    @O2 Cor, O2 have the worst ever customer service. No contact 4 weeks after death..then 4 letters wanting £19 paid, with them instructing debt collectors. No process checking if calls have been made or age of the acc holder.should introduce new process due 2 covid

    @O2 Ok, I cannot check service when I’m driving, A5 and M42 are main roads, similar places every time, surely you know where your own network is poor and what are you doing to address it?

    @Huawei_Europe Hello, I have a P30 pro which has been paid for full to @O2 but been waiting over 16 days weeks for an unlatching code from O2. The phone does not work on any network as it’s blocked. It really frustrating as I cannot use the phone Can you please help me urgently.

    @O2 Pretty much, yes. Whenever I'm in an asda it's the same, although I suspect that's asda blocking signal as their in house wifi works (opening their own website in the browser window)

    Have you read the reviews on Play Store of your app @O2?! 🤔 Since the latest update, just like me, everyone seems to hate it and has the same problems I do - it's a Crap App now tbh!! Time to sort out the issues or delete it completely... like I have!! 👋 #o2 #App #phones
