    @stuntbutt @NatWest Please be aware of @NatWest_Help employees at Ealing branch. There is a female employee who took a customer's cash deposit of about a grand and put a witdrawal transaction through the system instead.Please be aware as more employees may be involved and always check your receipts.

    @NatWest_Help I have been trying to get a bank statement with my address on it! Is so difficult! I need a proof of address to get some help as I have Covid #natwestbank services in that respect is appalling! You should be able to get that on the NatWest app #appalling

    @carolecadwalla I found a NatWest debit card for Natalie West (thought it was a test card) but took it anyway to a NatWest branch and it turned out she was a real customer!

    almost two weeks without online banking bc Natwest are **** and dont cater for people who have had their phone stolen ughhhhhh

    This means that she @NatWest_Help stole the cash and withdrew the same amount from the customer's account. The customer is now out of pocket twice the amount. Natwest is simply disputing this and covering it up. More employees may be involved so always check your receipts.

    Who else has been a victim of card fraud at the NatWest Ealing Broadway branch? On Wednesday morning, the NatWest ATM swallowed my debit card, then it stopped working, subsequently my card was used in frauduleus transactions. @NatWest_Help @NatWestGroup @metpoliceuk

    @Brightstar have just tried to call you through Natwest to get help to register my phone but instead someone picked up my call and apparently a private call as well, and I was left hanging with no answer tor several minutes until I gave up. Not a great experience

    @NatWest_Help NatWest, Please fix this flaw in your card system. You changed my digital card number before I have access to my new card, therefore my iPhone payments don't work, I just was completely stranded not realising I would need my plastic card to make payments

    @NatWest_Help. I accidentally paid funds to a NatWest Credit Card via faster payment. This credit card was closed a few years back. It took me 3 calls to get some info & I was advised it could take up to 21 days. I am a NatWest customer & it was paid to NatWest Account.

    @Iwanimate002 What if one payment processor goes down? Or a vendor has them locked out? Or I go to a country that blocks them? Honestly thinking of changing bank if NatWest are gonna leave me second-guessing if I'll be able to access the money I gave them

    @saylor We need new phones to be easily linked to crypto exchanges via Apple Pay and for banks for stop blocking withdrawals then we are set UK banks just block it all thus no normal person will dare bypass them ie NatWest

    @AndyDO_ When I moved to Manchester in 2002 there were two things I missed from London. The first was green space, any green space, Sackville is not a park. The second was cash machines. Having to queue at the NatWest on Portland St of an evening with the Yate's crowd was awful

    @NatWest_Help Furthermore, it is not encouraging to have access to my main funding source suddenly halted because my existing card was closed without advanced notice. It is for this very reason that I bank with two different companies; in case one pulls something like NatWest just did.

    I will talk about failings by institutions like @Natwest not issuing him any investigation. He’s a vulnerable adult there must be a duty of care or support
