I've just checked my account and my bill is due to go up to £66 in Nov and Dec. Why is there such a huge increase? Please could you look into this.

Throughout the year, you probably owe us customers a couple of hundred pounds, if not more, for the amount of hours we’re sitting without internet and having to use our data. During lockdown u "paused" my sports package then couldn't reinstate the deal so I had to cancel part of that. Now I'm expected to pay an admin fee to get what I already have at an extra £5 a month iso £10.
