Sort it out please @SkyUK No wifi since last Friday, meant to be upgraded to Superfast as WFH. No courtesy calls, keep having to chase. Absolutely unacceptable service. Today first time we had a call back from complaints dept. Engineer investigating tom they say..#BelieveInBetter

Once again @SkyHelpTeam has screwed me over. When I cancelled BT sport in March cos of pandemic they said when I put it back it will be same price. Liars! Trying to charge extra £25 a month iso original £12. 45mins to be told by they dont give a **** @WhichUK @Ofcom

@raytomany @SkySports I'm trying to work out how you mocked this up! Last time this happened it was Kevin Nolan. The nutcase owner made him manager so he'd play for us. I think he didn't play himself to start with and when he did he was terrible! He didn't last long!

@SkyHelpTeam This doesn’t really help explain why though does it? I mean your customers, me included, pay a fair monthly price for your services and they are advertised in a way that suggests you have access to all4, i player etc.... it has Netflix but I don’t see “only some Netflix content”

@SkyHelpTeam Yes we did the home move via the call Center. This has happened and we are current using the tv service with no issues and awaiting for open reach connecting the phone line. The strange thing is I was email last week saying I needed to return my sky a hub or I would be charged
