    @virginmedia @LeePartridge16 A particularly poor explanation. What you really mea n is that you only offer attractive prices to grab new customers but have little regard for customer loyalty. That's why I left @virginmedia too

    So far it has taken me 3 days just to confirm that I do need help from @virginmedia using the message function on the app. I’ve spoken with three different people and they each take a day to reply. I just need a new remote as mine has stopped working! I pay enough each month

    @virginmedia Great ring the number that has been absolutely shocking from day 1 or wait 28 days for Virgin to answer a complaint I have been trying to resolve for 10 days currently on phone with customer service but wont let me speak to a manger absolutely s*** from @virginmedia @BBCWatchdog

    @virginmedia Third Superhub and it's just as unreliable as the previous two. Frequently has to be reset. Slow speeds, unstable wifi. When are you going to replace it with decent hardware?

    @virginmedia My request to support was about the hub5 and some Wi-Fi extenders/boosters which I’m entitled to, they said that it was sorted and would be in the post and now only the hub5 has turned up!!! Does this mean I have to contact support again…….

    Hey @virginmedia, why is my issue still not resolved? I've spoken to several agents over the past 2-3weeks, all of whom said it was sorted. I have an open IT ticket and this is the reference number P010931869 .

    @virginmedia Oh now this is the clincher, I can’t make a complaint online because the account has been disconnected. So when I login it tells me I don’t have access to that page. It’s almost like VM don’t want disgruntled former customers tearing them a new backside in their complaints.

    @coxy1976 @virginmedia Crazy you got to speak with a human! Took me days to get through via various methods going round in circles just trying to either cancel or renew my broadband. Eventually it was sorted in minutes after hours of my time wasted.

    @virginmedia Yes, turned everything of and started again, but then I had to navigate through the awful menu to get back to the programme I had started watching, and it started from the beginning again, did not resume. If this is an improvement over the V6 box, someone is having a laugh.

    @virginmedia I get price rises but you won’t me to pay over £130 a month for tv and broadband whilst offering the same packages to new customers for £30. How on earth do you expect customer loyalty. Absolutely no incentive to stay with you when I can jump to Sky for a couple of years!

    @nottslad2 @JamieGBarry @virginmedia U obviously never negotiated hard enough. I renewed mine in December - they wanted to up my bill from £79 to £179. One phone call later & I was paying less than previous (down to £75) & also managed to halve my o2 phone bill at the same time. U just need to be patient with them.

    @virginmedia Just had a text saying you've activated my new media stuff..... Except nobody's come to install it yet Should have been last week but there was a national problem so we agreed to reschedule. Nobody has contacted me either and now I've lost my internet connection

    @virginmedia @PeteUK7 Used to punt cable and phones in Virgin media years ago. The bereavement process has always been dogshit. The amount of customers coming into store with this same complaint was insane. This was 2014-2019. Never changed.
