Poor coverage, dropped calls, slow texts, no internet, been like this for 5 months, No sign of a fix, difficult call centre staff hide behind “policy” to avoid being helpful. Last month i thought it was all sorted but now a letter today, giving me till tomorrow to pay up! Again today lost hours on the phone with them and apperently i have keep my line open for 5 days to hear back. Awful!
