@virginmedia I had no Virgin Media services in Feb. Nor in Easter. Neither do I have them today. Technicians don’t turn up when booked. Today I am using my mobile network 4G to look for a reliable internet service because yours is letting me down too often. Thank you, next.

Just been scammed on our home phone bill for 0905481000. We have been charged £54 for a 40 minute call that we apparently made. @virginmedia have said they will investigate it for a charge of £99.95! (No thanks!)🤯🤬. We never made the call, ONLY received & pressed NO numbers!

Never use @virginmedia for broadband there useless! I was on the phone to them for 1hour & 30 mins my issue still hasn’t been resolved & they passed me to 4 different members of staff then they put the phone down on me! Complete ignorance!

@dancludlow 4 bloody fraudulent calls today, 2 claiming to be BT "internet has been compromised " 1 BT loyal customer 35% off something or other. (I'm virgin media) and finally £30 gift from some marketing....I put phone down.

@virginmedia Issue was reported in December. Been told but various people there’s no issue. Been told by various people there’s a fault and it’s going to rectified by 5/2/20. Then told this has moved to the 18th. Haven’t even bothered calling back as the service still isn’t working

@geekylou @skipai I don't believe any of Virgin Media's routers are supported by openWrt or dd wrt, unfortunately. Ultimately the network range is fine though, I just want the DNS to not suck, so what I'll do is just put my Raspberry Pi on the network as my DHCP server instead.
