    @SkyHelpTeam supposed to have broadband installed yesterday. Had a message a few weeks ago saying there may be a delay. Heard nothing else. Spoke to someone who said there was an issue and someone would call me straight back. Heard nothing again! Come on Sky what’s going on?

    @SkyHelpTeam Thanks, but none of the steps have worked as it drops out for a minute or two and then comes back on, usually before any diagnostic has been completed. It’s now also affecting my Sky Q box’s connectivity. Seems like a number of others are having the same problem.

    @SkyUK shocking service. 30 year customer and Its been weeks since you gave HBOMax and I still have been unable to use it. When I try to resolve it by calling, you dont take ownership and aim on first contact resolution instead you expect me to do all the chasing.
