@EmmaB_0811 @SkyHelpTeam I had Sky broadband about 5 years ago and it was the same then. If you have Sky TV, the box goes into eco mode in the early hours which kills the wi fi connection to some devices in the house. If you turn off eco mode in settings on your sky tv box, it might solve the problem 🙏

@SkyUK @jamesdnewman1 Would not bother with their help section. Their broadband tester tells us there are no issues, even when we have zero connection to the internet appart from via 3 mobile.

@SkyUK @mindisablank Wouldn't bother. It's a much use as....... it tells us there are no issues with our broadband, despite thete being no connectivity and us having to rely on 3 mobile data every weekend. Regular as cloclwork here. Every Saturday, internet dies until Sunday.
