Absolutely awful customer service from Awais at @O2 call centre. Takes 5 days to get an unlock code so that I can use my phone on another network and my o2 line finishes tomorrow! @Ofcom @WhichUK manager was in a 'meeting' and will get back to me by 9pm tonight. #stayawayfromo2

2/2 @O2 I’m currently sat at Wolverhampton station and I have 1 bar or 4G in what is a major UK city. Absolutely nonsense that these problems continue to happen. I thought it was bad enough not getting full 4G in my house in Kilmarnock but this is just amateur hour at its finiest

Thanks to Paul @SkyUK who responded to my tweet, replied and then called me, I’ve just got 2 x 10GB sim only deals for a total of £26pm - saving me £15pm verses @o2 and giving James 10x data. And we can roll it over. @o2 just replied saying they couldn’t help!

So far today: @NOWTV failed our change from @bt_uk yesterday so no broadband. @O2 signal is poor so phones are no use & our @FreeviewTV signal is terrible. So no internet, data, @NOWTV, or @FreeviewTV. Oh, and a child needs to revise online for exams on Monday. Fantastic.

The guys at @O2 store lower #bullring are rude. We have as a family 5 contracts and there is a way to speak to customers. Sales adviser even manger thought it was ok. Very rude here. Will go top floor from now on.

@cassieperryman @O2 Contact customer service then go into a store and theyll sort you a sim on the spot. Took 5 minutes. They took 50% off my next bill for the troubles ever though its Royal Mails fault because of the strikes. Still a pain in the arse though!

No been able to use my phone for 3 weeks unless connected to wifi. Cant be reachable for my kids and cant do my job properly. All because @O2 are changing their towers to 5g. That sounds like an o2 problem as I am paying for a phone I can not use. Is anyone else effected by this?

@O2 I have now spent over 3 hours on the phone 2 ur customer service dept in order 2 apply family discount 2 my account. 4 calls made. Last call 10 days ago, was assured a mgr would call me within 48 hours. Still no call #shocking #gowithanotheroperator
