@SkyHelpTeam My SkyQ box doesn’t work on live sport channels. It says no satellite signal, but is working on all other channels including non live sports events. There’s no issue with weather or line of site, and the box settings are telling me the signal ok

@lilrichyp @SkyHelpTeam No. I have been looking on the internet a lot, and a few people think it is down to the box not being able to properly talk to SKY's servers at times. Mine has done it a couple of times since, and people who have had the same problem continue to do so even after swapping boxes.
