@HSBC_UK i had applied for a credit card on 26 mar 2022. Called the customer care 4-5 times since then finally came to know that the application is approved, all clear from the underwriting services team, it's sitting with the banking approval team. It's been a month !!!!

@HSBC_UK £20000 lost in 2hours because HSBC has security issues and then they made me feel like a criminal, not like a victim. They recovered very proudly £0.65 which they put in my account in 2 transactions. The clients are a joke for the HBSC. Such a shame. i am disgusted

@PhilMyers53 @HSBC_UK So daft it takes so long to "unblock". Perhaps you're going to get a new card now incase someone has got hold of your details? I know my daughter had a similar problem with unauthorised payments. 3 cards later the problem was solved!

News today that @HSBC_UK is closing its Leatherhead branch. This after every other full service bank in Lhead has shut recently (NatWest, Santander, TSB, Lloyds, Barclays, The Halifax) Now that all the competition has gone, why not wait to see if you gain customers? #SaveOurBank

@paullewismoney @HSBC_UK It's odd that banks aren't required to provide a minimum level of public, branch-level service by law in return for all the support they have received from taxpayers. Bank closures like these are the equivalent to having a laugh. Banks are all take and no give - and anti-social.

@PostOffice Just so you know, HSBC closed our local branch so the only way my business can pay in cash is with the Post Office. Terrible service from both tbh. @HSBC_UK did you know how poor your service to business customers is when you close a branch?

@paullewismoney @HSBC_UK So annoying. All our local banks have closed own. I have a bundle of old £20 notes that are going to cost me £3.60 in parking or a bus ride to get exchanged. They are providing neither a service nor decent returns on savings, but they are mean with loans and greedy with fees.

@HSBC_UK HSBC shutting down so many stores to be more efficient and go online chat and it takes 60minutes to connect to someone on chat. If we look for a telephone number on your webpage it’s like a riddle, nothing? Is this improvements?

@HSBC_UK @JKPlanner Whenever I go to a branch they usually have a handful of appointments in a queue and told to come back the next day. Only about 3 staff working! “Future” says the bank that you were adding the simple ability to rename accounts in mobile banking 3 years ago!! Shame on you!
