@SkyHelpTeam my radio signal is poor , error message is either ' technical fault ' or ' no satellite signal' can get radio 1 and 2 but not Absolute radio,Planet Rock or Radio X. TV signal is fine. Tried to get through on the phone as a key worker , get cut off,please help !

@virginmedia I get your argument that it’s not not your fault it’s the terms of the contract. I realise I haven’t got a leg to stand on on that one. - but what does the £240 cover? Seems extortionate to me. Hey ho I’ll give my business to @SkyUK and will never recommend @virginmedia again.
