  @santanderuk when are you going to Reinstate your Online Customer Alerts for when a new Credit arrives in our ac? I asked this Q two years ago and all I got was ‘yes we’re working on it’. The ‘you’re overdrawn’ alerts still come through unfailingly. Really poor from Santander 👎

  @santanderuk I have provided those documents and my account is still restricted. I need money to pay for essentials for my baby. You are absolutely the worst and most unhelpful group of people I have ever dealt with. Imagine blocking a father access to his money to buy things for his child!

  @santanderuk @JamesHassett1 Give him access to his money imagine if your account was restricted and you had young children 😳a couple of weeks ago you restricted access to the app just because I was a victim of fraud instead of helping you punished me because I couldn’t move money from one account to the
