    @virginmedia There isn’t internet down time the box has stopped working, they can’t get a new box out here till mid week, with a lot of people working from home you think you’d have next day delivery or something, bad enough we can’t have a engineer out to help

    @virginmedia So fed up. My SIM card was cancelled in error. Was sent a new sim & it isn’t connecting to the mobile network. Sick of being fobbed off by offshore agents. Can you please contact me/provide me with a suitable contact that can resolve my issue ASAP please?

    @ScottishPower must have the worst customer services than even Virgin media when it comes to listening to their customers and that's saying something. How they can justify charging double for low consumption compared to what I was paying when I WAS using power, is beyond me.

    @virginmedia #virginmedia Hub 3 only supports WPA2 when will Virgin swap out for routers supporting WPA3 Personal is the newest, most secure protocol currently available for Wi-Fi devices. It works with all devices that support Wi-Fi 6 (802.11ax), and some older devices too.
