    @O2 Ok, I cannot check service when I’m driving, A5 and M42 are main roads, similar places every time, surely you know where your own network is poor and what are you doing to address it?

    Can anyone help with 20 data dongles for a school I’ve worked closely with. The free WiFi/data would allow these families to access on line learning for lock down. Would be a loan until they return to school! Please try and help! Thank you xx @virginmedia @tescomobile @O2

    @O2 Congratulations to O2 the first UK mobile provider to commit to ethical advertising by joining the Conscious Advertising Network.If enough brands follow their lead in implementing the CAN principles, this could be the key to making hate & misinformation unprofitable for good

    @O2 Hi, I want to upgrade my phone but it will not let me go below 150gb monthly data. I don’t need this much. If I was purchasing the phone new rather than upgrade it let’s me decrease the monthly data on edit my plan but not when upgrading. Please can someone help?

    @O2 Any known issues with the phone service in Tamworth and Lichfield. I can barely make phone calls and it shows I have 4g but the Internet is awfully slow.

    It’s not just ‘recently’ @O2. @TomTugendhat is absolutely right that your mobile coverage in London is consistently poor. I have found it better in rural Spain than in ‘London, Global City’. Perhaps @MayorofLondon could direct his £7m PR spend to mobile infrastructure instead?

    I've been an @O2 PAYG customer for over 15years. Recently I've been getting a "New voicemail" message - why? I have purposly never enabled voicemail since it costs 35p a time to check.

    @O2 There’s really no point as nothing ever changes! And when Virgin Media goes down (which happens far too often) I have zero means of communication. The price hike was the last straw really - time to move to another provider.

    @O2 Your customer service is atrocious. My phone is broken and i have said so several times and yet I still keep getting pointed to the mobile app. I just need to change my address so I can get my new phone sent to the right address
