@SkyHelpTeam can you explain to me why it is that I'm paying for uhd on sky glass, but, can't use it cause it freezes every 5 seconds and returns to same bit over and over. This is on sky glass and puck. Never had an ounce of bother with sky q shall be returning if cant be sorted

@SkyUK two streaming televisions in the house. One in the kitchen (wifi). Sky Glass in the living room connected by an ethernet cable. Absolutely no problem with TV in kitchen. Sky Glass, pretty much unwatchable. Freezing, trying to load programmes 🙄 Not fit for purpose.

@SkyHelpTeam Thanks for getting back to me, it's only on live sport as far as I can tell, and too be fair it's all I really want from uhd. Makes it completely unwatchable. Like I said never had an issue with sky q, and I know its new tech but expect better.

@SkySports The ball has gone and he's been wiped out so a foul BUT these are never given because when it's a shot, apparently it's fine to wipe someone out. I think itshould be a penalty by the laws of the game butfoe consistency, then no.
