Sky Glass in the living room connected by an ethernet cable. Absolutely no problem with TV in kitchen. Sky Glass, pretty much unwatchable. Freezing, trying to load programmes 🙄 Not fit for purpose.

This is on sky glass and puck. Never had an ounce of bother with sky q shall be returning if cant be sorted

This is the worst broadband provider and customer service I have ever dealt with! Inconsistent broadband!
