    @virginmedia Take the piss. Middle of lockdown and AGAIN they increase our bill. £30ish p/m when I joined, I'm paying almost £50 a month for standard speed internet.. Never once had a speed boost or my equipment upgraded. My service has only gotten worse over time. Disgrace.

    @virginmedia Too long for a tweet, I actually wanted to talk about contact details not available, substandard service that got worse, having to reset **** router to prove it's ****, frustrating new equipment set up (still not working fully), etc. Obstructive process vs opportunity to impress.

    @Ofcom @virginmedia Where is the legislation the follow. I dont care launching a singular complaint. I do care to know if they are compliant. I personally feel is anticompetitive & its very uncommon which leads me to believe if more companies could then they would. Which likely points to mispractice
