    Just phoned @SkyHelpTeam and, the support (once you finally get through!) as always was very good. But we are always informed of a customer survey that is to be filled in for support given by the advisor. A score of 0-8 is regarded as BAD(!) and only 9-10 is good. (1/2)

    @SkyHelpTeam since we upgraded our sky fibre to the new hub4 we have had awful connection and service issues keep on dropping signal and no phone either as it's tho our hub via VoIP extremely frustrated

    @SkyHelpTeam They can’t offer me a replacement device whilst mines is looked at for repair. I don’t have an old device to use and cannot be without a phone for who knows how many weeks until it’s fixed. It’s a device/network failure not something I have done

    @SkyHelpTeam No you haven’t understood what I said. We were told that Sky are aware of a problem at the exchange. If you look at “is there a problem in my area” it says no….he’s had to go elsewhere to work. We just want to know if the problem is fixed. No broadband since yesterday afternoon!

    @SkyUK the connected button is not turning green on my router, this has been going on since midnight last night, i’ve tried resetting the internet multiple times and it is not connecting. I first noticed the problem when my Sky booster went down last night
