40 minutes on hold (so far)for @virginmedia’ customer service. Whilst loads of online options to “solve your problem” when you get through on the phone and told they need to transfer my call, you do hope they are on the case! Why did I ever leave Sky - a false economy

@virginmedia my grandads phone hasn’t worked in a week! He doesn’t have any of his phone numbers, so can’t contact anyone other than me! I don’t live close so can’t help him!He’s 78 with no phone and you told him I don’t know when it’ll be fixed! Terrible service!

@virginmedia Help. My installation day was scheduled Tuesday this week. After the engineers visit (who was apologetic) it was noticed that we needed a cable drop box before being connected. After today we will be disconnected from Sky with no tv, broadband so we’ll have nothing.

@virginmedia I used my mobile yesterday on a call from Liverpool to Warrington. No problems at all. As soon as I hit the WA3 area, my phone cut out over 6 times. There must be a problem in the area that needs to be looked at? I have had to call via whats app. Surely, this isn't a sim issue?
