I finally got through to Tracy who explained the situation in 2 mins and resolved the issue, pls reward her.

They have a set amount of time to respond before I take it to @Ofcom if you have call centers overseas make sure the we can understand them. Refusing the 14 day change of mind is illegal fortunately, this is gonna cost £££££

O2 are denying there’s any issue but I know of other people who are losing data overnight when it’s not been used.
