@virginmedia Sorry - forgot to say my son had accidentally unplugged the Mesh wi--fi booster. It’s OK now. Why do we have a mesh booster? Because the wi-fi from our hub is broken and Virgin weren’t interested in fixing it. Not you personally, but Virgin in general.

@virginmedia My TV360 Box has been having issues since a recent firmware upgrade to version 4.37. The box is now very slow to load the GUI, especially the guide. and lags very badly thereafter when making choices quickly. Tried all the usual (box reboot etc). Can anyone help ?
