I have consistently had issues with the SIM on my phone from @O2 and now there’s no service and I had to go to the store and request help from associates but instead I got a confused and clueless employee who seemed more interested in their snapchats and texts than helping me.

@O2 I’m stuck! Trying to upgrade online, on the last screen realised it was the wrong GB model of iPhone 11 - seemingly can’t cancel it from there myself? And if I go back and click to upgrade again, it just brings up the load screen forever 🙁

@O2 if a mast in the area is not working, and service checker gives message of 'taking longer than expected' to fix. Would ALL O2 mobiles be affected in the area? Just asking, as mine is without signal but flatmates is with. Odd that. Don't you think?

@O2 I have had buttons fallen off my less then 4 week old tablet along with issues with adapter for the speaker helix which came with how can I get a swap or return organising as your lines won’t sort this out atm

@O2 The signal in the town has always been iffy, but the last few months its been a complete joke, and the last 2 it's taken the biscuit. I've done all sorts, sim swaps, airplane mode and restarting phone. It's definitely down to the fact the service is awful/ getting worse.
