Has anyone been short changed by a bank cash point in Ealing Broadway centre? Done by @LBGplc bank about 6m ago, who then denied the £20 list - today @HSBC_UK deducted £80 out of £100 as an ad hoc service charge. Never happened before, over 40 years. This time it’ll be law!

@HSBC_UK worse system ever app ongoing, log in won’t go anywhere, no live chat pop up and no telephone help even though it tells you a number in bold to ring. Couldn’t get the secure pass number as they don’t send it via the app but on a desktop that I don’t have. Rubbish
