    Never use @virginmedia for broadband there useless! I was on the phone to them for 1hour & 30 mins my issue still hasn’t been resolved & they passed me to 4 different members of staff then they put the phone down on me! Complete ignorance!

    Hey @virginmedia! Your service is down in the whole of Strood. It’s been down since Friday, you are definitely going to lose a lot of customers this year from ME2. Fix it please, keep saying your engineers are on it. They not.

    @virginmedia I had no Virgin Media services in Feb. Nor in Easter. Neither do I have them today. Technicians don’t turn up when booked. Today I am using my mobile network 4G to look for a reliable internet service because yours is letting me down too often. Thank you, next.

    @virginmedia This has happened since we got VM last year. Tv model UE55RU7020KXXU As you have said you haven’t had any issues with this model. I’m not sure about the HDMI what kind. Also no one is answering to why everything else works like fire stick and sky tv

    @virginmedia you know if you want to keep customers on and to renew their contracts, it’s not a great idea to start slowing their data speeds the closer they get to the end of their contract, it’s a joke I’m using 4G/5G with full signal and I can’t even use the data i have
