    @TalkTalk I did a lot of tests with the support team over the phone . Every time I am being told that I have been blessed with the mimium speed promised but I hadnt opted for just the “minimum” when I took the service. I was getting a decent speed initially.

    @TalkTalk I keep doing speed checks on my fibre optic but the outcome is always unsatisfactory sometimes I get as low as 18 mbps. I’m incredibly disappointed and unhappy as I signed up for super fast fibre optic and was promised 55mbps. I’ve reported this problem so many times...

    @TalkTalk Thanks for the reply. At this point I've already started the switch to EE. First 2 calls to customer service made me realize switching was the least frustrating option. My 3rd I tried to turn off kidsafe & even that couldn't be done easily. Confirmed I made the right decision.

    I am flabbergasted with the poor level of treatment I’ve received from @TalkTalk #broadband providers they have continually lied to me about when WiFi will be on, I have had the phone hanged up on me several times for asking to cancel and I have also spent almost £100 on data.
