@TalkTalk I'm having an issue with my telephone line. After being on a call for 5 minutes, I then can't hear anyone. Tried plugging in direct to the wall socket and it's the same. I'm one of your vulnerable customers so I'd appreciate a quick response.

@TalkTalk my parents are unable to accept calls from private numbers. They have missed several calls from the hospital, as callers get an error message. They don’t have call barring, call safe, or anonymous caller reject. Can you help them? They need these calls on the landline

@TalkTalk I am livid. An engineer out to sort issues and you've made it worse. Now my phone says "sorry this number does not have the voicemail service enabled" and I can't make or receive calls! I'm a vulnerable customer and I need my phone! Please get a manager to call.

@TalkTalk I have been waiting for Broadband and TV since September. Three missed appointments to date, a mountain of failed promises, over 100 hours racked up on calls and online chat, and time taken off work for engineers who never turn up. So frustrated and angry!
