    @AskNationwide why are the cashiers in your EMPTY Twickenham branch refusing to accept a cash deposit over the counter? Instead directing me to use a paying in machine stating FlexDirect accounts are self service accounts. Great way to lose a customer. 👍🏾

    @AskNationwide Well I do hope that it's sorted before any other transactions go through today because I'm expecting a payment of £500 into my account and also expecting Tfl to take money from my account overnight. If the problem isn't sorted out then I will not be able to get to work tomorrow.

    @AskNationwide be careful nationwide lying to customers saying there isn't a problem when they're is. Is a breach of contract everyone needs to please report this to the ombudsman to investigate because ombudsman will see nationwide are constantly lying and get a big fine

    @AskNationwide this is a breach of contract with your customers you have to make everyone aware if there's an issue which you haven't. People please report them to the ombudsman for breach of contract for lying to us all. Ombudsman will investigate nationwide if we all go to

    @AskNationwide @superpinapple98 Think very carefully what you say because if the truth gets out your lying about saying there's no issues but it turns out there is that's a big massive fine for nationwide and a whole heap of compensation to pay out . So nationwide I suggest you tell us the truth.

    @AskNationwide we have all the evidence of nationwide saying there isn't an issue when there clearly is. So we all need to go to the ombudsman and demand compensation from nationwide for this massive inconvenience for us
