You outsource your customer service to some third world country, where none of the advisors can speak English. Then expect poor elderly people to go to the branch when you mess up. You've put my account on hold again (presumably because I am trying to switch providers to @LloydsBank) and now another 10+ minute hold for someone who struggles to use the phone or go to a branch because you don't properly support RelayUK #accessibilitymatters
