Just so we’re clear though I literally spent over 100 hours trying to download it because the Bt WiFi hotspot is awful and @Hyperoptic can’t seem to install my wifi despite it all being installed in my building... I know it’s a #FirstWorldProblem by try a pandemic with no WiFi...

  • SOCYearwood
Son of Carl 🇧🇧🇯🇲✊🏾💙 (@SOCYearwood) reported from Harrow Weald, England

Very happy to see @OpenreachHelp and @HyperopticCS co-operating last night in Harrow to try and restore service. They would have succeeded were it not for Network Homes not providing staff to open the required wiring cupboard. Here's hoping they sort it out this AM. #Hyperoptic

  • AM_UK19BONG
Abhijit Majumdar (@AM_UK19BONG) reported from Hillingdon, England

@Hyperoptic Hyperoptic policies are horrible for the customers. I have been withbthem for a year and looks like their only goal is making customers life misreable rather than improving service.

  • SOCYearwood
Son of Carl 🇧🇧🇯🇲✊🏾💙 (@SOCYearwood) reported from Harrow Weald, England

@Hyperoptic #10YearsOfHyperoptic Virginmedia and BT couldn't provide a reliable service. Hyperoptic could.

  • TheDenisORegan
Denis O'Regan (@TheDenisORegan) reported from Hammersmith, England

  • SOCYearwood
Son of Carl 🇧🇧🇯🇲✊🏾💙 (@SOCYearwood) reported from Harrow Weald, England

@HyperopticCS My @Hyperoptic WiFi has just stopped working and my ability to work from home has been severed. I understand you have problems but when are you going to make any announcements or provide updates

  • GaborPfalzer
Gabor (@GaborPfalzer) reported from Kensington, England

@BigupJeff @virginmedia Yeah, unfortunately. We are okay with the service, that’s why we kept it in the new one, but the customer service is a joke. Had @Hyperoptic once, was absolutely brilliant. Too bad it’s rarely available.

  • TheDenisORegan
Denis O'Regan (@TheDenisORegan) reported from Hammersmith, England

    @Hyperoptic IT’S DOWN. DON’T TRY DEALING WITH SUPPORT. THEY WON’T RESPOND @HyperopticCS @Hyperoptic

  • TheDenisORegan
Denis O'Regan (@TheDenisORegan) reported from Hammersmith, England

@HyperopticCS #Hyperoptic is rubbish. This shouldn’t happen. Their customer service is often unbelievably rude.

  • SOCYearwood
Son of Carl 🇧🇧🇯🇲✊🏾💙 (@SOCYearwood) reported from Harrow Weald, England

A repair team working on behalf of @networkhomesuk may have disrupted the physical connection for @Hyperoptic at Templar House, Harrow. @HyperopticCS have contacted Network Homes to gain access to restore access but the repairs team has gone home for the evening and will

  • AM_UK19BONG
Abhijit Majumdar (@AM_UK19BONG) reported from Hillingdon, England

@HyperopticCS @Hyperoptic . I have to change address after staying with ypu for 1 year. The new address they can not provide service. Now you want me to pay for remaining term. This is unethical.

  • SonOfCarl
Veracious Rex ✊🏾 🇧🇧 Smiley 🟠⛅ (@SonOfCarl) reported from Harrow Weald, England

Hyperopic is down. Circa 11pm. Appreciate the service but it would be nice if their Comms was better in moments like this. Even a template email would be better than having to trawl Twitter for answers #Hyperopticdown @Hyperoptic

  • RoseOfSeraph
    Rose 🌹 (@RoseOfSeraph) reported

@DeathlyAcorn Had such bad experiences with Virgin and Sky. TalkTalk were okay but then they started jacking their price up. I went with Hyperoptic this year and it's been ******* brilliant

  • MrRoflWaffles
    Milo (@MrRoflWaffles) reported

hyperoptic is actually the worst internet provider in the UK, I have had internet issues for TWO MONTHS and their email support is nonexistent, been ghosted for weeks at a time, keeps stopping me doing my job. so frustrating aaaaaaaaa 😩

  • ells_afc
    ells🦋 (@ells_afc) reported

@TomThornhill_2 @FourthStreetDan @Hyperoptic Sorry do you mean not far from me? Mine is still down I’ve had issues all week with them after almost 48hours of no service. I’ve been given nearly 3 months free service.

  • heyimtwiggy
    Twiggy (@heyimtwiggy) reported

@EKOcasts @Hyperoptic hyperoptic are by far the worst broadband provider in terms of both user experience and customer service i have ever had the displeasure of being a customer of, i would have doubled my already exorbitant subscription to get away from them

  • TomThornhill_2
    Tom Thornhill (@TomThornhill_2) reported

@hopper70 @Hyperoptic It's crazy. They've had only minor outages, as in less than an hour, for years. It went down late last night and it's as if there's no one working at the weekend.

  • iSlimfit
    Slimfit (@iSlimfit) reported

Had an internet outage all morning and had to use my office phone as hotspot. Reported it to my ISP, and the issue was fixed around 1pm. I asked if there was any compensation for the disruption, and they knocked 50% off my next month’s bill. Hyperoptic l’ẹ́kàn sí. 👏

  • NRManc
    Neil (@NRManc) reported

Logged a formal complaint about breach of GDPR with @Hyperoptic and after a 3 week delay I receive an AI generated response (which can’t even figure out my name) which pretty much says we have no idea who you are so **** off. Appalling

  • TheMexicanMoose
    Moose ⚜️ (@TheMexicanMoose) reported

Friends who understand broadband, why ******** do companies ONLY offer asymmetric speeds with their fibre deals? I’d love to get @Hyperoptic but they don’t cover the property I’ll be hopefully moving to, I’m looking at options but most of them are pretty bleak…

  • TusharTony
    Tushar Tony (@TusharTony) reported

@Hyperoptic Most useless broadband service ever #hyperoptic

  • Inadvertantview
    Metal Nana (@Inadvertantview) reported

@1Nicdar Like you, I don't qualify. I stopped buying dental insurance after I needed an implant that after insurance still cost 10k about 5 years ago. Never again. Same with vision care and I'm hyperoptic. This is the first year I let the health insurance lapse. I guess we shall see.
