@EmmaB_0811 @SkyHelpTeam I had Sky broadband about 5 years ago and it was the same then. If you have Sky TV, the box goes into eco mode in the early hours which kills the wi fi connection to some devices in the house. If you turn off eco mode in settings on your sky tv box, it might solve the problem 🙏

@SkyHelpTeam Hi can you explain why you have put my pensioner mother's bill up by £20 in a pandemic. Bad enough doing this but even worse in a pandemic when she can't have anyone round to visit. She relies on her tv.

@SkyHelpTeam can sky answer the sodding phone. And then admit their service is ****. Brand new router and yet again, Internet drops, do all step by step stuff nd still now. Again authentication problems. Just wanna cancel plz sky!

@primevideosport That was rubbish laptop worked then kicked out, TV did not work, iphone could not cast errors, back on laptop message too many devices playing stream (I wish!!) so all in all thanks for the rubbish experience. Leave football to @SkySports or @btsportfootball

Just phoned @SkyHelpTeam and, the support (once you finally get through!) as always was very good. But we are always informed of a customer survey that is to be filled in for support given by the advisor. A score of 0-8 is regarded as BAD(!) and only 9-10 is good. (1/2)

@SkyHelpTeam DPD have turned up at my front door with my Sky Q box and driven away without delivering twice now because Sky didn’t put the house number on the parcel. I’ve already spoken to Sky customer services but nothing’s changed. Very frustrating.

@SkyHelpTeam 7 weeks isn’t enough time for open reach?the problem is you keep telling me your can’t speak to openreach and I just have to wait.I got this package from sky and your just palming it off as openreach problem and you can’t do a thing. This is as bad as it gets customer servicewise

@SkyHelpTeam More hoops that lead to nowhere a number that never gets answered my problem isn't the lack of content it's the fact ur increasing my bill during a pandemic my bill is already £90 when it was supposed to be lowered to 75 the last time I tried to cancel sky sports

@SkyHelpTeam Hopless 30hrs plus into no service. And I get a text when fixed, wow... So today, tomorrow, next week? Utter joke shocking service! Utterly unacceptable. Wife utterly angry she may not be able to work later once home. You are failing to provide the service we pay you for.

@SkyHelpTeam Done all of this. Still no further foward. Auto answer on phone etc. Yet checking online thru other sources there's apparently no faults in the area. So who can actually tell us what's the issue in the OL8 2SD area? Don't see how this info is an issue?
