Don’t know why I have sky anymore, at the same time everyday around 4am both boxes stop working and then the mini skyQ box won’t connect to the main box. It says connected to network too. Tried all the online help and nothing is happening 😩 @SkyUK

@SkyHelpTeam supposed to have broadband installed yesterday. Had a message a few weeks ago saying there may be a delay. Heard nothing else. Spoke to someone who said there was an issue and someone would call me straight back. Heard nothing again! Come on Sky what’s going on?

@SkyHelpTeam My Sky Q won't connect - we've had our broadband updated & have a Sky Booster installed - but still having continual issues with the mini. Previously when the box connected it would cut out continually. Is there a contact number we can use to speak to someone?
