So it seems as though when you give @SkyUK notice you want to cancel their broadband service in 31 days as per their conditions. They’ll just cut your off without warning after 5 days… Honestly sick of all telecoms providers, customer service is their last concern if at all

@SkyHelpTeam Sky tech team came out Monday checked all in house equipment and passed it over to open reach/ open reach came out today and still being advised damage to by hub. Been told early best week but have no faith in this as been waiting far too long

@SkyHelpTeam No other issue with other devices. Sky Broadband has been on and off all Xmas and now Q box won't connect at all. I have done all of the reset things online but nothing.

@ianhrp @SkyHelpTeam We are in the same boat. Been waiting si ce middle December (sim still not arrived In post either) not sky's fault though, it's the postal strikes and the incompetence of DPD. If they can't cope with the extra parcels they should never have taken them on.
