@TalkTalk renewed my contract on Friday 30th but for some reason my internet cut off. Your service team says it would be available today but still nothing. No idea why it was cancelled in first place. I've been a customer for over 10 years!

@TalkTalk my parents are unable to accept calls from private numbers. They have missed several calls from the hospital, as callers get an error message. They don’t have call barring, call safe, or anonymous caller reject. Can you help them? They need these calls on the landline

@TalkTalk: Hello, There is a fault with the T.V. Box as, on the Catch-Up Service App.s, no new Episodes are being added; in some cases, the only Episodes are from far back as 2016. This happened a few weeks ago and this fault is still Present. Can you assist...? Thanks!

@TalkTalk As you would suspect they would help a customer but since the 12th September I have been lied to (All documented) and still no further forward. You can't help Customer Service don't have a clue and lie so what chance has a customer got to get his upgrade.
