@SkyHelpTeam The number of times since that I’ve had members of your sales team contact me trying to get me to stay as well is ridiculous. Each time I’ve had to tell them it’s because you don’t service my new area and then you hit me with a near £100 termination charge!

@SkyHelpTeam That's it, it says there's a local issue (reported on 15th Dec, ie. next week?!) but not what the issue is or when it might be fixed. My landline has also been down since early last week - I live with my 75-year-old mother and if I'm out that's her only method of contact

@SkyHelpTeam Hi there, I have just tried this and was sent round in circles on your troubleshooter just given different codes but with no option to actually speak to someone. This is not an issue with my phone, my fiancé and mother (who are in different locations) have the issue as well.
