-
Selina Wray 🍊 (@SelinaWray) reported from Lambeth, England1h on the phone to Plusnet trying to connect up a router I kindly got from my neighbour only to find out it’s locked and therefore can’t be used. Off for a lie down and a cry I think... 😂😂
-
Allison Randell (@PictureEdAlly) reported from Camberwell, England@plusnethelp @Plusnet Am very disappointed in the service you have given this week. I asked to upgrade to Fibre BBand almost 2 weeks ago, the line was upgraded last Weds night, however you only sent the router out that night. It still hasn’t arrived, leaving me without internet.
-
Harrison2020 (@Harrison20202) reported from Wandsworth, England@Plusnet I couldn't get on the Internet. Later, they provided engineer visit services and told me that actually I don't need to connect to the Microfilter as required on the handbook, but just use the cable to connect to the socket. Then the network can be used.

Lindsey Collumbell - #Memberology is my SuperPower (@LindsCollumbell) reported from Ashtead, England@Plusnet I appreciated your call and that you are taking ownership of this on our behalf. Thank you. Getting us back to ADSL is something, but nowhere near the level of service as per our contract with you.
-
Lindsey Collumbell - #Memberology is my SuperPower (@LindsCollumbell) reported from Ashtead, England@Plusnet @BT We will be seeking compensation. Only 1 of your customer service team showed any care - everyone else put us in the too difficult category. This is a problem of your making. At a time when the Govt has told us to work from home, you cut off our broadband and ability to do that.
-
Charlotte Corrish (@CharlieCorrish) reported from Tandridge, England@Plusnet hi-I can’t get through on the phone (tried over a few days but it says your too busy to connect me) or online chat-are you able to help or give me an email address? Thanks
-
Dame C 🧙🏼♀️ (@DameClaraM) reported from Bromley, EnglandNot a good start to the day when your Internet connection goes bonkers. I hate trying to unravel tech. But @Plusnet support were great. Phew.
-
Lindsey Collumbell - #Memberology is my SuperPower (@LindsCollumbell) reported from Ashtead, England@Plusnet So that will be 20 days without a broadband connection 🤬🤬. Your mistake - not ours - lost the ability to connect to fibre. Two of us work from home (1 of us - me - runs a business) and one is studying at Uni. This is totally unacceptable. A shocking service from @plusnet & @BT
-
Rupert Cheek (@rupertcheek) reported from Kingston upon Thames, EnglandSuffering a @Plusnet outage in KT3 @plusnethelp
-
Kevin Dewes (@kevindewes) reported from Wandsworth, England@Ofcom @Plusnet are letting you sign up to a contract when there’s a distinct chance the firmware they are using on their hardware is causing connectivity problems specifically with the 5Ghz band. Meaning the service is almost unusable on some devices. Isn’t that an issue?
-
Rupert Cheek (@rupertcheek) reported from Kingston upon Thames, EnglandLooks like (our) @Plusnet @plusnethelp connection has been down for an hour +. Giving up. Hope it's up again tomorrow. #plusnet
-

-
Graham Guy 🇪🇺 (@grahamguy) reported from Biggin Hill, England@MarcAllera Why is @plusnethelp ignoring a very simple problem? Failed number port from EE to @Plusnet - Support are not supporting and no-one on Social is responding. Why?
-
Kevin Dewes (@kevindewes) reported from Wandsworth, England@Plusnet I’ve had your broadband service for 2 months, mobile phones won’t work on it and WiFi signal continually drops out. Tried separating the bands then spent 20 minuets in hold and was advised to try turning the 5Ghz band off completely. No joy. No one is doing me proud.
-
Laura Attridge (@laura_attridge) reported from Bromley, England@kiahshabka @Plusnet Mine too! Also @Plusnet. Been having issues for about 4 days now. NOT impressed at all.
-
Aaron Holloway-Nahum (@AaronHNahum) reported from Camberwell, EnglandAppalling service from @Plusnet today. Now they want to charge a full cancellation fee before we’ve even started. DO NOT USE
Plusnet Issues Reports
Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:
-
Louislou🧓🏉 (@BrantLesley) reported@esp8687 Both of my children recommended Sky when my Plusnet (BT in disguise) ended and they were trying to force me to go to EE because we are only part fibre and Plusnet don't do it anymore. I anticipated issues but it was a totally smooth and easy
-
Matthew Broadway (@matthewb79) reported@Plusnet only getting 20mbps when it’s usually over 100. Is there an issue?
-
MachLoopWales (@MachLoopWales) reported@Nolberto099 @ArmchairAdml Not missing the point at all. Well done. It's a common business model to increase charges after the 'new customer' period. There's no loyalty either way, just leave and get the same service from Plusnet/EE (same company as BT) for far less. Takes minutes.
-
Coltan 🏴☠️🇦🇺🇬🇧🇺🇸 (@ColRFX) reportedWhen you're on hold, the plusnet message says we can contact you online - How? All the contact options I can find just lead to community, call, sign language... Is there some way to message plusnet support?
-
GM Mark Howitt (@MarkHowitt) reported@Plusnet Having to call again- might be quicker to cancel my dd with you or go to @Ofcom
-
Red **** (@RedDyke69) reported@Benleo Damn those half-Spanish-owned companies, eh? Why not go with a good solid British-owned broadband provider like Zen Internet, Plusnet or Andrews & Arnold or even good old BT! It seems a classic case of “do as I say, not as I do” — preaching economic nationalism while happily relying on foreign-owned services to **** up your broadband !
-
Rogue (@barrelrogue1723) reportedAVOID @Plusnet for yr Internet Pull you in with fake fast Internet speeds! After 2 months absolutely slow as ****! Ring up complain same old bullshit its at yr end! No it @Plusnet 's end 100%! AVOID!!! 10+yrs with them and they treat you like ****! Glad ive ended my contract!!!
-
Chasersgaming (@denchaser) reported@Plusnet hurry up and fix the bloody internet, mobile data is gonna cost me a fortune on a phone contract you made me get for disabling home phone lines. 😡
-
Philip Challinor (@pchallinor) reportedO let us by no means be slow At causing the bubbly to flow: My service provision Has had a revision And @plusnet have got the heave-ho!
-
Nigel Hurneyman (@Nigelh7n) reported@WeAreOpenreach My provider will probably be #BT, because I have to switch from #Plusnet to keep my home phone number. I know you own the network and I believe you do all BT-related updates, but do you allow other broadband providers to do their own updates on it?
