Big shout out to Connor, manager of @LloydsBank in Herne Bay. After getting duff info about my travel ins (benefit of my account) by @axainsurance I went into branch where he took time to get me through to someone at Axa, explained the problem and got it resolved. Great service.

@LloydsBank You really need to sort your app out as lately it is failing to authenticate my device. It then gives an error message saying you are having a few technical problems. This means I cannot approve transactions so am forced to use another card from another bank.

@LloydsBank you’re not very supportive with people with MH problems, including anxiety etc. you have an in app service where you can talk to someone 24:7 but don’t even let people sort their problems out. You have to call up? Very MH friendly that is.

@LloydsBank trying to *actually* get to speak to someone is almost impossible - why? Spent 8 minutes in a queue, only for the guy to tell me of system errors & have to call back. Back in the revolving door that is your queue! #nightmare

@LloydsBank honestly so frustrating being a Lloyds business customer, got 5 business accounts, constantly have to ring call centres, 40 mins on hold, going through security for 3rd time and get cut off 😡 surely when this happens an outbound call should be permitted?!

@LloydsBank Exactly. You’re not friendly with people with MH issues. I also have covid, so shall I just run in having a panic attack giving you all covid? I don’t think so. You need to look at what you offer as a business and make sure people can have access without causing them more worries

@LloydsBank who else has had dodgy batch of new cards sent to them? Cos now I have no working card as the new ones hasn’t arrived in post so they had to cancel that too. At least 5 working days to receive new card and it’s my direct debit card so I can’t pay for nothing!!! 😡
