    @denzilOshamen @SkyHelpTeam 2/2 I demanded to speak to a manager. After 15 mins of being told I would get the same answer from a manager, agent went away then came back and told me that they “have found a way to give me the router for free” Sky’s customer service has worsened since I joined 5 years ago.

As soon as the agent said my router was out of warranty and I wasn’t in contract I knew what he was planning 😡 Also his initial “solution” was for me to leave and find another provider! #wtf

    @TheSteed @SixStarsUK @SkySports These meetings have a limited number of agenda items. For me there are more pressing issues within the game that affect a larger proportion of fans than those affected by colour blindness. That’s my point, no hate just an opinion if yours differs so be it.
