I do not buy newspapers and block them on twitter. I avoid the phone too. Give them nothing and ignore them is my motto. They have their own bias agenda.

@eddiehulme @SkyHelpTeam Nice threat there Eddie, but you should probably know that it stopping during peak times has nothing to do with Sky or any CP for that matter, its due to network demand (an Openreach problem) and will therefore follow you to any provider you go to. But good luck!

@SkyHelpTeam It is working. The annoyance is when it stops working during peak times . This instability will make me rethink what services i pay sky for when contract renewal occurs. In addition. Your diagnostic app gives a false impression of services in the household when broadband down..

@SkyHelpTeam Sky Q installation yesterday. Engineer checked satellite and got good signal with dish on chimney, but said work had to be done by a 3rd party installer or Sky Special Heights. I’ve rebooked for 2 weeks time, but no confirmation this is for Special Heights team?
