@skytv have confirmed that there is a billing error on my account. Get one number to call but they can’t help so get given another number to call which no doubt will be another queue to sit in. You’d think they could take the initiative to call me to sort. @SkyHelpTeam

My @SkyHelpTeam broadband was due to be activated on the 2nd July and was finally done 6 days later yesterday on the 7th So for 6 days no service and no working internet @SkyUK have given me a whopping £5 off my bill. Howay man, have a word like.

@SkyUK received a rather rude call from @Openreachthis afternoon about my broadband speed. Very condescending and when I told him not to be do rude he did not speak again. With that I hung up. Appears to me to be a spam call?

@SkyHelpTeam I have an issue with my mums sky broadband and talk. Her broadband is working fine and she can dial out on her phone no issues. However she's not receiving calls from anyone other than my sky mobile number. Also your records show her broadband & talk as not activated

My @SkyUK fibre is cutting out 20+ times a day since lockdown ended (was fine during) and the website helpfully tells me not to call them at this time and to use their “help guides” online. I don’t need a help guide. I need the service I pay a lot for to actually be functional.

@SkyHelpTeam Your website says £8 per day for loss of service if the fault is not fixed after the 2nd working day it was reported. It was reported on Thursday and fixed yesterday. That’s not £5 is it.

@LooperLupin @EdwardNiger @SkySports He saw the crash and saw Verstappen go to the medical centre. Obviously Mercedes wouldn't tell him in the race because that would stress him further. It was a racing incident. But if Hamilton wasn't penalised - all hell would break lose with other drivers making such moves

@SkyHelpTeam Hi, you reduced my broadband speed by about 15% when I went away for 4 days. It’s been 2 weeks and it hasn’t returned to normal. Yes I have followed all the help steps online, but I don’t fancy sitting on hold trying to speak to somebody. Can you please help? Thanks!
