@SkyHelpTeam It’s getting really annoying, I am at sky HD +plus customer I have a 2TB box in the living room 1Tb box in bedroom, got an email ,the new price increase from April an extra £3 per month, I don’t know why I’m not receiving any new channels or services 1/2

@SkyHelpTeam Thanks, but none of the steps have worked as it drops out for a minute or two and then comes back on, usually before any diagnostic has been completed. It’s now also affecting my Sky Q box’s connectivity. Seems like a number of others are having the same problem.

How do you get subtitles for foreign language scenes on @DisneyPlusUK without having to turn on Closed Captions for the entire show? Watching Snowfall and there's lots of Spanish scenes which "should" have subtitles. Watching Sky Q but also an issue on all devices @SkyHelpTeam

@SkyHelpTeam I connect my sky Q box via ethernet. Sky box then says it's attached to SKY993CA Mini boxes work fine. But Sky Go doesn't. It says it can't find the box. I realise I'm not on the same network but I don't know the password for this created network. Please help.

Have basically the same package for £38 with BT now. I would call BT and go with them. Tell them the end date 1/2

@GowensStammer @SkySports @BBCSport The women's game wants more exposure so the tickets/ tv rights are cheaper so more people can get involved as the men's game is all ready established so they charge more for tickets/ tv rights. The problem is with the men's game not the TV company
