    @dancludlow 4 bloody fraudulent calls today, 2 claiming to be BT "internet has been compromised " 1 BT loyal customer 35% off something or other. (I'm virgin media) and finally £30 gift from some marketing....I put phone down.

    Just been scammed on our home phone bill for 0905481000. We have been charged £54 for a 40 minute call that we apparently made. @virginmedia have said they will investigate it for a charge of £99.95! (No thanks!)🤯🤬. We never made the call, ONLY received & pressed NO numbers!

    @virginmedia But we HAVE NOT MADE the call and because of the “cleverness” of these people, we are not willing to gamble with the investigation. It’s our word against yours! Your “Geeks” could say anything and we’re screwed! We will see out our contract and then CANCEL!!!!

    Never use @virginmedia for broadband there useless! I was on the phone to them for 1hour & 30 mins my issue still hasn’t been resolved & they passed me to 4 different members of staff then they put the phone down on me! Complete ignorance!

    @virginmedia I had no Virgin Media services in Feb. Nor in Easter. Neither do I have them today. Technicians don’t turn up when booked. Today I am using my mobile network 4G to look for a reliable internet service because yours is letting me down too often. Thank you, next.

    @virginmedia We felt we were banging our heads against a brick wall. No we wasted our Sunday speaking to your “Helpdesk” and will not being using our home phone again. My wife’s mum who has #dementia will now, be given my wife’s mobile number written down to use instead!

    @virginmedia I have spent the last 2hrs trying to contact you about a supposed unpaid charge on my account. I can't ring you because you ask for a password over the phone which doesnt work. Your chatbot is "experiencing issues" Why is it so hard to contact someone? Sort this out.

    @virginmedia I've done both. The tests aren't showing any faults. The hub always drops. It isn't the devices that I'm using as when it drops they all disconnect. Or if it stays connected after an hour or so the speeds drop dramatically. The signal strength has also got considerably worsr

    @TheHazelBowden @virginmedia Problem is Hazel that they are all the same, they all want you to sign up but then when u want to leave make it frustrating and near impossible. I had an 18 month contract with Virgin then kept the service but didn’t renew it, that’s what we should all do.

    @TheHazelBowden @virginmedia I have had no problems with Virgin service wise but it kept creeping up and getting ridiculously expensive, I’ve now halved the bill. My wife and I have had Tesco phone deals for years now and they have been ok so far.
