@virginmedia It is happening on most channels , it kind of pixilates & when it goes like that the sound distorts, so it isn’t constant but does it every five minutes or so, very annoying, but if I change off Virgin onto my fire stick , I have no problems at all.

@virginmedia It cuts in and out. I don’t know if the hub3 is faulty but I’m running my 2020 Mac in the same room and it still has trouble with WiFi. I have never had the white light on the box. This has been going on a long time the connection isn’t stable and I live in central London?!?!

@virginmedia why is your customer service so poor? I’ve complained about slow WiFi a few times now and no reply!! Plus I have requested WiFi booster for over a year and still nothing. Never known a company to have such poor service
