    @virginmedia I’ve had two lengthy phone calls with your ‘technical support’ people; it briefly got quicker then stopped working completely. On their instructions I’ve changed some settings on my router which apparently may take 48 hours to fully take effect…

    @virginmedia It isn’t loading up. We’ve asked on our local residents Facebook page and no one else is having issues. The website is awful - you keep touching answers and nothing happens. The 15 year old is out of bed - it’s like a scene from Godzilla!!

    @virginmedia asked for management callbacks several times, had 1 discounted payment, when it goes off I have to go through reseting the router no point that's fine it's a new 1, won't let me just ring and log it's off, so paying since upgrade not even getting half a service never mind 350

    @virginmedia I am moving out at the end of Jan 2022, but I hadn’t even contacted virgin to even tell them that yet. The new occupant set up their account with virgin for when they move in and it has knocked mine off! So now I have no internet service!
