@O2 Cor, O2 have the worst ever customer service. No contact 4 weeks after death..then 4 letters wanting £19 paid, with them instructing debt collectors. No process checking if calls have been made or age of the acc holder.should introduce new process due 2 covid

Tried to do something good by not buying a new phone via @O2 Customer Service team on Wed am when the sale started, waiting to buy it today from the part-time lady in store who has helped me decide which to get. But O2 have now sold out 😔 Grrr at trying to do a good thing 😔

@O2 @picoflu I binned O2 after a brief 2 year spell of misery with continued call dropping. The acceptable solution for them was a home signal booster. No good to a mobile technician back with EE and happy. If your on iPhone check Wi-fi assist is off it savages internet.

@O2 Hi there, is there an issue with O2 4G in my area (BA3 3FQ)? My home broadband is down (Sky) and I'm trying to work using my phone's 4G instead, but despite it saying I have 4G or H+, it will not load anything.
