Awful #CustomerService @SkyUK you managed to cut off my Sky. Engineer attended to update SkyQ,failed due to council regulations, told throw away Q card keep old one(3 months ago).Today viewing card error, as I had not installed new viewing card to Old system.3 days wait new card

@SkyHelpTeam Main box keeps losing network connection assume that is why mini box keeps disconnecting. Mini box multiple reasons, no connection, lost Sky Q box, no sat signal. New router but everything else - phones, laptops, iPads all connected and holding connection.

@TheScore01 @PaulInce @SkySports I just have this feeling Lampard will ignore the call and stick with who he knows. It’s no disgrace to bring someone in as a sounding board but the wider issue of his reluctance could be his downfall....just don’t feel Morris cuts it as an assistant at this level.

@Richtbiskitt @SkyUK .I realised just in time, and cancelled my order, when I realised (and they don’t tell you this!) that Sky Glass doesn’t support many third party channels so, if for example, you subscribe to RacingTV, you can’t get it on Sky Glass!
