@faulknerdrew @TalkTalk @TalkTalkGroup I’ve been having similar issues. Their staff haven’t got slightest idea! Rang and cancelled today and switched to Sky. Was still in contract but they said they’ve waived it. We’ll see what happens when I get my final bill, not holding my breath

tbh I've been using #virginbroadband for 7 years and I've barely had any major issues in that time. not to white knight a ******* Branson company but just keeping perspective because holy shit i remember using BT, talktalk, sky etc and they are far worse

@TalkTalk Pls explain to me what your idea of help looks like? Does it look like being on the line for almost an hour going over the same procedures every time you call because you don’t believe your customers when they complain about a lack of service or over 3hrs to download 300mb ?

@OpenreachHelp Hi, we had our wifi booked to be installed on the 3rd of August and it was cancelled without confirmation from us and now we had to rebook for the 9th, we never wanted it cancelled in the first place and talktalk told us you could no longer install it on the 3rd now
