    @virginmedia Yes, the work that was agreed that needed to be done 3 weeks ago, has suddenly with 10mins notice become an issue. I'm working from home, a 3 week last minute delay is crazy 😭

    @virginmedia This is so tiresome I have complained so many times about slow broadband speed, unreliable WiFi, terrible TV services & only after threatening to leave did you send an engineer in July. This made it a little better, but recently it’s been unreliable of an evening.

    @virginmedia They replaced the box and it’s all working now,I do have one other query I have the Virgin go app but I don’t have any content available on it,is this something you can fix for me? There appears to be an issue with my account I have the ultimate ooomph package if that matters.

    @virginmedia O2 have the correct information. The bills from Virgin have the wrong flat number on them. How do I know what you have for the service address? This isn’t clear on the website

    @virginmedia I’m trying to speak to someone about an issue. Great to hear that my call would be picked up in 30 secs. Was quite happy with 6 mins to be honest.... but be hung up on inside 30s was a bit galling. 24m later still listening to hold music - HELP!!

    Shocking service from @virginmedia - was with them for 12 years; moved house 3 days ago & wanted to stay with them. Informed everything was in place to do so. Engineer arrives to install & told work needs doing from pavement into house - told would be done today by 6 and hasn’t!!

    @virginmedia Wouldn't it be great to see a digital issue that sellers could either offer a subscription on a one off or monthly basis, perhaps using a QR code - whatever works. It would give people a choice of the paper or digital format and may boost sales and would be less to carry around.

    @virginmedia Yes, there’s none. We phoned you guys and someone’s apparently checking remotely and we hv to call tomorrow if we’re still having problems. So far it’s 5 days without a reliable connection which is incredibly poor when we only use it for internet use & streaming.
