@SkyHelpTeam how do I cancel a openreach instillation, tried through the phone, told as it was booked cannot cancel, I have to cancel contract after it is installed, which is a waste of time and money already cancelled sky Q, thanks

@SkyHelpTeam I've had 9 calls this morning between 0742 and 0950 all from different numbers claiming to be be from Sky (the scam to 'fix my broadband problems'). Had 7 similar calls yesterday. Is Talk Shield the only way to fix this? How do I set up?

When our hard working nurses have to choose between feeding their kids or heating homes then it's clear there are problems. A simple search of the increase in nos of people using food banks over the last 12 yrs is proof of this.

@SkyHelpTeam So it’s acceptable to get 1.2mbs over your super fast service and 37.46 mbs over 4g is it and signal not reaching security cameras! download speed to my iPhone with netgear router via Virgin is 160mbs.... Sky promised me a better broadband service! This is unbelievably worse!
