Big shout out to Connor, manager of @LloydsBank in Herne Bay. After getting duff info about my travel ins (benefit of my account) by @axainsurance I went into branch where he took time to get me through to someone at Axa, explained the problem and got it resolved. Great service.

@LloydsBank It never was a problem with an on line payment it was with a payment over the phone and no I haven't tried. I'm not buying or paying for things all the time. I'm not just going to spend money to test it out. We made the payment with a different card.
