  @SkyHelpTeam I understand fluctuations, I’ve worked in telecoms for 20+ years, this is a cabinet (card) issue, it’s generating 20+ drop outs a day.... total loss of service, auto re boot etc.... it needs fixing or the transfer reversed without charges

  @SkyHelpTeam Hi, pls help. Having intermittent issues with WiFi. All router lights on. Reset and followed troubleshooting online. “No issues” or stuck in a troubleshooting loop. Sky Q box keeps showing not connected & iPhone shows connected but WiFi is doing nothing? Thanks
