Can anyone tell me why we still can’t get @RTEOne in HD on @SkyUK in NI, but @RTE2 is available in high def? Never thought it made any sense whatsoever. #TheHunger

@SkyUK unable to watch sky sports on #myskygo app but other channels are fine. Error code 17c. Seems to be a common problem with @ThreeUK users!!! According to sky help website. Any chance of sorting this out!!!!

@SkyHelpTeam I can't see my exact package details but have sent details of the package we took, you look it up and stop dancing around the problem. I have confirmed we have Box sets in our package, Devels appears in Box sets but we can't watch it. I think you just need to cancel and refund.

@SkyUK just discovered your common problem of NO CATCHUP ON SKY ATLANTIC and system asking for us to UPGRADE. SKY Atlantic is part of our package and if catch-up on SKY channels is not included then cancel it and collect the equipment.

@SkyHelpTeam Just called sky and spoke to Shaun in customer service. He told me I can’t order sky glass via a retail store and that it would be a few weeks. Just called a local store and they said I could order and have it installed on Thursday. Is there a break in communication?

@SkyHelpTeam But I have to pay for one which I find disgusting considering how much I already pay for my sky package plus having 2 mobile contacts as well (soon to be 3) I just find it outrageous that literally 20 feet away from my router I have no wifi signal and have to use my 4G

@SkyHelpTeam No you haven’t arranged for a BT engineer to come out at all We had an engineer booked for two weeks ago and you sent them out for the wrong fault to save yourself money 😡 We complained and the 2nd engineer did not turn up at all because your support hadn’t booked it!
