@SkyHelpTeam Hi I expect Sky to show goodwill to all their customers who were inconvenienced today. My wife & I are both working remotely and there was very poor communication over this issue as well as impacting on the work we need to do #skybroadband

Fibre to cabinet is **** when the cabinet is 2 miles away down old copper that can’t hold a connection. Just spent 10mins on phone, 45mins on hold, then cutoff
