@SkyHelpTeam also I'm curious why your virtual assistant says it is closed, but on the very page that lead me there it says "sky's messaging service is available 9am - 7pm. 7 days a week..."

I’ve got @SkyUK threatening me with charges if I don’t pay them next month. I’ve been trying to cancel since 25/3/20, 2 emails cancelling my contract, 2 promised call backs which never happened and 3 attempts over messenger. I’ve done my bit, time for them to sort it...

@SkyHelpTeam On the iPhone I’ve uninstalled the app and reinstalled and when I log in it says “because of technical issues you cannot watch this channel” On the laptop it says you don’t have a subscription to watch sports, plus other messages. Cheers

Such terrible customer service from @SkyUK ! 2 wks without wifi and still no idea when we will get it back. Used over 200gb of data so I can work from home and the kids can do what they want on their summer holiday. Apparently it’s a @BTOpenreach1 problem as they own the line 1/2

@SkyHelpTeam Thanks for replying. I don’t want to downgrade/remove services. As a loyal customer I just want the same service as new customers. I rang them a while ago and they offered me nothing. I am paying over £30 a month more then a new customer with slower speeds

@SkyHelpTeam Home Broadband is cutting out at least once an hour. Service Checker either says everything is OK, doesn't let me run the test, or claims we're out of contract (I'm not).
