@AskNationwide Well I do hope that it's sorted before any other transactions go through today because I'm expecting a payment of £500 into my account and also expecting Tfl to take money from my account overnight. If the problem isn't sorted out then I will not be able to get to work tomorrow.

@AskNationwide why are the cashiers in your EMPTY Twickenham branch refusing to accept a cash deposit over the counter? Instead directing me to use a paying in machine stating FlexDirect accounts are self service accounts. Great way to lose a customer. 👍🏾

@AskNationwide yes, it's for the mortgage team. There's no queue notification though or option to request a callback, just straight to hold with zero human interaction or any idea of what's going on being given. It's now been an hour and a half and I'm still on hold. I'm not a new customer

@KathRella @reprobatepress @AskNationwide as mentioned there are cases to stop and block, I had one when I got done and someone tried to buy 4 iPhones (co-op then) but the terms are very loose from what you say
