This is the worst broadband provider and customer service I have ever dealt with! Inconsistent broadband!

I think better fitness and conditioning of referees would help a lot are really out of shape.

They'll try and say oh it's a mistake and we've resolved it so there's no need for the SAR but make sure you get that recording regardless. Then hammer the bastards.
