@SkyUK I can only go on my own experience of the pucks constantly freezing and losing the PW and having to retype it again and again. Picture freeze during the ****** of a program adds to the irony. Yes, I like the TV and sound but SkyQ NEVER had these issues and you got to record, too.

@SkyUK Sky Glass TV Picture quality is poor. But the TV streaming is stable. The Pucks (So you can watch in other rooms, essentially Mini Q boxes) constantly freeze, Even with 1gig fibre! No recording function no issue - Playlist same thing. Stick with Q until they improve pucks.

@Gooner_AC21 @SkyUK So, we got Sky Glass TV and 3 pucks for the TVs upstairs. The puck for the main bedroom has been swapped twice and still freezes. I upgraded my broadband and added two extenders and Still lose the signal in the mornings. Turning the puck off and on, retyping PW, etc.
