    Disgrace that you can’t get through to @SkyUK @SkyHelpTeam. Services switched off when I can’t get out to pay the bill and when you phone to talk you get zero help!!

    Been a loyal @SkyUK customer for many years, but current process to move to Sky Q has been ongoing since 3rd August. Shocking service and zero communication. Time to cancel and move to @virginmedia

    @SkyHelpTeam Thanks. Yeah, it’s something to do with the line into the house. Been playing up ever since the high winds last week. Tests are fine and it’s not in-home connectivity. Will contact tech support later as I think we need some physical investigation of the external line.
