@SkyHelpTeam Complaint 1583983844. Havent had Internet at home for 6 days now and have been told can take 2 weeks more because RM have lost the router! Though you admit its not been delivered, you won't ship a new one for another 7 days and it will be on a 5 day service! Wtf!?

@nimnil @SkyUK I think I could cancel my @SkyUK contract and get a new provider to sign me up and install a new line quicker than it would take Sky to send someone out to take a look at it. I mean, probably not, but that's what it feels like. Massively frustrating.
