    @AskNationwide why are the cashiers in your EMPTY Twickenham branch refusing to accept a cash deposit over the counter? Instead directing me to use a paying in machine stating FlexDirect accounts are self service accounts. Great way to lose a customer. 👍🏾

    @AskNationwide maybe you can help me, seeing as your in-branch staff just said “go online” and your phone line has had me on hold for 30 minutes. I want to close a savings account and take out the money, but I can see no button to click on for this in online banking.

    I usually don't complain publicly, but I'm quite exasperated with @AskNationwide's customer service. I've gone to their branch 3 times with proof of address, and every time they've refused to accept it - the last time because my doctor's note didn't say "to nationwide".

    @AskNationwide hello, having trouble w/ Google pay for greater anglia. It's saying card not accepted at gates. Phone software 100% up to date, and Google pay working in all other retailers. Please can you help?Working fine until 1 week ago. No change of card in meantime. Thanks

    @AskNationwide An amount has been deducted twice from my a/c. I want to speak to a person, not a bot, to sort it out. Online, the Messages facility is absent. The app is not capable of dealing with the problem.

    Why does it take 'Up to 15 Working Days' to transfer a Cash Isa to another provider? @AskNationwide @MoneySavingExp This seems excessive, when most interbank transfers are instant.
