    Tried to do something good by not buying a new phone via @O2 Customer Service team on Wed am when the sale started, waiting to buy it today from the part-time lady in store who has helped me decide which to get. But O2 have now sold out 😔 Grrr at trying to do a good thing 😔

    @O2 Cor, O2 have the worst ever customer service. No contact 4 weeks after death..then 4 letters wanting £19 paid, with them instructing debt collectors. No process checking if calls have been made or age of the acc holder.should introduce new process due 2 covid

    @SkyNews I'm not surprised @O2 is the worst rated complaint company. 6th March open an account with Virgin Media. 22th went on holiday, O2 just decided without notice to close the account. Been back for over a month, calling O2 every single day, complaints and fraud, nothing. Any help?

    @O2 Hi, I have been in Guadeloupe, French West Indies since February 23rd 2026. I got a text saying I have a maximum of 25 GB of roaming allowance included in my tariff. My 02 app doesn't work anymore so I can't monitor my usage. Can you help me see where I am at?
