Don’t know why I have sky anymore, at the same time everyday around 4am both boxes stop working and then the mini skyQ box won’t connect to the main box. It says connected to network too. Tried all the online help and nothing is happening 😩 @SkyUK

@SkyUK and the award for worst customer service goes to Sky. Absolute shambles of a company. Allow people to cancel your services twice and yet expect me to waste hours on phone to get no answer or passed from person to person. Shambles!!! 🤬🤬🤬

@SkyHelpTeam That's it, it says there's a local issue (reported on 15th Dec, ie. next week?!) but not what the issue is or when it might be fixed. My landline has also been down since early last week - I live with my 75-year-old mother and if I'm out that's her only method of contact

@SkyHelpTeam 1/2 - Just called to report a fault on the line of one of your customers (elderly in their 90’a, one fell and was on the floor for 4.5hrs 2 wks ago). Phone line crackles when ringing and goes dead! Apparently you can’t log a fault without the customer reporting it
