    @SkyHelpTeam My subscription was entertainment, movies & sports. It was due for renewal this month. I asked for them to cancel the above but I still have sky broadband. My last payment for tv is mid March they didn't say when the channels cut off.

    @bt_uk are absolute rip off merchants. I signed up for broadband at £29.99. This month they have increased their prices and it’s now £42.30. I will never ever sign with BT and will tell everyone to avoid. @SkyUK is the way forward. Gutted I’m locked in to such a greedy company

    @bt_uk If this is how you treat your loyal customers then @SkyUK will soon be getting an influx of new customers. That increase is ridiculous and so soon after you offered me that deal of £29.99. New customers need to run for the hills

    Hello @SkyHelpTeam ! Can you help please? The Sky go app is only giving me the option to download this week's episode of The Equalizer to my Sky box & not my laptop. Tried to download it to my Sky box, it only downloads in HD not SD & crashed my Sky box. Twice! Help?!Thanks!

    @SkyUK Thanks mate! Asked to cancel on 18+ April due to move abroad. Instead got cancelled today, 5 April. Spent hour on phone to be told that the acct is gone once cancelled! Error couldn't be fixed. This after 6yrs paying £100+ pcm. What a waste.

    Just going to go full Karen for a second to say that transferring to @SkyUK @SkyHelpTeam Broadband service has been an unqualified disaster and anyone considering going with Sky as their internet service provider should avoid them like the plague.
