@SkyHelpTeam SkyGo app has become unwatchable. Syncs to Sky Q fine over sky fibre BB, 5m away on iPad it continuously buffers, hangs & some instances not load at all. Same on iPhone both running the latest iOS. Can clearly see lots of people getting the same issue...

@SkyHelpTeam My SkyQ box doesn’t work on live sport channels. It says no satellite signal, but is working on all other channels including non live sports events. There’s no issue with weather or line of site, and the box settings are telling me the signal ok

@spudboy1983 @SkyHelpTeam Tbh mate we’ve tried 4 companies in two years as the broadband is shocking down here. Apparently, the walls in the houses are much more thicker down here so your WiFi can’t get to all the rooms, living room fine but go into the kitchen or upstairs forget.
