Daniel Smith (@Scampboi) reported from Croydon, England@Plusnet for the second time in as many days my router has failed. It just randomly drops connection. I would never recommend you to anyone. In a time where people are working from home they need a reliable service and you are not it!

Lindsey Collumbell - #Memberology is my SuperPower (@LindsCollumbell) reported from Ashtead, England@Plusnet @BT We will be seeking compensation. Only 1 of your customer service team showed any care - everyone else put us in the too difficult category. This is a problem of your making. At a time when the Govt has told us to work from home, you cut off our broadband and ability to do that.
-
Harrison2020 (@Harrison20202) reported from Wandsworth, EnglandI feel deeply disgusting and humiliated because I used Plusnet's service.@plusnethelp @Plusnet
-
Lindsey Collumbell - #Memberology is my SuperPower (@LindsCollumbell) reported from Ashtead, England@Plusnet So that will be 20 days without a broadband connection 🤬🤬. Your mistake - not ours - lost the ability to connect to fibre. Two of us work from home (1 of us - me - runs a business) and one is studying at Uni. This is totally unacceptable. A shocking service from @plusnet & @BT
-
Harrison2020 (@Harrison20202) reported from Wandsworth, EnglandHowever, this is clearly not my problem. In the manual, it does not say that a microfilter is not required. The engineer came to my house and told me about it.@Plusnet @plusnethelp

Fatima Duerden 🇪🇺🇵🇹 (@FatimaDuerden) reported from Camberwell, England@SymienJennifer @Plusnet That’s great! Let’s see how the problem is solved tomorrow… 🤞🤞
-
Aaron Holloway-Nahum (@AaronHNahum) reported from Camberwell, EnglandAppalling service from @Plusnet today. Tried to switch to their service but their engineer couldn’t enter the property to install the box in the correct place of our property. Now they want to charge a full cancellation fee before we’ve even started. DO NOT USE

🎩 Luke Ray ルーク レイ (@MusicSkypirate) reported from Kingston upon Thames, EnglandPlusnet went down exactly at midnight... :/
-
Graham Guy 🇪🇺 (@grahamguy) reported from Biggin Hill, England@MarcAllera Why is @plusnethelp ignoring a very simple problem? Failed number port from EE to @Plusnet - Support are not supporting and no-one on Social is responding. Why?
-
Kevin Dewes (@kevindewes) reported from Wandsworth, England@Plusnet I’ve had your broadband service for 2 months, mobile phones won’t work on it and WiFi signal continually drops out. Tried separating the bands then spent 20 minuets in hold and was advised to try turning the 5Ghz band off completely. No joy. No one is doing me proud.
-
elyob (@elyob) reported from Kingston upon Thames, England@Social_embryo Hi, it's the PlusNet Diagnostics bot here. We wanted to let you know that the fault you reported to us is now fixed. Please turn your router off and on, and your service should be fully restored. Thanks for your patience

Vikki (@Wattsit01) reported from Swanley, England@plusnethelp I've just noticed I cannot connect to my WiFi on my android phone in the front room of my house today. Wasn't an issue yesterday. Only upgraded to Plusnet this year to help with home schooling and haven't received the promised speeds either. Any suggestions?
-
Dame C 🧙🏼♀️ (@DameClaraM) reported from Bromley, EnglandNot a good start to the day when your Internet connection goes bonkers. I hate trying to unravel tech. But @Plusnet support were great. Phew.
-
Harrison2020 (@Harrison20202) reported from Wandsworth, England@Plusnet I couldn't get on the Internet. Later, they provided engineer visit services and told me that actually I don't need to connect to the Microfilter as required on the handbook, but just use the cable to connect to the socket. Then the network can be used.
-
Lindsey Collumbell - #Memberology is my SuperPower (@LindsCollumbell) reported from Ashtead, England@Plusnet I appreciated your call and that you are taking ownership of this on our behalf. Thank you. Getting us back to ADSL is something, but nowhere near the level of service as per our contract with you.
-
Kevin Dewes (@kevindewes) reported from Wandsworth, England@Ofcom @Plusnet are letting you sign up to a contract when there’s a distinct chance the firmware they are using on their hardware is causing connectivity problems specifically with the 5Ghz band. Meaning the service is almost unusable on some devices. Isn’t that an issue?
-
Selina Wray 🍊 (@SelinaWray) reported from Lambeth, England1h on the phone to Plusnet trying to connect up a router I kindly got from my neighbour only to find out it’s locked and therefore can’t be used. Off for a lie down and a cry I think... 😂😂

OpenReach engineer shows up without ringing bell, slaps fibre entry point on some random side of the house, leaves without checking in. PlusNet complaint emails just bounce back. Great.
