@O2 @picoflu I binned O2 after a brief 2 year spell of misery with continued call dropping. The acceptable solution for them was a home signal booster. No good to a mobile technician back with EE and happy. If your on iPhone check Wi-fi assist is off it savages internet.

@o2 disgusting service! Phone gone in for repair. told it would be 4 working days. It’s now been 9 days, deapatched back but no tracking and no delivery info. o2 still billing even tho no phone with no delivery back to us on the horizon. I’ll be cancelling contract tomorrow.

@O2 25 minutes on hold with hold music designed to make you want to hang up and an ai generated voice that couldn’t sound more fake if it tried. You really don’t want your customers to be able to contact you do you, even when it’s a bereavement issue that needs dealing with.
