    Had to telephone @SkyHelpTeam @skytv to sort contract details out. Put through to a call centre, passed x3 to finally reach a lady who’s spoken English was not conversational & difficult. On the phone almost 1 hour that cost £24! All a poor example of customer service. #bewarned

    @SkyHelpTeam Hello, I was stuck on hold for an hour last week to be fobbed off with doing a software update which has done nothing. My Sky Q mini box is constantly crashing (needing to be reset daily). I believe it’s reached it’s end of life and needs replacing. Can you help?

    @SkyHelpTeam Thanks for your help. I have to serve up dinner now...17:07 and im 51 mins in to the film. 16 mins behind. This incident alongside the watch issue (which still doesn’t work properly) has really made me lose faith in Sky. I’d call if I had any faith it would get fixed...
