@SkyHelpTeam third time in the few short weeks weve had sky Q that weve lost signal. Twice before it just restarted after a couple of days off. Engineer booked for 23rd January where as far as im concerned he can take the lot away as unsuitable for purpose. Totally cheesed off

Shocking service from @SkyUK Want to charge me for an engineer visit to fix/replace the faulty equipment we’re hiring from them! And they can’t get here for a month (they expect people to be available during the day in the week) - no refund for loss of services!!!

@SkySports I’m a basketball fan and was excited about the playoffs! The games are on late so like most people i have to record but there’s no point doing that if it’s not going to record the whole game! If the game go over the allotted time it doesn’t record to the end. Fix it!

@SkyHelpTeam Hi William, Sorry to report that didn’t fix the issue… All 3 boxes are Sky+HD 2TB. I was lucky enough to try an old white Pace box with one of my cards and that does not have the issue - I hope this info helps
