@HSBC_UK I’m actually an iOS Engineer, working on banking apps, so I understand from where the crash might be coming from and why it might be hard to support the beta builds. Given that both HSBC & FirstDirect apps crash I suspect that a framework is not supported, but thats just a guess

@HSBC_UK App "Money out" notifications still showing the wrong time. Needs a fix please to prevent false reports of fraudulent transactions. Charge was at 09:15 not 08:15. (or specify that you're using GMT not BST)

So, an hour on the phone to @HSBC_UK — 4 calls. - 1st said nothing wrong, contact Apple. - 2nd / 3rd cut off the calls randomly. - 4th checked, found the issue, monitored each request (3 devices) and manually verified each. Now working. Better training — learn from 4! 1/2

@HSBC_UK I see GSA ERROR has been widely reported in the media as something that isn't a browser issue, yet im told to clear my cache and cookies ( I've done that) changed browser 3 times too. 15 days for a response I'm told! Ridiculous.

@HSBC_UK The unexpected circumstance was that the staff member turned up to work at 9:36am, said "I don't care" when someone complained, was dressed in jeans & crocs, made me wait 40mins to be seen while she ate breakfast. Another customer told me they opened up late last Sat too.

@HSBC_UK On the phone with them now — was told it was Apple which is impossible — had just added another HSBC debit card fine. Your app only lets you use the add to wallet ONCE for either phone or watch which is nuts.
