGoodwin Clive J Goodwin (@CliveJGoodwin) reported from Bromley, England

@giffgaff Just activated my SIM and ported my old number over from previous network. Seemless process. Fast 4G signal also. 👍

  • Benjakev jason k (@Benjakev) reported from Hammersmith, England

@PoliceConsumer @giffgaff Been on giffgaff since they launched, cheapest and most reliable network I’ve ever used

  • arigork Ari Gork (@arigork) reported from Camden Town, England

Family visiting needed a local sim. Got @giffgaff prepaid & activation was simple & fast. Catch is you need to get a voucher or credit/debit card to load selected bundle as store could not help and needed browser access to activate sim and load bundle. Otherwise 5 stars :)

@giffgaff Hey there. We are requesting help with a phone my mother has on her account that hasn’t been working since the 10th February (still being charged). Sent a question but no agents have gotten back to us. My mother would prefer speaking over the phone. Is this possible?

  • hasanejaz_ Hasan Ejaz (@hasanejaz_) reported

Who ******** chose this man for the giffgaff voicemail

  • clevybencheton Cédric Lévy-Bencheton (@clevybencheton) reported

@quentynblog If you're in the UK, I recommend GiffGaff. It's low cost enough that they don't have a phone number for customer service, so bye bye SIM swapping. Sure, you'll remain vulnerable to SS7 attacks but I doubt anyone of us is that important (you wouldn't share your number if you were)

  • ricewithaT thijs (@ricewithaT) reported

bruh let a man be horny cmon @giffgaff I already verified and it says it's on worst *********

  • darleysam Sam (@darleysam) reported
