    @O2 Cor, O2 have the worst ever customer service. No contact 4 weeks after death..then 4 letters wanting £19 paid, with them instructing debt collectors. No process checking if calls have been made or age of the acc holder.should introduce new process due 2 covid

    @Huawei_Europe Hello, I have a P30 pro which has been paid for full to @O2 but been waiting over 16 days weeks for an unlatching code from O2. The phone does not work on any network as it’s blocked. It really frustrating as I cannot use the phone Can you please help me urgently.

    @O2 I keep reporting slow data or no data signal regularly over the past few weeks, a mast has been regularly down then had a text to say its fixed but still having issues

    @O2 Hi, I want to upgrade my phone but it will not let me go below 150gb monthly data. I don’t need this much. If I was purchasing the phone new rather than upgrade it let’s me decrease the monthly data on edit my plan but not when upgrading. Please can someone help?

    @O2 Just been to my local @O2 store to get myself an Apple Watch S4 space grey and guess what they haven’t got any and you can’t order one. 😡😡😡😡 maybe it’s time to change network.

    @Sjynther @O2 I agree, my signal in Church Warsop uk is awful, o2 map says mast has had issues the last few days and it's being worked on. Signal comes then goes all day meaning I keep getting a load of notifications then nothing for ages and I'm getting repetitive voicemail ones also with no actual voicemail stored. Something is broken at o2

    @O2 need to really sort out there app and website can never load anything up as it always comes up with to many redirects might have to think about moving to a new network

    @EnigmaAkila @O2 I've had this issues for weeks now. I've had three phone calls that resulted in them saying they couldn't do anything. They sent me into a store and they had no idea about it either and reffered me back. I'm now waiting in my fourth call. It's maddening.
