@O2 @picoflu I binned O2 after a brief 2 year spell of misery with continued call dropping. The acceptable solution for them was a home signal booster. No good to a mobile technician back with EE and happy. If your on iPhone check Wi-fi assist is off it savages internet.

Hi @O2 - became a customer of yours several weeks ago now, and am long-term VM customer; haven't got any Volt benefits. When I go to the site it says "thanks for your interest in Volt" and that I either have Volt benefits, or am not eligible. No VM speed boost, no dbl data. Help!

@O2 you need to sort your crap network out I pay monthly for an unlimited internet packaged and every day for the last few months in my post code (EX4) I have had literally no access to any data usually between 11am-6pm and when I do it is very limited use SORT IT OUT!!!!!!

@O2 Been trying to pay off my apple watch device plan and I've been lied to, cut off, and put on hold numerous times. I haven't been rude... yet! Currently I have been on the phone for 1 hour and 53 minutes trying to do this. I'm giving up at 2 hours. How ridiculous!
