    @TalkTalk I am livid. An engineer out to sort issues and you've made it worse. Now my phone says "sorry this number does not have the voicemail service enabled" and I can't make or receive calls! I'm a vulnerable customer and I need my phone! Please get a manager to call.

    @TalkTalk renewed my contract on Friday 30th but for some reason my internet cut off. Your service team says it would be available today but still nothing. No idea why it was cancelled in first place. I've been a customer for over 10 years!

    @katiexmiddleton @virginmedia VM is big in my area for internet but the last house I was in could only have TalkTalk. When I moved, I just transferred my address over instead of moving across to VM. The trouble you’ve, and everybody else it seems, had makes me glad I did! I’ve not had an issue with TT once!

    @MartinSLewis wonder how many people are owed money by them. There's apparently no way around it and I could be waiting until April for my refund. They said I could be charged a penalty if I cancel my direct debit. @TalkTalk 2 of 2

    @MartinSLewis I've just been advised by TalkTalk that even though I cancelled my account 30th Jan and it'll cancel 1st March. I'm having payment for services up to 20th March taken out of my account 1st March and I have to proactively ask for a refund using an online form. 1 of 2

    @TalkTalk and @ITV my Youview box failed to record itv4 at 9pm , when I hit record at 9:10 it still wouldn't record. My Youview box is nothing but trouble when recording itv channels ...!

    Either way, soon as I'm no longer a prisoner to @EE & @TalkTalk I'll no longer be taking out contract mobile plans after 20+ years of contracts; I can get a better deal without the lock-in month by month & @TalkTalk are just generally **** and price is no longer a benefit.

    @talktalk after failing yet again to connect my Internet maybe @CitizensAdvice could advise my rights...considering I need an Internet connection to work and you have taken my money? One whole month of being told I have an issue with my connection and no sign of a fix?

    @TalkTalk Will do. But more generally I also just want to say I'm not sure your new website is as effective as designed. We unfortunately had to talk to a very arrogant member of your customer service team in the weekend. It was not a nice experience, and I want your customer to know.

    I'm not sure if it's just incredible greed, or shortsightedness or both that's causing mobile and broadband companies to take the piss with price increases, but I can safely say for myself both @EE and @TalkTalk just guaranteed the loss of this customer.
