@AskNationwide why are the cashiers in your EMPTY Twickenham branch refusing to accept a cash deposit over the counter? Instead directing me to use a paying in machine stating FlexDirect accounts are self service accounts. Great way to lose a customer. 👍🏾

@AskNationwide maybe you can help me, seeing as your in-branch staff just said “go online” and your phone line has had me on hold for 30 minutes. I want to close a savings account and take out the money, but I can see no button to click on for this in online banking.

@AskNationwide Towards the end of next week I need to make a payment of just under £7k to British Gas for the central heating system they're installing for me. Will I have any issues paying this by debit card? Not sure if there would be any security measures due to the amount.

@hillsy @AskNationwide In Germany, there's Kelber's Law - "Whenever something reasonable is claimed to be impossible due to data protection reasons, it is NOT due to data protection reasons." There should be a similar law for IT security, I think. (U. Kelber is the federal data protection commissioner)

@GCHQ @CIA @AskNationwide I know for a fact that the Nationwide app does this, I updated to iOS 14 which shows when an app has pasted from your clipboard and it did where does it go? Some government AWS server? No such thing as privacy anymore is there. You can read our thoughts.
