@hyperoptic @HyperopticCS Hi folks, I'm scheduled to have an installation take place today but no sign yet. Is it possible to get an update please? I DM'd the customer service account with details. Thanks!

  • julianvallis Julian Vallis (@julianvallis) reported

@TheGinasium @Tonysmini @MerlinFDC4 Are you absolutely sure it’s Openreach? There are many many fibre ‘alt nets’ like Virgin, CityFibre, Hyperoptic, Gigaclear etc. If it’s OR, they may have just installed it and it’s not enabled for orders yet. Speak to an ISP with a clue like AAISP or IDNet and they may help.

  • GinandRugby Luke Fenton (@GinandRugby) reported

@Hyperoptic why are Google services no longer working on your network? Everything was great until 3 days ago, now I can't even check Gmail, connect nest devices or use Google services and apps on your network. Get it sorted. And before you ask... Yes I've reset everything already
