    @O2 Congratulations to O2 the first UK mobile provider to commit to ethical advertising by joining the Conscious Advertising Network.If enough brands follow their lead in implementing the CAN principles, this could be the key to making hate & misinformation unprofitable for good

    @O2 Cor, O2 have the worst ever customer service. No contact 4 weeks after death..then 4 letters wanting £19 paid, with them instructing debt collectors. No process checking if calls have been made or age of the acc holder.should introduce new process due 2 covid

    @Huawei_Europe Hello, I have a P30 pro which has been paid for full to @O2 but been waiting over 16 days weeks for an unlatching code from O2. The phone does not work on any network as it’s blocked. It really frustrating as I cannot use the phone Can you please help me urgently.

    @O2 @picoflu I binned O2 after a brief 2 year spell of misery with continued call dropping. The acceptable solution for them was a home signal booster. No good to a mobile technician back with EE and happy. If your on iPhone check Wi-fi assist is off it savages internet.

    Tried to do something good by not buying a new phone via @O2 Customer Service team on Wed am when the sale started, waiting to buy it today from the part-time lady in store who has helped me decide which to get. But O2 have now sold out 😔 Grrr at trying to do a good thing 😔

    @O2 I keep reporting slow data or no data signal regularly over the past few weeks, a mast has been regularly down then had a text to say its fixed but still having issues

    @O2 Hi, I want to upgrade my phone but it will not let me go below 150gb monthly data. I don’t need this much. If I was purchasing the phone new rather than upgrade it let’s me decrease the monthly data on edit my plan but not when upgrading. Please can someone help?

    @O2 Any known issues with the phone service in Tamworth and Lichfield. I can barely make phone calls and it shows I have 4g but the Internet is awfully slow.

    @1stSimona @O2 Go onto it d mobile ..cheaper for exactly same contract plus customer service miles better ...been with virgin all my life but since they merged with o2 not the same ...absolute terrible me my mam.n wife left now save £24 pm between us same contracts ...mobile speed much faster

    Imagine having a broken payment system that doesn’t allow people to pay bills (send login email, then it loops, that really really ******* annoys me!), and then having an automated payment line that closes at night! @O2 is a ******* joke! An hour of this bullshit!!!
