Just been scammed on our home phone bill for 0905481000. We have been charged £54 for a 40 minute call that we apparently made. @virginmedia have said they will investigate it for a charge of £99.95! (No thanks!)🤯🤬. We never made the call, ONLY received & pressed NO numbers!

@virginmedia is there an issue with your land lines in 01522 area, can’t use 150 to call you. Ring tone Is there but it is disconnecting after two rings on all calls. When phoning number it is either engaged or going to person not available message.

@Mamaof5Ibns @virginmedia I'm sorry you've had the same shocking service from @YodelOnline as I have. The tracking states its at depot the online rep states its with a driver. They don't appear to know where it is and don't seem to be concerned! My tracker hasn't been updated since 7.35am today.
