    @EE @nick_pope You are penalised for loyalty. Service providers will always try everything to keep you, but it will often be once you’ve made the decision to move. I had no less than. 5 calls from @virginmedia when I cancelled my contract. That. Ship. Sailed!

    @virginmedia We were told we would get a call back within 72 hrs on Sat morn but no call. Every time we call we spend 90 mins on hold. We are new customers & have numerous problems. Now considering cancelling due to appalling customer service. Please can someone contact me.

    @virginmedia Open Details of the complaint - C-231021127. Very frustrating to be going through this yet again with VM staff. Since July: outages, over charging, not calling back despite promises to, passing off overcharge refund as Goodwill. I could go on . Dreadful. Would not recommend

    @virginmedia I’ve tried that with VM staff called Marick on 23 Oct for nearly 3 hours - dreadful experience as M had no understanding of issue , said returning my overcharge was ‘good will’ & took ages to answer.I’ve screenshot stuff of conversation. Another example of poor VM service
