@SkyHelpTeam I've had sky q almost 3 weeks and so far...its crap. Twice I've had to turn power off at the wall just to reset the box because the remote has stopped working. Bring back sky plus!!!

@davman1971 @SkySports @SkySportsNews That’s one side of the story I got into cricket watching it on bbc but without the milions pumped into the game by Sky over the last 20yrs the England team would be no where near a World Cup final & we would probably down to 6 first class counties. @SkyHelpTeam Had text yesterday to say broadband activated. Just received email from BT saying I’ve asked to change my broadband package with them starting on 22 April. I have not. Had email from BT saying phone line stopped, but not broadband yet. Sky did cancel this for me?
