@AskNationwide Sender has been asked over and over... its my boss, and it's left my account... he did it December 30th, we then had two banking days of your systems being down, since then 5 different stories, been told its on there as a lending g transaction , and still nothing

@AskNationwide Written to head office and complained and have been treated terribly, no customer service whats so ever.Not what I would expect from Nationwide, especially when the advertising line reads, Nationwide on your side ??? What a joke that is.

@AskNationwide What timescale email says 7 days, someone else says 3 working days and you said 56 days. Maybe you should all look at the policies in place and deal with complaints instead of just fobbing us all off on social media like you did when you didn’t process our payments
