    So far it has taken me 3 days just to confirm that I do need help from @virginmedia using the message function on the app. I’ve spoken with three different people and they each take a day to reply. I just need a new remote as mine has stopped working! I pay enough each month

    @virginmedia Third Superhub and it's just as unreliable as the previous two. Frequently has to be reset. Slow speeds, unstable wifi. When are you going to replace it with decent hardware?

    @virginmedia WiFi down since yesterday, phone support says there's engineers in the area (despite checker says no issues in the area), and estimated time for resolution is the 30th, that's 5 days without being able to work, unacceptable! Need more details of when it'll be sorted

    @virginmedia do all your adviser get taught to tell the customer the incorrect monthly price when they renew? 2nd time for us offered 100mbps for 25 per month to then be told they had put it through at 44 p/m and get hung up on when we try to complain. Rubbish service as always
