@SkyUK hi. How do I ask for my signal to be boosted? For a few weeks now the picture on our TV breaks up &says there is no signal on all channels. Today I was dropped out for Zoom 3 times in 90 minutes!!! I check website and it says no issues in my area. Can someone help please?

HONESTLY @SkyHelpTeam I’ve called now 15 times and yet I cannot get anyone to help me with my broadband activation. I’m now out of internet for 3 working days and have had to pay £45 bundle to work from home because I wasn’t expecting this delay.

@SkyHelpTeam I have coronation street series linked, however the second episode on Monday & Wednesday never series links. I have to manually record it every week while the rest of the series link works fine. Any ideas why? It’s not clashing with anything else.

@SkyHelpTeam Hi, our sky box has suddenly started flashing on the home screen and then turning off to a black screen. Before this, earlier today, the whole screen was blue and muted and the remote does nothing. This is not a TV problem. Could you advise? Thanks
