    @virginmedia There isn’t internet down time the box has stopped working, they can’t get a new box out here till mid week, with a lot of people working from home you think you’d have next day delivery or something, bad enough we can’t have a engineer out to help

    @virginmedia No he is NOT! I have called and logged the complaint. Your rep who came to the door around an hour ago was extremely rude. I am utterly disgusted that he could treat an elderly partially deaf gentleman this way. Had I not witnessed it for myself I may not have believed it.

    @virginmedia This is not what happened. It was taken away by the engineer who came to uninstall it 6 months ago! He also cut through the phone line and we have had 6 months of issues trying to get phone line installed. Open Reach have been amazing! I am disgusted with the attitude of VM rep

    @virginmedia Oh now this is the clincher, I can’t make a complaint online because the account has been disconnected. So when I login it tells me I don’t have access to that page. It’s almost like VM don’t want disgruntled former customers tearing them a new backside in their complaints.

    @virginmedia My tariff is going up from £72ish to £108ish so I want to leave... Simple but trying to get them to do this is madness. Internet is slow and not reliable, I have been promised the earth and it has just got worst! @BBCWatchdog

    @virginmedia - is there an outage issue in WA5 postcode of Warrington? It seems to connect to WiFi and then disconnects since 1pm. I checked the outage around 2pm and it said there were issues. Now it says it is fixed yet I am still having issues and I work from home - Not great.

    @virginmedia The internet is constantly dropping out when I am in work calls had months with no problems the van was up the street last week and it’s starts again. After eventually getting through to chat they went from saying no issues to there are it’s really hard when you are working

    @virginmedia It then rebooted after around 3 days. But now has shut down again, unfortunately we cannot book an engineer as we currently all have covid and no way to let an engineer into the house
