    @virginmedia But we HAVE NOT MADE the call and because of the “cleverness” of these people, we are not willing to gamble with the investigation. It’s our word against yours! Your “Geeks” could say anything and we’re screwed! We will see out our contract and then CANCEL!!!!

    Never use @virginmedia for broadband there useless! I was on the phone to them for 1hour & 30 mins my issue still hasn’t been resolved & they passed me to 4 different members of staff then they put the phone down on me! Complete ignorance!

    @virginmedia I had no Virgin Media services in Feb. Nor in Easter. Neither do I have them today. Technicians don’t turn up when booked. Today I am using my mobile network 4G to look for a reliable internet service because yours is letting me down too often. Thank you, next.

    Just been scammed on our home phone bill for 0905481000. We have been charged £54 for a 40 minute call that we apparently made. @virginmedia have said they will investigate it for a charge of £99.95! (No thanks!)🤯🤬. We never made the call, ONLY received & pressed NO numbers!

    @virginmedia Thanks. VM work was expected (good comms). O2 been an issue since at least October 2019. Wife’s phone on Vodafone also has poor signal here. Suspect local source if signal interference/block (but what? Don’t know)

    @virginmedia yes, I did, they promised an engineer between 8:00 and 12:00, and it's 12:30 already (I'm a Virgin Business Media customer btw). Several people in the neighbourhood have or had this issue, it's really no good. You wait for important phone call, ppl call, but you don't hear it.

    @virginmedia Other games are fine. Never had a problem on siege until I changed the router to the new one. I tried changing it back to the old one but it won’t accept it because you guys lock it or something. And I cannot view that link.
