Does this mean I have to contact support again…….

Took me days to get through via various methods going round in circles just trying to either cancel or renew my broadband. Eventually it was sorted in minutes after hours of my time wasted.

I have 200 Mbps but am getting only 20mbps in bedroom. Cannot find live chat on sites other than loads of help pages. Really frustrating

The hub 3 status network connection has warnings and is critical, losing sync! I have been spin around in circles

Michael Jones (@mikej2504) reported from Walderslade, England@virginmedia offers social tariff of £12.50 for 15mb which is slow. Better option almost anyone with BT £12.50 for 36mb and Vodafone £12.50 for 38mb. Virgin also has £20 for 54mb but is higher price than most others offering same.
