@SkyHelpTeam can you explain to me why it is that I'm paying for uhd on sky glass, but, can't use it cause it freezes every 5 seconds and returns to same bit over and over. This is on sky glass and puck. Never had an ounce of bother with sky q shall be returning if cant be sorted

@SkyHelpTeam Thanks for getting back to me, it's only on live sport as far as I can tell, and too be fair it's all I really want from uhd. Makes it completely unwatchable. Like I said never had an issue with sky q, and I know its new tech but expect better.

@skysports Can you elaborate on how and when the coloured run-off areas "slow the car down"? You're making it sound like it's slower to drive on them, but yesterday it was said that they offer extra grip and abrasion, so only slow down cars that are sliding?

@SkyHelpTeam We have followed the steps and apparently no service issues in our area, but I can see you’re having issues across the country by the looks of the tweets. Another person in our flat has organised an engineer to come around but the earliest you can do is July 3rd?! Ridiculous!!

Been a @skytv @SkyUK TV customer for over 10 years now & been happy. Pity I can't get broadband too so have to get that from BT. My company will be paying my bills but I can't get the bills sent to the company! BT can do that no problem! I might be forced to move on from Sky :(
