    So far it has taken me 3 days just to confirm that I do need help from @virginmedia using the message function on the app. I’ve spoken with three different people and they each take a day to reply. I just need a new remote as mine has stopped working! I pay enough each month

    @virginmedia Absolute rubbish. Try calling to speak to someone...no answer. Try online...email address is completely different to my account. Date of last bill&account details don’t match. Complete load of crap. Won’t be paying my bill so at least someone will contact me 🤬

    @virginmedia This is a long story. But Virgin have changed my IMEI number making a second repair not possible. My account is down and even Virgin can't access it. I've been promised calls back several times but they've not happened. The litany of Virgin failures is impossible to put in a text

    Hanging on now for over an hour to @virginmedia after being sold a router for a new flat that I told them had a BT phone socket. Trying to #cancel as landlord wont have additional sockets. Lady put us in hold/SILENT for 55mins - they are hoping we disconnect. #virginmedia

    @virginmedia Third Superhub and it's just as unreliable as the previous two. Frequently has to be reset. Slow speeds, unstable wifi. When are you going to replace it with decent hardware?

    @virginmedia Yes, it says the service looks fine in my area and wants to test my hub. When I click test it tells me I have a technician booked for today between 0am-0pm. I did not book a technician.

    @virginmedia are the worst company I have ever had to deal with. Charge me £64 after my contract ended and I cancelled with them. And make me jump through a million Hoops for a refund. I suggest youfibre to anyone with a virgin contract ending.

    @virginmedia Yes I have many issues with my broadband/wifi around my house. Pay extra for a wifi pod that doesn't work and then told by a virgin advisor to remove it and choked my speed to improve wifi reliability upstairs only that hasn't worked

    @virginmedia Unsure. It has been rescheduled every month since December with no explanation. There’s a complaint raised for 3 weeks which no one has addressed, and no sign of any external installers on site. On the phone there’s been no resolution each time we’ve phoned. Please help us.
