  @virginmedia This is so tiresome I have complained so many times about slow broadband speed, unreliable WiFi, terrible TV services & only after threatening to leave did you send an engineer in July. This made it a little better, but recently it’s been unreliable of an evening.

  @ian_Leeds_UK @LouiseTregidgo @virginmedia Mine is not fixed! 24-48 hours they said, if so I miss the football, which I pay extra for. Im aware bigger issues but doesnt mean people cant expect updates hours after an issue occured.
