@SkyUK just discovered your common problem of NO CATCHUP ON SKY ATLANTIC and system asking for us to UPGRADE. SKY Atlantic is part of our package and if catch-up on SKY channels is not included then cancel it and collect the equipment.

@SkyHelpTeam I can't see my exact package details but have sent details of the package we took, you look it up and stop dancing around the problem. I have confirmed we have Box sets in our package, Devels appears in Box sets but we can't watch it. I think you just need to cancel and refund.

Absolutely disgraceful service from @SkyUK - waited in all day for TV installation crew, told now not coming until 11 Jan because we missed 2 calls less than 5 mins apart and will charge us for ‘missed appointment’ when we called back in mins. Do you think this is acceptable?

@SkyHelpTeam So getting the result I wanted by threatening to cancel my subscription and getting very angry proves to me just how bad your customer services is when you were in the wrong , you think that is a good result , I think your staff need additional customer care training !!
