I have confirmed we have Box sets in our package, Devels appears in Box sets but we can't watch it. I think you just need to cancel and refund.

They'll try and say oh it's a mistake and we've resolved it so there's no need for the SAR but make sure you get that recording regardless. Then hammer the bastards.

Susan Warren (@SusanWa02526665) reported@jammierooroo @SkyUK When my mum was in a similar position (no sky ) but recently bereaved we told her to,say no to any calls for any services be it to change landline, energy provider etc. Shame you didn’t tell your mum the same as she would have just put the phone down. £110 a month? What for?
