    @virginmedia you really are useless. I've just spent 4 hours on the phone/online trying to find out when my service will be connected and you just put me on hold. I cant even leave because I tried that and you put me on hold for over an hour

    @virginmedia your customer service is appalling! I need to cancel my contract as moving and nobody is answering the phones. I used the text number and went through a long exchange of messages only to be told I needed to phone!! I have been trying to get through for the past month

    I cannot believe that our @virginmedia internet is down AGAIN. (Same issue last week) Working from home is made nearly impossible by these jokers and not a wird of apology. With a holiday coming up I have a lot to do, @virginmedia are doing their best to increase this work load.

    @virginmedia my poor 94yr old dad who sees nobody because of #Covid_19 has had no tv since 2pm today , that is his life line yet your not going to get it sorted till 10am tomorrow 😡disgusting service , well I hope u refund him some of his pension 😤

    @virginmedia So you’ve set up the Direct Debit and told us when 1st payment (double) us due but can’t tell us when we might actually be able to use your service just that we might be able to claim compensation! We’ve literally waited since 2017 for VM to be available in our town

    Mad how @virginmedia put the price up £11 per month during an agreed contract period, at the same time as they lose there fibre monopoly so you can already switch and save £19 (now £30) for the service you require. Customer retention just isn't an aim I guess
