    I have been with @Vodafoneuk for nearly 20years and they do say “if it’s not broken..” but my favourite saying is “better late than never” hello @O2 (re refund service) when my phone contract is up!

    1st prize for worst customer service goes to Vodafone. Lied too 3 times, spent a 70mins on chat then to be told to call 191 only to sit on hold for 40mins... I’m done with their ****. any other mobile providers want my business? @VodafoneUK @EE @O2

    @O2 I swear to god your the worst network I’ve ever been with literally sat on the edge of London and I’m barley able to get 2bars 4g and when I do have internet, it’s so laggy and unresponsive. Honestly if I wasn’t tied in for another year I’d leave.

    @O2 one week in to a 24 month contract with you and I literally can’t take the awful signal anymore, and I’m 15 miles from London not in the countryside, had no hassle the last 4 years on ee but this is just sub standard at best, can I get out of my contract ?
