tbh I've been using #virginbroadband for 7 years and I've barely had any major issues in that time. not to white knight a ******* Branson company but just keeping perspective because holy shit i remember using BT, talktalk, sky etc and they are far worse

@TalkTalk Update - TalkTalk will charge me £30.00 for not fixing my internet. Even though they said if for any reason you are charged they will remove it. They now have decided i am being charged. You couldn’t make it up. Fantastic customer service as always....

@TalkTalk hi for the last week my talktalk box has got very glitchy. Picture gets pixilated and stuck which means watching Ariel channels is impossible. I have reset, retuned, reinstalled Ariel and still have this issue. Any help appreciated!

Hi @TalkTalk can someone urgently help!? As it appears your phone lines are closed today. WiFi dropping, spoke to your technical team on Thursday who told me to monitor after 24hrs after making a few amendments still having issues. I work from and I need WiFi!! Help!

@LeithMotive I strongly suspect this problem occurs at the ISP's servers (though I can only offer anecdotal evidence). I had to reboot router every few days over many years with @TalkTalk. Changed to @Plusnet and only had to reboot once or twice over ~3 years - same infrastructure.

Trying to leave @TalkTalk since Oct 20 when I moved to @BritishTelecom. Have since spent hours on phone getting increasingly frustrated. Last straw when I went through the procedure again only to be told computer won’t let them cancel. Phone call back promised - deafening silence
