    @SkyUK just discovered your common problem of NO CATCHUP ON SKY ATLANTIC and system asking for us to UPGRADE. SKY Atlantic is part of our package and if catch-up on SKY channels is not included then cancel it and collect the equipment.

    @SkyHelpTeam I can't see my exact package details but have sent details of the package we took, you look it up and stop dancing around the problem. I have confirmed we have Box sets in our package, Devels appears in Box sets but we can't watch it. I think you just need to cancel and refund.

    @SkyHelpTeam Hi Sky. My sister received what appears to be a spam call this afternoon regarding "Sky Matienance". She was unable to hear the person on the phone to which he violently cursed down the phone. The number was 02032890219. Just to make you aware.

    @SkyHelpTeam absolutely ridiculous from @skytv today on “attempting” to fit new sky Q. No hole drilled by Bt on a previous visit so they couldn’t give me my box, the customer care only advice was for me to hire a private engineer to drill the whole ready, are you serious!

    @SkyUK so I have an outstanding complaint awaiting compensation from last year, I finally get a phone call from you, say that I am being transferred to your broadband dept and you then put me on hold!I waited 22 minutes and gave up! I can’t sit on the phone all day!
