It says it can't find the box. I realise I'm not on the same network but I don't know the password for this created network. Please help.

But we are always informed of a customer survey that is to be filled in for support given by the advisor. A score of 0-8 is regarded as BAD(!) and only 9-10 is good. (1/2)
