10 years a customer of @virginmedia and they just tell you that if you want to reduce your bill to a reasonable amount you can’t and their first offer is to disconnect you... which takes 30 days. Looking forward to something new with @SkyUK or @bt_uk now. #Shambles

@terrychristian @SkyHelpTeam It is a pain in the arse, to be fair. We find Virgin seem to strangle bandwidth and slow the network down massively. Two sons, one on a PS4, other on an X Box. Causes major grief. Had Sky before with no issue, yet @virginmedia seems much worse. 😳

What Martinelli did was wrong, but Gary Neville should not have said Liverpool players should have gone and sorted him out and got a red card for it. He should not condone violence and I hope @SkySports do something about it. He is setting a bad example.

@SkyUK why is there no satellite signal on most days. I have a teenager crashing out because she can't watch football. Your broadband is slow and on most days I can't watch any HD stations! I pay good money to get your services and they are not up to scratch at all!!!!
