    @virginmedia This is so tiresome I have complained so many times about slow broadband speed, unreliable WiFi, terrible TV services & only after threatening to leave did you send an engineer in July. This made it a little better, but recently it’s been unreliable of an evening.

    @virginmedia had no Internet for 2 days. I have just been chatting to a robot for the last 2 hours with no help. Also complained had an increase on my bill all I was offered a downgrade at a higher price it would be nice to speak to someone from the UK to resolve issue.

    @Mooresryan @virginmedia It’s all a lie. The speeds and stuff on there is all a lie. They never reach the speed they say it can. You either have connection issues or no connection at all if you’re with virgin. It’s not worth going for the expensive one. You’re giving the scammers more profit@

    @virginmedia No problem your customer services can offer the princely sum of £10 to close a complaint…seems a bit of a bribe to keep quiet…..not your fault just facts as I see it…….4 major failures within 7 days….I’d say that’s ofcom complaint
