    @SkyHelpTeam absolutely exasperated - almost 2 weeks without TV due to unknown issue with main SkyQ box. Called x 4. Told would have engineer 14,15 or16 June - nothing - no courtesy call, no TV and 5 yr old daughter who wants to watch but cant @cartoonnetwork - txs for nothing

    So had a lovely phone call with @SkyUK as i wanted to change my package as the bill is too much only to find out i cant because of outstanding debt on my sky mobile sim which i cancelled so now im stuck paying £150 a month because the cs team wont help thanks!

    @SkyHelpTeam I have, an engineer came to sort out the problem, it worked for a day then it stopped working again. An engineer is coming 2day but the Internet is working now but it could go anytime, its like a ticking time bomb and that's without mentioning that the Xmas period was a disaster

    @SkyHelpTeam Hi Matt I’ve been speaking to them regularly and last spoke to them on 23rd. Been told you won’t put me back on copper as this is a fttp area but if you can’t provide that service after 3 weeks then something needs to be resolved. All I get told is update next week

    @seaby13 @LorenzoBrauer @SkySports My son was there, took him 38 minutes to leave the ground and catch a park and ride bus, he said they were singing rude songs about Sky, expect Sky muted the sound when they broadcast the game. Disgraceful way to treat fans.

    @SkyHelpTeam Have spent over 7 hours over the past 2 weeks on the phone to Sky trying to get my broadband reinstated after you told me the only way to fix my speed of 0.87 was to cancel the contract and set up a new one. Today's count is 59 minutes so far. Why is this so hard 😩

    @SkyUK With sky glass been Internet dependent, would not reccomend if on SKY Internet. My net was either down, coming on and off or extremely slow during the Xmas period and still is now.
