Just checked my @SkyUK @SkyHelpTeam app to discover they are attempting to charge me almost 3x my actual monthly amount by DD this month. Thought issues had been resolved with this as wrong amounts have been happening since Sept. Honestly never ever go with them!

@SkyHelpTeam I’m using Sky Glass connected directly to Wi-Fi via Ethernet cable with network speed of 76 mbps. I’ve come out numerous times and reconnected and it still freezes with just the commentary coming through. This happens sporadically throughout the match.
