I call you for two occasions that don’t answer for 30 minutes each. At 8pm, it tells me customer service is now closed. What terrible service. Your billing systems work great though

My wife had to take a days leave today as she works form home using MS Teams and could not connect. Awful service. How do I cancel?

Have signed them up with Sky fibre for less than they were paying for ADSL!
