Service providers will always try everything to keep you, but it will often be once you’ve made the decision to move. I had no less than. 5 calls from @virginmedia when I cancelled my contract. That. I called 2 or 3 times before this bill came out and was assured that it would not happen again. And as expected it has. Absolutely disgusting service!

One chap claimed he couldn’t climb up a ladder for H&S reasons but knew a chap who would for an extra £50. We had to complain multiple times. Hope they offer you some compensation.

No help just said there was no record. We have problems with our internet daily and I try to work from home but I always end up in a local coffee shop using their internet that is #btinternet

Since then we have had our wifi and box and each time I call about one of these issues you clear the deal from our account. This month billing us £215!!!
