Can’t believe how long it has taken for @SkyUK to sort out the broadband…went down on 7th August 2021 and still no service. Unbelievable.

@SkyUK Hey waited in all day for an engineer - got a text to say he can’t get access, he’s gone to wrong address - apparently you can’t call him back, now no engineer till 17th ???? 20yrs a customer of yours, no TV at all, £120pm NOT IMPRESSED ... call centre completely unhelpful

@SkyHelpTeam My broadband has gone down so I go straight to the app and go through the whole ‘test my hub’ section… it then says I require an engineer that will cost ME £15… you having a laugh?

So tomorrow will be 5 weeks without any internet service from @SkyUK they can’t sort the issue out with @OpenreachHelp made numerous phone calls and no one can give me any time scales as to when this will be sorted out… I give up

@skyhelpteam are there issues in Worcestershire? Your checker app says no known issues in my area, yet my broadband is down, and that I need an engineer visit, but won’t let me book one. Is that your way of avoiding your Ofcom obligations?

@SkyHelpTeam i am getting 3-7 mbps from my hub. Had the same issue last week that I fixed with restarting my hub. Happened again last night and that fix hasn’t worked. I am getting the same speeds either by WiFi or connected directly via Ethernet cable.

@OpenreachHelp Ive contacted my service provider @SkyHelpTeam and they’re refusing because they’ve said you have to send it to me because they don’t want to be liable. Ive now decided to cancel the upgrade because my landlord is refusing to let any works happen without these permits.

@virginmedia If it gets fixed tomorrow evening I will have been cut off for about 20% of the time I've been with you, so far. After six years of (slow) but relatively smooth sailing with @SkyUK. Hoping for a BIG improvement.

@SkyHelpTeam I'm going to try and call the support line again to try and get it fixed because while the hub speed is fine, I only have a couple of devices connected at any one time and I'm getting a very small portion of the speed which is apparently reaching the hub
