    40 minutes on hold (so far)for @virginmedia’ customer service. Whilst loads of online options to “solve your problem” when you get through on the phone and told they need to transfer my call, you do hope they are on the case! Why did I ever leave Sky - a false economy

    @PedroCabanna @Rick_Turner I’d recommend to get your own mesh network and use the Virgin box as a router only (modem mode without wifi). We’ve done this last summer and not one reboot since. Consistently well above 200mbit. The Virgin media routers are notoriously s*** with wifi enabled.
