    @virginmedia I have and they said they would sort it. Doesn't look sorted to me... clear a lot of people are having the same issue funnily enough. Heavily considering cancelling your services since this has happened more than 3 times in the past 6 month !! The issue has always been your side.

    @virginmedia All I have to do is go out and find something in the street labelled CATV and lift it and cut the wires, then you would have to come fix it. I'm not going to do that because it is illegal and it's unfair on people people who 'rely' on your crappy network. Sort it.
