    Genuinely very impressed with @AskNationwide mortgage switching service. Took me 5 mins online to switch to a new deal, better interest rate, was able to change term of loan and didn’t have to pay a fee for switching to a new deal with 3 months left on old one. Bravo!

    @MarkMillarx889 @AskNationwide Hi Mark, I’m simply offering service fee. If it’s illegal I do invite someone to come and arrest me for trying to take care of my parents. It would stop the pain of having to do so. I feel like I’m the very first person on the planet to have parents with dementia.

    Right I have contacted @AskNationwide a couple of times as my credit card statement don’t look right and I have spoken to someone and neither do they. Can’t get through on the phone because they keep saying they can’t hear me. Is this anyway to treat a loyal customer. 😡😡

    @AskNationwide 2/2 no longer a need for a reply, after more digging on main site, (not easy) found out how to close the savings account (empty anyway) then the impulse saver had nothing to put the “spare change” into😱 Should have been more straightforward 😟

    @AskNationwide I’ve recieved a cheque from my old bank for reimbursement of account charges on an account that’s been closed for over 2 years! Problem is it’s in my old name and I got married 2 years ago! Can I still cash it in branch if I take marriage certificate?
