    @SkyHelpTeam My subscription was entertainment, movies & sports. It was due for renewal this month. I asked for them to cancel the above but I still have sky broadband. My last payment for tv is mid March they didn't say when the channels cut off.

    @SkyHelpTeam We have a communal dish, however 1 person in the blocks is now working. Me and another person are without. I have had this problem a few times (twice a month) usually turning off at mains for 10 mins fixes but is not this time
