    @SkyHelpTeam My subscription was entertainment, movies & sports. It was due for renewal this month. I asked for them to cancel the above but I still have sky broadband. My last payment for tv is mid March they didn't say when the channels cut off.

    @davman1971 @SkySports @SkySportsNews That’s one side of the story I got into cricket watching it on bbc but without the milions pumped into the game by Sky over the last 20yrs the England team would be no where near a World Cup final & we would probably down to 6 first class counties.     @SkyHelpTeam I ran a test, it got me to run through plugging things in again and then came back said there was a problem and said an engineer needs to visit. I’ve booked one for tomorrow but was hoping you guys might be able to sort it, unless it’s an exchange/cabinet issue
