    @PostOffice Thanks Ryan, much appreciated. I did politely explain to him that these are free but was subsequently called a “b*stard” upon leaving. Not really a great standard of customer service, and surely not in line with Post Office values? Would be grateful if this could be fed back.

    @RoyalMailHelp can you help clarify the issue with my packet ref 39431 - su On the front says counterfeit stamp, on the back underpaid. I have been told to report my local @PostOffice re counterfeit stamps, but I’m not convinced this is the issue. Is it issue with LL or stamp?

    @PostOffice @RoyalMailHelp The refusal of taking parcels happened at the post office. They scanned fine at the Royal mail non customer, customer service. Not only was it an extended wait outside in the cold but the attendant was very rude and didn't explain anything.

    Avoid @parcelforce. Worst delivery company going, every time I’ve had a delivery due with them, I’ve had a “we tried to deliver” email. Nothing through the door and no attempt to actual deliver. Instead having to collect from a @PostOffice with a 2 hour queue. Terrible service

    @PostOffice I sent a international tracked letter to the US on the 7th of October and USPS are still waiting for the letter to be handed to them. Please can you help it’s been a week and it hasn’t left the uk!

    I’m now currently out of work as my license had to be repaid on the day it was to expire. Now I’m out of work and out of pocket down to @PostOffice Camden Town!!! What you gonna do about it @PostOffice don’t be sending me crap about waiting I’m sick of waiting I paid in March !

    @fairgold @PostOffice If you need help in geting your account back then contacting support here is totally useles cause I tried and all I got from them was automated messages for weeks just reach out to @bluraystechs on twitter he can easily assist you get your account recovered

    @PostOffice Hi Ryan, The issue appears to be with the login page which is listed on antivirus SW as the source of fraudulent activity. The page is blocked by Trend

PO clerk put: HER name as applicant, relationship to child 'post office clerk's, my DOB wrong on 1, date of issue&exp wrong on the other. 31 days of calls/emails before told to resubmit all on paper
