She was unable to hear the person on the phone to which he violently cursed down the phone. The number was 02032890219. Just to make you aware.

Phone call alone cost Β£24. With them 22 years and never encountered prior but customer service appears to be outsourced now. Utterly poor service experience so just warning others to be wary.

Put through to a call centre, passed x3 to finally reach a lady whoβs spoken English was not conversational & difficult. On the phone almost 1 hour that cost Β£24! All a poor example of customer service. #bewarned
