@SkyHelpTeam My broadband was due to be activated by @OpenreachHelp yesterday. The engineer has marked it as a completed job yet I have no active line and have been told to wait up to 5 days for it to be checked. You have 48hrs to fix it or il cancel and go with @virginmedia

@SkyHelpTeam I had a text and an email on Friday saying it would be delivered today. I took a day off work and now @RoyalMailHelp are saying it’s in transit somewhere and will turn up whenever, if it does turn up that is. I’m working the rest of the week. Appalling service.

@SkyHelpTeam This is a new contract I have taken out with you and it’s not a good start. If it’s not resolved within 48hrs I will cancel and go with Virgin media who don’t use openreach.

@SkyHelpTeam No but most couriers will give you an hrs time slot on the day once you have the tracking number. Why use RM who are shite and have no customer service like other couriers.

@MrBez1 @StevenKelly82 @SkyUK @TalkTalk I just cancelled my sky TV on Thursday been with them over 20yrs I have a smart TV with built in Freeview play but never used it as didn’t have a cable for the aerial so bought 1outta Asda £7 wow I loving Freeview it’s just the same as sky.

@OpenreachHelp They have and have been told an engineer within 5 days. Can you not read? Your engineer has lied and so have you. You have 48hrs to activate my line or I will cancel @SkyUK and use @virginmedia who don’t use your **** engineers or infrastructure

My @SkyHelpTeam broadband was due to be activated on the 2nd July and was finally done 6 days later yesterday on the 7th So for 6 days no service and no working internet @SkyUK have given me a whopping £5 off my bill. Howay man, have a word like.

@skytv have confirmed that there is a billing error on my account. Get one number to call but they can’t help so get given another number to call which no doubt will be another queue to sit in. You’d think they could take the initiative to call me to sort. @SkyHelpTeam

@SkyHelpTeam Your website says £8 per day for loss of service if the fault is not fixed after the 2nd working day it was reported. It was reported on Thursday and fixed yesterday. That’s not £5 is it.

@SkyUK received a rather rude call from @Openreachthis afternoon about my broadband speed. Very condescending and when I told him not to be do rude he did not speak again. With that I hung up. Appears to me to be a spam call?

@OpenreachHelp So @SkyHelpTeam are saying it’s an Open Reach issue and are fixing the fault TODAY. There is an outage in the area. No fault fixed. I have just spoken with another Sky CSA and he says it’ll be more than 48 hours. Living rurally and @o2 being a piece of crap too, no comms at all

Your wife shouldn’t be relying on domestic broadband to WFH and think she has the right to complain when it goes down and the time it takes to resolve. Get into the office or pay for a business line

@ChefWayner @SkyHelpTeam Get a grip Wayne, no one has specifically lied. It wouldn’t show as an outage if Openreach weren’t aware of it would it you melon. It’s domestic broadband so any faults are resolved within the SLA of 2-5 working days

@SkyHelpTeam 1/n So @SkyHelpTeam no call from a manager despite being told that call would come within 24 hours. Partner had to take time out to call. Nice lad at Sky said the issue is the hub is pending despite it being ordered on the 18th December. @BTSopenreach put in the fibres on Monday
