    @SkyHelpTeam you’ve apparently blocked my e mail account due to a security concern, your text tells me to login and change my password. When I try to login it tells me there is a problem and to call a number... percent tells me that I will be on hold for an hour!! 😱😱...

    @SkyHelpTeam Sunday 24th. They said my hub was waiting for an update that would fix the problem, so not to call back for two weeks as thats when the update would be rolled out. This was the 10th person i had spoke to and noone had mentioned this ‘known issue’ with the hubs before.

    @SkyHelpTeam I was on the phone for almost 2 hours with an agent trying to fix the problem. We had it working at one point but the problem recurred. After 2 hrs the call went quiet and the agent must have dropped off, i was still connected but there wasn't anyone on the other end.
