I understand the need to test the line, even though we’ve had sky for 9 years, but why in the last 7 day have we had a worse service? Today’s download speed is 18mbps & upload is 0.5mbps

Just very disappointed in the service since we renewed and ‘upgraded’ but the 10 days is up tomorrow so I’m looking forward to my super fast broadband actually being super fast and not super slow.

We believe it’s a fault with the line, but calls are seemingly only for vulnerable people. How can we get this resolved? It’s 18 days since we upgraded. Thanks
