    Avoid @parcelforce. Worst delivery company going, every time I’ve had a delivery due with them, I’ve had a “we tried to deliver” email. Nothing through the door and no attempt to actual deliver. Instead having to collect from a @PostOffice with a 2 hour queue. Terrible service

    @PostOffice @RoyalMailHelp The refusal of taking parcels happened at the post office. They scanned fine at the Royal mail non customer, customer service. Not only was it an extended wait outside in the cold but the attendant was very rude and didn't explain anything.

    @PostOffice Thanks Ryan, much appreciated. I did politely explain to him that these are free but was subsequently called a “b*stard” upon leaving. Not really a great standard of customer service, and surely not in line with Post Office values? Would be grateful if this could be fed back.

    @Peggy3637 @postoffice won't be able to help as they don't collect mail, nor do they operate in the US. You'd need to contact the relevant carrier if you need assistance. Hope you get it sorted.

    Respected @IndiaPostOffice The post office in your area is very early Thai. As well as early closure. So please fix the post office time. My pincode is 39500. Postoffice time 07 am to 1 pm

    @PostOffice I told her it was safe to post, as I stated very clearly "It is not on your prohibited lists" and a rough value. She flat out REFUSED to accept it and I took it elsewhere. They, had no issues and listened to me. I've made an official complaint.

    @GiTusMaximus @PostOffice I've been working at a PO for 4 years now, definitely been a legal requirement for us to ask that question for that time. It is not a privacy issue, it is in place for safety reasons. You don't have to use Royal Maild services, but all couriers will ask you in some way.
