@SkyHelpTeam we were persuaded by #BT to leave a perfectly good NOW Broadband for a supposedly better fibre package. Instead they have managed to completely cut us off and are not rushing to fix this. If you would like a new customer, can you get us reconnected ASAP?

@jason_uk80 @SkySports Sounds like a possible HDCP issue - the box and HDMI/TV link might be broken. Have you rebooted both TV and Q box to repair the link? Seems to happen more on Samsung than other brands but has happened previously to me on LG

If you want to see a perfect example of how @SkySports have no regard for supporters, take a look at the #SOUMUN game. No delay to kick off, due to their schedule. Rotherham v Sheffield Wednesday had the same issue yesterday, and the game was delayed by 15 minutes.
