Had to telephone @SkyHelpTeam @skytv to sort contract details out. Put through to a call centre, passed x3 to finally reach a lady who’s spoken English was not conversational & difficult. On the phone almost 1 hour that cost £24! All a poor example of customer service. #bewarned

@SkySports Good thing about being a football fan is that you choose the team to support/follow. If you no longer like United, just leave instead of stressing out and wishing Ole to be fired. There are 19 other teams in the Premier league and more in lower divisions and other leagues.

@SkyUK I can't get through to anyone on customer service number, keep just getting sent a text to go online... I don't have a phone line to install broadband and need assistance pls. I was told an engineer would come when purchased but this doesn't seem to be the case now?
