@faulknerdrew @TalkTalk @TalkTalkGroup I’ve been having similar issues. Their staff haven’t got slightest idea! Rang and cancelled today and switched to Sky. Was still in contract but they said they’ve waived it. We’ll see what happens when I get my final bill, not holding my breath

tbh I've been using #virginbroadband for 7 years and I've barely had any major issues in that time. not to white knight a ******* Branson company but just keeping perspective because holy shit i remember using BT, talktalk, sky etc and they are far worse

@TalkTalk 3 days just to have a case manager call me back to explore complex issues on my crap service since connection in May 2022… even for the limited 9-11MBPS as supposed guaranteed level. 2 engineer visits where one informed me the cables from home to exchange need repair

@TalkTalk I was told last night I would get a call back from a supervisor today at 12 o’clock, I DID NOT RECEIVE THIS. I rang over an hour ago to be told I would receive a call from a supervisor. I HAVE NOT RECEIVED THIS. This is disgraceful customer service.
