    @virginmedia No he is NOT! I have called and logged the complaint. Your rep who came to the door around an hour ago was extremely rude. I am utterly disgusted that he could treat an elderly partially deaf gentleman this way. Had I not witnessed it for myself I may not have believed it.

    @virginmedia Folks, amuse me, why on earth would I or anyone complete a survey after leaving you when you couldn’t deal with the issue within 2 months and dare I say the plus 20 years we had an undiagnosed fault!?

    @virginmedia This is a long story. But Virgin have changed my IMEI number making a second repair not possible. My account is down and even Virgin can't access it. I've been promised calls back several times but they've not happened. The litany of Virgin failures is impossible to put in a text

    @rpd_pacer @virginmedia @virginmedia customer service is woeful. With them since it was Telewest. Sky are much better and have got good offers on at the moment. Only time they were any good was after a death in the family when they weren't needed anymore! Good luck.

    I staff @virginmedia customer services have taken leave of their senses. I called and the lady asked me how much is your bill every month as part of the verification process I said £27 a month she asked for my email address which I gave and she again asked for my price?

    @virginmedia why can’t you cancel or reduce your package online? @Ofcom is it legal to try and delay any attempt to cancel your TV package by failing to respond to requests on messaging apps or keeping you holding on a call for hours?

    @virginmedia Any reason an engineer hadn't managed to fix our internet issue and instead delayed the fix estimate twice now leaving us without internet for 2 weeks and trying to charge us £700 to leave when your not providing your service?

    @virginmedia Thank you, but unfortunately there’s no alternative placement as the next power socket would be through a wall and 10 meters down the hallway, which might help with the overheating, but is a weird spot as all my network connections run to the cupboard by the entrance.
