@SkyHelpTeam That's it, it says there's a local issue (reported on 15th Dec, ie. next week?!) but not what the issue is or when it might be fixed. My landline has also been down since early last week - I live with my 75-year-old mother and if I'm out that's her only method of contact

@SkyHelpTeam Hi, woke up to my broadband not working this morning. I’ve reset it 4 or 5 times and still nothing. The service checker states nothing is wrong with my line or area but my router is showing no light for internet and an orange one for voice. Everything is plugged in
