    @katiexmiddleton @virginmedia VM is big in my area for internet but the last house I was in could only have TalkTalk. When I moved, I just transferred my address over instead of moving across to VM. The trouble you’ve, and everybody else it seems, had makes me glad I did! I’ve not had an issue with TT once!

    @TalkTalk My connection in Newcastle has been dropping regularly for the last week. It's been really bad today, every hour I lose internet connection and have to reset the router. Not ideal when trying to WFH. Any idea what the issue is...?

    @MartinSLewis wonder how many people are owed money by them. There's apparently no way around it and I could be waiting until April for my refund. They said I could be charged a penalty if I cancel my direct debit. @TalkTalk 2 of 2

    @TalkTalk assistance with what? I've spent 90 mins from a mobile talking to a 'customer service advisor' in the Philippines sorting out a fault (your fault) on a landline.. it eventually got booked.. what do you want to assist me with?

    @MartinSLewis I've just been advised by TalkTalk that even though I cancelled my account 30th Jan and it'll cancel 1st March. I'm having payment for services up to 20th March taken out of my account 1st March and I have to proactively ask for a refund using an online form. 1 of 2

    @TalkTalk my pensioner parents internet keeps dropping in and out and everytime they call you to ask for help you tell them that the service is fine -it’s not!! Can you sort this out please, not good enough!!

    @TalkTalk have the most shocking, frustrating customer services I’ve ever dealt with in my whole life. Issue still unresolved since April and you still can’t pass me through to the right department.

    I want to point out the 2 @talktalk employees who had me followed in and out of work (weirdos) were the least threatening. (Redacted) were the most threatening. They are not a bear normal people ever come across never mind poke.

    @TalkTalk @TalkTalk talking to your support they say my move to home is rejected which is raised 3 weeks prior and now the sales team is selling me higher package also the time taken will be 10-12 days..this is pathetic...I need this resolution asap and compensation as well!! Disappointing

    @TalkTalk Wi-fi's down again. Was told on Tuesday that an engineer would visit the local exchange box within 3 days to rectify but either they've been and not sorted it or not been yet. Can we see where we're up to and get it rectified ASAP please?
