@SkyHelpTeam My SkyQ box doesn’t work on live sport channels. It says no satellite signal, but is working on all other channels including non live sports events. There’s no issue with weather or line of site, and the box settings are telling me the signal ok

Absolutely loved the way @btsportfootball not only didn't apologise and hide the sound of the crowd chanting "**** VAR" but actually discussed it! Would never happen on @SkySports who put on fake crowd sounds to hide chants they don't like. #WOLMUN

@SkyHelpTeam SkyGo app has become unwatchable. Syncs to Sky Q fine over sky fibre BB, 5m away on iPad it continuously buffers, hangs & some instances not load at all. Same on iPhone both running the latest iOS. Can clearly see lots of people getting the same issue...

Ordered the boxing and made to pay £29 plus £2 booking fee because it’s half an hour before showing. Just watching the football and you are advertising the boxing at £24.95. Really poor Sky! @SkyUK @SkyHelpTeam

@SkyHelpTeam hi I noticed there was a notification tweet earlier about an outage in central Scotland which is affecting me and was wandering if you know how long my internet will be down and I noticed 2 BT openreach vans in my street from early on could this be cause of outage?
