    @SkyHelpTeam Hi Sky. My sister received what appears to be a spam call this afternoon regarding "Sky Matienance". She was unable to hear the person on the phone to which he violently cursed down the phone. The number was 02032890219. Just to make you aware.

    @SkyHelpTeam I can't see my exact package details but have sent details of the package we took, you look it up and stop dancing around the problem. I have confirmed we have Box sets in our package, Devels appears in Box sets but we can't watch it. I think you just need to cancel and refund.

    Can anyone tell me why we still can’t get @RTEOne in HD on @SkyUK in NI, but @RTE2 is available in high def? Never thought it made any sense whatsoever. #TheHunger

    @desudo @SkyHelpTeam No. Followed all instructions they sent via text. Excellent guy on phone tried lots of other things but they didn’t work so engineer coming out but not until Friday. Have an engineer phoning tomorrow though who might be able to help but if not have to wait a week!

    Hello @SkyHelpTeam Any ideas why the Amazon app is constantly freezing on Sky Q but Disney and Netflix work perfectly fine? I’ve unplugged etc but the problem persists.

    @SkyHelpTeam So, the rebuild doesn't work and yet again, I have to reboot the system and lose EVERYTHING on my planner. I am just really annoyed that this keeps happening at only 6% capacity used says so much about Sky+. NOT A HAPPY CUSTOMER 😑
