@SkyUK - why do need to contact you to negotiate new offers? Surely customer care means the onus is on you to care for customers! We’ve been customers for 14.5 years & the best you can do is nothing to help as we’re in contract until February 2022!

@SkyHelpTeam is there any update on issues in Glasgow area? No WiFi Internet connection as it keeps dropping, cannot connect Q mini boxes. This has been over 24 hours now. No updates on app or website. You get paid enough in our subscriptions so get the service restored 😡😡😡

Please avoid Sky broadband and telephone service. I’ve had an absolutely appalling customer service experience. Placed my order on 8th December. It’s twice been cancelled since. No one seems to care at sky and now I’ve been told to go elsewhere! @SkyHelpTeam @TSBBCare

I can't explain how disappointing the customer service I've received from @SkyHelpTeam has been. Were due to have our new house connected before the holidays. I waited in a house without furniture for eight hours before finding out the engineer had cancelled without telling us...

@SkyHelpTeam sky broadband been down since Saturday the 26th of December. Numerous phone calls and promises of a fix within 5 days then 48hours and still nothing. Life runs of the internet you have failed me at the most vulnerable time!!! Not happy

@SkyUK Broadband account phone-support is a bloody disgrace. They demand loads of answer options on a machine then say talking to a human is a 45 minute wait. I wanted to talk about re-signing, but after that experience I'm off to @vodafone after all.
