Davidp (@Davidp1103) reported from Snodland, England@virginmedia @LeePartridge16 A particularly poor explanation. What you really mea n is that you only offer attractive prices to grab new customers but have little regard for customer loyalty. That's why I left @virginmedia too

-
Michael Cuddington (@cuddy271) reported@Ofcom I am told there is more strife coming down the line for @virginmedia they have a 360 tv box which customers hate becauseof its many problems and many want out .
-
entrustTMF (@entrustTMF) reported@aidan_codtello @virginmedia Good luck! When the service works at @virginmedia it's great-but when there's a problem you're pretty much on your own with a fanciful bunch of stories until you can finally get an engineer to pitch up. I always think that how they handle a problem is the measure of a company...
-
Bill (@Bill72156026) reported@IrishTimes What a joke. Would it actually be missed if it was wound down? Would virgin media be missed it it was wound down ? Only by the government. It’s clear from their own statements that they promote the government narrative while deliberately avoiding to challenge or question the government.
-
Tim (@Dangerous180) reportedTv box not working properly and now wi-fi is intermittent. For what I am paying you this is not good enough @virginmedia
-

-
d f (@ToddCoxeter) reported@Shiv_who_burns @virginmedia Rude, no? I swear that, for Virgin, mumbling in accents in a noisy call centre is a deliberate tactic. Anyhow. I switched to basically a business broadband. It's both a bit dear, and cheaper than those pirates.
-
GanAinm (@ainm_gan5505) reported@MartinSLewis Virgin Media is not actually Virgin, it’s a ****** American company called Liberty with a license to use the Virgin Media branding. The real Virgin company should take the license off them for driving the name through the ****.
-
Graham Hill (@grahamhill1) reported@MartinSLewis Virgin Media were terrible to deal with when I had a contract with them, poor customer service up until I quit - only then did I get to talk to someone in charge. I still quit and signed up to @sky
