@SkyHelpTeam I understand fluctuations, I’ve worked in telecoms for 20+ years, this is a cabinet (card) issue, it’s generating 20+ drop outs a day.... total loss of service, auto re boot etc.... it needs fixing or the transfer reversed without charges

@SkyHelpTeam since we upgraded our sky fibre to the new hub4 we have had awful connection and service issues keep on dropping signal and no phone either as it's tho our hub via VoIP extremely frustrated

.@SkyHelpTeam we had a home move today. Broadband was working fine before the engineer came. He then left without telling us it wasn't working. And now there's a 'problem outside our home' that requires an Openreach engineer. I have to work from home on Monday....
