It says connected to network too. Tried all the online help and nothing is happening 😩 @SkyUK

Heard nothing else. Spoke to someone who said there was an issue and someone would call me straight back. Heard nothing again! Come on Sky what’s going on?

Stick contract where ya want. Won’t be paying for rubbish service as for valued customers you should be ashamed of service
