I was (and kinda still am) fully on board with the @primevideosport thing they’ve got going on however I’ve now discovered the downside... unfortunately the @SkyUK WiFi connection speeds/strength in my area are so atrociously bad that they make it so jittery it’s barely watchable

@SkyHelpTeam our Sky business TV stopped working this morning before the Liverpool Derby. After failed tech support over the phone, the fastest you can send an engineer out is over TWO WEEKS. That is utterly unacceptable. A critical failure of service should be fixed ASAP.

Hi @SkyHelpTeam we had a fibre install scheduled for Thursday but partially completed - we'd been told that we'd get an update later in the afternoon but we've heard nothing back from either yourselves or Openreach; nor has my online account got any updates. Can you help?
