    @virginmedia This is a long story. But Virgin have changed my IMEI number making a second repair not possible. My account is down and even Virgin can't access it. I've been promised calls back several times but they've not happened. The litany of Virgin failures is impossible to put in a text

    @virginmedia Tbh just looking in to cancelling the current package, nothing but ongoing problems with Virgin Media and impossible to talk to someone on the phone without going on hold for hours and even they they can’t resolve issues. Issues stemming back 5years now! 😠

    @virginmedia your level of service doesn't get any better. 45 minutes on the phone, passed from pillar to post and all points in between and you still won't come and remove your illegally fitted equipment. I wouldn't recommend you if you were the only company on earth. #poor

    @virginmedia offers social tariff of £12.50 for 15mb which is slow. Better option almost anyone with BT £12.50 for 36mb and Vodafone £12.50 for 38mb. Virgin also has £20 for 54mb but is higher price than most others offering same.

    @virginmedia 5 days with no landline despite your customer services saying 24 hours everytime I ring so yes I have been in touch and no they have still not sorted it total joke!

    @virginmedia The big bang theory on TLC suddenly has audio description even though it’s turned off on the box setting. Only every episode of this show nothing else on TLC or any other channel. It’s pretty annoying as it’s my go to channel between shows. Any idea why/how to fix?

    @virginmedia thanks 4 inviting me 2,DM u about the @virginmedia failings for a blind & 1 has lung cancer & the damage @virginmedia did to our Grade listed Property! still no TV a month & 3 engineers £ 8 phone calls later, & the supervisor engineer ur sending today for £25! #disabilitydiscrimination

    @virginmedia Our broadband, TV, and telephone have all been down since 7PM yesterday. You keep pushing the fix time forward - now apparently 10AM tomorrow. How many more times are you going to push the time forward? It's absolutely ruined the weekend.

    @O2 You didn’t look into it for me though. You told me you only deal with virgin media landline, tv and broadband, not much point in contacting you really. 0 help.
