I banked happily with Lloyds since around 1988 without a single issues and then I had the misfortune 2 be handed to @TSB and that’s been a litany of misery - some people just don’t respect the Irish and there is no getting away from this.

    @santanderukhelp I had an irate customer ring me asking why I hadn't "bothered" banking her cheque. Bit embarrassing. So no, money not left her account. And not in mine. Cash banked same day in OK. Have deposit reference if you or @PostOffice interested....

    @PostOffice signed up for broadband & meant to go active yesterday. Still no access. Called & was told there was a delay. Was told by a CSR that we wouldn’t have been told there was a delay as they would wait for us to tell them. This is bad coms. Now got to wait till Mon

    @PostOffice can I please enquire about brewery road sub po SE18. It has been closed for over a month with no indication if re-opening. Obviously wishing the staff are safe, but this is a vital service that vulnerable people rely on in this community. Any news is appreciated.

The manager of the post office lied about being the manager. It’s a shambles. I’m doing a charge back via @MetroBank_Help for £45 that has embroiled me in 4 hours of admin

They @MetroBank_Help keep asking me for the same information over and over. I put in in an e mail as they request and then they ask for it in a letter ! It’s a joke ! One of their customer service chaps was so patronising to me ( its the Irish accent)

    Popped to the @PostOffice today. Fantastic staff - but I’m slightly concerned about the glove wearing. They told me they wear a fresh pair each day...so the same pair of gloves used to interact with every single customer in one day 🤯 #crosscontamination

    @sarahsparkle100 @PostOffice Ha ha ha ! You are kidding aren’t you ? Post office@s up and down the country were working flat out during the lockdown !! And before you complain about a branch being shut early, did you even attempt to find out why ? No? Didn’t think so, just complain.

    Just been to a @HSBC_UK bank to pay money in was told to go to a @PostOffice branch I guess customers aren't required by you anymore . Never heard of businesses saying go to a competitor . 🤷

    @IndiaPostOffice Consignment EO453536967IN was booked at Keonjhar on 5-Jul21 to Bangalore. Till date it is not delivered. Following the tracking details, hv visited the concerned postoffice 4 times. They are saying parcel is missing and to file a complaint against them.3rd Post

    @RoyalMailHelp @PostOffice You charge 72p per item not per trip. How is collecting 2 letters from my house more work than collecting 1? Charging disabled people so much for an essential service is shady. I can’t just pop to the postbox like able bodied ppl can. Just say you don’t care about disabled people
