elyob (@elyob) reported from Kingston upon Thames, England@Social_embryo Hi, it's the PlusNet Diagnostics bot here. We wanted to let you know that the fault you reported to us is now fixed. Please turn your router off and on, and your service should be fully restored. Thanks for your patience

Harrison2020 (@Harrison20202) reported from Wandsworth, England@Plusnet I couldn't get on the Internet. Later, they provided engineer visit services and told me that actually I don't need to connect to the Microfilter as required on the handbook, but just use the cable to connect to the socket. Then the network can be used.
-
Harrison2020 (@Harrison20202) reported from Wandsworth, EnglandHowever, this is clearly not my problem. In the manual, it does not say that a microfilter is not required. The engineer came to my house and told me about it.@Plusnet @plusnethelp

Lindsey Collumbell - #Memberology is my SuperPower (@LindsCollumbell) reported from Ashtead, England@Plusnet I appreciated your call and that you are taking ownership of this on our behalf. Thank you. Getting us back to ADSL is something, but nowhere near the level of service as per our contract with you.
-
Daniel Smith (@Scampboi) reported from Croydon, England@Plusnet for the second time in as many days my router has failed. It just randomly drops connection. I would never recommend you to anyone. In a time where people are working from home they need a reliable service and you are not it!
-
elyob (@elyob) reported from Kingston upon Thames, England@pfjones77 Hi, it's the PlusNet Diagnostics bot here. We have tested your service, and identified it is being affected by an incident in your local area. Incident detected: 18-Oct-2021 17:30 Estimated clear: 18-Oct-2021 23:29

Lindsey Collumbell - #Memberology is my SuperPower (@LindsCollumbell) reported from Ashtead, England@Plusnet @BT We will be seeking compensation. Only 1 of your customer service team showed any care - everyone else put us in the too difficult category. This is a problem of your making. At a time when the Govt has told us to work from home, you cut off our broadband and ability to do that.
-
Rupert Cheek (@rupertcheek) reported from Kingston upon Thames, EnglandAnyone on @Plusnet in SW LONDON (#newmalden) having issues? #plusnet
-
trina_latham (@trina_latham) reported from Richmond, England@plusnethelp before you ask I've checked my micro filters, my phone connection, turned the hub off/on and experienced zero connection issues with my former providers @shell_energy The fault lies with @Plusnet It's impossible to WFH + I want to leave within my cooling-off period.
-
Daniel Smith (@Scampboi) reported from Croydon, England@plusnethelp @plusnet if this page was shut down in May why is the feed still here why have an account up which no one checks?
-
Martin Woodward (@MartinWoodward2) reported from Kingston upon Thames, England@lizcooperclark @Plusnet The problem seemed to be fixed over the weekend but now back to where we were in the middle of last week. I too was receiving some intermittent emails spasmodically.
-
Lindsey Collumbell - #Memberology is my SuperPower (@LindsCollumbell) reported from Ashtead, England@Plusnet So that will be 20 days without a broadband connection 🤬🤬. Your mistake - not ours - lost the ability to connect to fibre. Two of us work from home (1 of us - me - runs a business) and one is studying at Uni. This is totally unacceptable. A shocking service from @plusnet & @BT
-
Lindsey Collumbell - #Memberology is my SuperPower (@LindsCollumbell) reported from Ashtead, EnglandThanks to a screw up btw @BT & @Plusnet, upgrading our broadband package with #PlusNet = no broadband 🤬. The earliest they can reinstate is 30th Dec 🤬🤬🤬. Their solution for how we can work at home? Buy extra data on our phone & hotspot & they will reimburse max £30! #EpicFail
-
Rupert Cheek (@rupertcheek) reported from Kingston upon Thames, EnglandLooks like (our) @Plusnet @plusnethelp connection has been down for an hour +. Giving up. Hope it's up again tomorrow. #plusnet

Kevin Dewes (@kevindewes) reported from Wandsworth, England@Plusnet I’ve had your broadband service for 2 months, mobile phones won’t work on it and WiFi signal continually drops out. Tried separating the bands then spent 20 minuets in hold and was advised to try turning the 5Ghz band off completely. No joy. No one is doing me proud.
-
Charlotte Corrish (@CharlieCorrish) reported from Tandridge, England@Plusnet hi-I can’t get through on the phone (tried over a few days but it says your too busy to connect me) or online chat-are you able to help or give me an email address? Thanks
-
Kevin Dewes (@kevindewes) reported from Wandsworth, England@Ofcom @Plusnet are letting you sign up to a contract when there’s a distinct chance the firmware they are using on their hardware is causing connectivity problems specifically with the 5Ghz band. Meaning the service is almost unusable on some devices. Isn’t that an issue?
-
Vikki (@Wattsit01) reported from Swanley, England@plusnethelp I've just noticed I cannot connect to my WiFi on my android phone in the front room of my house today. Wasn't an issue yesterday. Only upgraded to Plusnet this year to help with home schooling and haven't received the promised speeds either. Any suggestions?
