    My @SkyHelpTeam broadband was due to be activated on the 2nd July and was finally done 6 days later yesterday on the 7th So for 6 days no service and no working internet @SkyUK have given me a whopping £5 off my bill. Howay man, have a word like.

    @SkyHelpTeam Your website says £8 per day for loss of service if the fault is not fixed after the 2nd working day it was reported. It was reported on Thursday and fixed yesterday. That’s not £5 is it.

    @SkyUK received a rather rude call from @Openreachthis afternoon about my broadband speed. Very condescending and when I told him not to be do rude he did not speak again. With that I hung up. Appears to me to be a spam call?

    Just been DM'd by @OpenreachHelp to ask if there is anything ELSE they can help me with TODAY. After NOT being any help at all on FRIDAY. I think it's a parody account. Also @SkyUK didn't call as promised. God I wish we had @virginmedia round here.

    @OpenreachHelp They have and have been told an engineer within 5 days. Can you not read? Your engineer has lied and so have you. You have 48hrs to activate my line or I will cancel @SkyUK and use @virginmedia who don’t use your **** engineers or infrastructure

    @skytv have confirmed that there is a billing error on my account. Get one number to call but they can’t help so get given another number to call which no doubt will be another queue to sit in. You’d think they could take the initiative to call me to sort. @SkyHelpTeam

    My @SkyUK fibre is cutting out 20+ times a day since lockdown ended (was fine during) and the website helpfully tells me not to call them at this time and to use their “help guides” online. I don’t need a help guide. I need the service I pay a lot for to actually be functional.

    @SkyHelpTeam My broadband was due to be activated by @OpenreachHelp yesterday. The engineer has marked it as a completed job yet I have no active line and have been told to wait up to 5 days for it to be checked. You have 48hrs to fix it or il cancel and go with @virginmedia

    @WilliamJL_1990 @SkyUK @SkyHelpTeam I’ve got the same issue. Can you advise how to fix? It’s not the cable as I’ve tried 3 different ones. If I unplug the hdmi from the Q box, then replug, it will be fine until the box is put in standby and then repeats whe turned on.
