@SkyHelpTeam tried phoning 3 times now. Since I’ve transferred to sky mobile sim I can’t leave the room without WiFi changing back to 4G. New mobile customer. Had other sky devices for years. Need help. Thanks.

@SkyHelpTeam I'd love to ask the person who had the bright idea of only allowing TV watching if you have a solid internet connection... at least when my internet went down before Sky Q I could still watch TV! Have to reset my router and boosters 5-10 times a day just to watch TV

@cccammy1 @SkySports I said the exact same last night. The fact that they focus on the “incident” more than his goal also focused on a cross from Hibs into our box more than the only goal!! Walker shouldn’t be the commentator on Rangers games! One sided slanted hatred.

@SkyHelpTeam The issue is, that nowhere was that stated at the time of the issue. Apparently I was capped to 29mbps when it should have been 50mbps. The engineer came and pressed 1 button and it magically worked. This was on a wednesday too. Seems abit backhanded to be honest.

@SkyHelpTeam broadband has been having issues since yesterday morning. Gets a signal for around 10 minutes before it drops again, website says there is no known issues in our area but we’ve been without internet for about 24 hours now. Sky TV is working fine

@virginmedia Thank you for this but I do not have faith in the compliant process or the company. The experience with @virginmedia has been an awful experience filled with rude staff and a poor service. As a big corporate company I expected better. @SkyUK were a much better company!

@findthemoron @SkyHelpTeam Exactly, tv programs often have a season brake for a few weeks and sky Q remember and picks it back up when it starts again whereas a book mark wouldn’do that so you wouldn’t know it had restarted ,I don’t think they’ve asked the customer what they want in a tv sky box combined.
