😩 so being a sky vip diamond customer actually means sod all to @SkyUK because my skyQ is now proper broken and we’ve got to wait over2 weeks for an engineer, I just check for all sky services we have I paid them £216 last month that’s going to change

@snowyme @SkyHelpTeam Yes but its not O2 though is it, and whilst they use the O2 network there are is still Sky equipment and systems that run their service so you can have issues - go figure! So either get an O2 sim or just get a local one and port your number it takes 2 mins to do

@SkyHelpTeam I have tested my line and it has drastically drooped below min speed again this is getting ridiculous now and very poor service from sky and you are left waiting for excessive amount of time to get connected to an agent on the phone!
