    Had to telephone @SkyHelpTeam @skytv to sort contract details out. Put through to a call centre, passed x3 to finally reach a lady who’s spoken English was not conversational & difficult. On the phone almost 1 hour that cost £24! All a poor example of customer service. #bewarned

    @SkySports your coverage of All Ireland final is criminal. I have been able to watch about 30 seconds so far uninterrupted by signal loss. Pathetic

    @SkyHelpTeam So that's a no then. What's the use of a 65" Glass Tv and being told to buy and watch on my phone. Sky Glass is totally 💩 I'll be on the phone to cancel as it was mis-sold to me.

    @SkyHelpTeam hi was there issues with Broadband speeds yesterday in BT37, my speeds fluctuated from 3mb to 60mb... Was causing issues with connections. I'm registered with the accessibility team as having a hearing loss. James

    @Ppreally111Pp @SkyHelpTeam @skytv it had ran out so began getting emails ratcheting up costs unless I contacted them. Phone call alone cost £24. With them 22 years and never encountered prior but customer service appears to be outsourced now. Utterly poor service experience so just warning others to be wary.

    @SkyHelpTeam Yes, I've tried that. I get 1 message saying there's a problem with my account, then another message saying there is an outage. But the first message disappears too quickly that I am unable to read it.

    @SkyHelpTeam our sky box is making a god awful noise, as if it was overheating - it wouldn’t let us switch channels, so I turned it off and on again - it now says ‘press home button when screen goes blank’ - so I have, twice, and it just won’t do anything!
