@SkyHelpTeam Thanks for the reply. I followed the instructions and at least now it is being consistently slow rather than just being so slow it might as well not be working. It is a problem with the way BB has been installed in the building. I’m not the only resident complaining.

Not only are fans being priced out of going to the football, they are being priced out of watching it. It’s a joke to begin with that @SkySports seem to be ditching Celtic away games (never used to with BT) but now @LiviFCOfficial charging 20 quid for a PPV. Ridiculous all round.
