@SkyHelpTeam Okay I'll break it down for you - Why you can't renegotiate your package online? When you do you call Sky, you always get offered a crap deal & it's only when you threaten to cancel that you actually get a better deal.

@SkyHelpTeam is there any update on issues in Glasgow area? No WiFi Internet connection as it keeps dropping, cannot connect Q mini boxes. This has been over 24 hours now. No updates on app or website. You get paid enough in our subscriptions so get the service restored 😡😡😡

Anyone thinking of signing up for @SkyHelpTeam, don’t. The service is appalling for the money they charge! The Q box loses sound and picture randomly. The mini box is way too slow and they do nothing to help.

@SkyHelpTeam Are there any known issues in the Aberdeen area today. I have done the full factory reset on the Sky Hub and ONT. 3 green lights on the Hub and ONT but no response to ping or DNS lookup on the Hub (I do have a call raised just in case)
