    My @SkyUK fibre is cutting out 20+ times a day since lockdown ended (was fine during) and the website helpfully tells me not to call them at this time and to use their “help guides” online. I don’t need a help guide. I need the service I pay a lot for to actually be functional.

    @SkyHelpTeam Your website says £8 per day for loss of service if the fault is not fixed after the 2nd working day it was reported. It was reported on Thursday and fixed yesterday. That’s not £5 is it.

    My @SkyHelpTeam broadband was due to be activated on the 2nd July and was finally done 6 days later yesterday on the 7th So for 6 days no service and no working internet @SkyUK have given me a whopping £5 off my bill. Howay man, have a word like.

    @SkyHelpTeam I have an issue with my mums sky broadband and talk. Her broadband is working fine and she can dial out on her phone no issues. However she's not receiving calls from anyone other than my sky mobile number. Also your records show her broadband & talk as not activated

    Just been DM'd by @OpenreachHelp to ask if there is anything ELSE they can help me with TODAY. After NOT being any help at all on FRIDAY. I think it's a parody account. Also @SkyUK didn't call as promised. God I wish we had @virginmedia round here.

    @SkyUK received a rather rude call from @Openreachthis afternoon about my broadband speed. Very condescending and when I told him not to be do rude he did not speak again. With that I hung up. Appears to me to be a spam call?

    @skytv have confirmed that there is a billing error on my account. Get one number to call but they can’t help so get given another number to call which no doubt will be another queue to sit in. You’d think they could take the initiative to call me to sort. @SkyHelpTeam

    @SkyHelpTeam You have no idea how annoying this is. Just moved house after a break up, no WiFi or tv services for 2 weeks and now this. My phone data is absolutely rinsed. And you and openreach don’t give a ****.

    @SkySports Nobody believes he was lucky. The amount of times things mysteriously and miraculously go his way is now undeniable. There are no coincidences. It happens over and over and over. I feel awful for the other players who've seen this happen so many times.

    Portsmouth v Southampton coverage on @SkySports today is disgraceful. Can't even be bothered to use boom mics for proper crowd noise. If it was man utd v man city or arsenal v spurs the coverage would have started 3 days ago. Piss poor.
