@chateauxwindy @LadyCatHT @SkyHelpTeam @Ofcom I now pay for a landline with @virginmedia because it would be more expensive to have broadband only 🤔 I have never used the landline, there is no phone plugged into it, no idea even what my number is.

Avoid @SkyUK at all costs. 3 months without service due to their incompetence. Another engineer not bothered to turn up today so it’s 3 months without service and the next appointment is another month 🤬🤬🤬 AVOID AVOID AVOID SKY TV

Call centre encounters can be long and arduous. So big massive thanks to Marie @SkyHelpTeam who patiently somehow managed to talk me through broadband issues that were entirely my doing. Even though I was a total numpty she never once said it! Give the lassie a wee bonus😃🖐🏻 🤣

Can’t get my @SkyUk box to download anything quickly...internet’s fine ✅ turned the box on and off ✅ watched Netflix to test network ✅ and yet I can’t watch a single movie or box set, despite paying a fortune for the privilege! Been waiting an hour for a episode to reach 14%

@SkyUK oh dear oh dear. You've just taken £67.50 from my bank for absolutely no reason. You charged me for cancelling my broadband even though the contract was up. And then again for trying, TRYING to cancel TV. Safe to say the direct debit is being cancelled. What a joke.
