    @SkyHelpTeam broadband still not fixed by @WeAreOpenreach after 12 days. On phone to customer services for 43 minutes and transferred by engineer for help with additional data for our sky mobiles, put on hold then call is cut off!

    @SkyUK major issues with broadband both wired and wireless since upgrading to new hub & booster. Slow speeds even when plugged in. Guaranteed 64Mbps - we get 25. 6-20 on Wi-Fi. Our Wi-fi environment is good. Wi-fi channels all good. No interference & acceptable noise levels. Help

    @CraigLUFC77 @SkyUK I’ve had the same problem for the last 2 months. I have to reset the router, main sky Q box and then multi room box in that order. Proper pain in the arse. I’ll be ringing them in the next few days. Joys of a broken wrist, I have time to sort stuff out like this with them now.
