    Wait all day for the 16:30 kick off. Don't watch anything and pay £70/month for this. Sat on the phone for half an hour trying to speak to someone. Shocking. If you can't deliver what you promise then cancel my subscription. 👊 @Virgin @virginmedia

    @virginmedia We were told we would get a call back within 72 hrs on Sat morn but no call. Every time we call we spend 90 mins on hold. We are new customers & have numerous problems. Now considering cancelling due to appalling customer service. Please can someone contact me.

    @EE @nick_pope You are penalised for loyalty. Service providers will always try everything to keep you, but it will often be once you’ve made the decision to move. I had no less than. 5 calls from @virginmedia when I cancelled my contract. That. Ship. Sailed!

    @virginmedia my grandads phone hasn’t worked in a week! He doesn’t have any of his phone numbers, so can’t contact anyone other than me! I don’t live close so can’t help him!He’s 78 with no phone and you told him I don’t know when it’ll be fixed! Terrible service!

    I can honestly say do not get @virginmedia internet. It is the worst customer experience that I have ever, ever received. Absolutely screw you over. take my word for it.

    @virginmedia I did, it says issues with the signal coming into the house. We have a brand new box and all of the cables/signal adapter were replaced inside of our house yesterday

    @virginmedia @CarersUK How do I escalate complaint ref104131881. You did not explain the porting process regarding phone no’s when I cancelled my contract in Dec 2019. You chased for money I do not owe and have passed my details to a debt collector. I’m still awaiting reply to my letter dated 5/8/20!!!

    @virginmedia It is saying issues with the signal coming into our house. Everything on our end was changed yesterday by a great engineer who came out. Yet the issue still continued within a few hours so it must be on your end. Yet the tech support can't detect any issues?
