    @virginmedia We were told we would get a call back within 72 hrs on Sat morn but no call. Every time we call we spend 90 mins on hold. We are new customers & have numerous problems. Now considering cancelling due to appalling customer service. Please can someone contact me.

    40 minutes on hold (so far)for @virginmedia’ customer service. Whilst loads of online options to “solve your problem” when you get through on the phone and told they need to transfer my call, you do hope they are on the case! Why did I ever leave Sky - a false economy

    @virginmedia my grandads phone hasn’t worked in a week! He doesn’t have any of his phone numbers, so can’t contact anyone other than me! I don’t live close so can’t help him!He’s 78 with no phone and you told him I don’t know when it’ll be fixed! Terrible service!

    @EE @nick_pope You are penalised for loyalty. Service providers will always try everything to keep you, but it will often be once you’ve made the decision to move. I had no less than. 5 calls from @virginmedia when I cancelled my contract. That. Ship. Sailed!

    @virginmedia Hi there, picking this back up as still having issues. We did a pinhole reset and it was fine for 30 mins then back to same issues. We are both sitting less than 1m from hub, there is nothing around it. Plugged in we get speed promised, wifi we get 5-15.

    @virginmedia It makes it even more frustrating that aspects of the support are so poor - the service check you have to be online to run, the bot that fails to recognise no service, a message to call to register loss of service and no option to do so, etc. Fix advised eventually for 14:15..

    @virginmedia Nothing, nothing happens. We have no service, and if we do manage to connect, its for 3 minutes and it drops out. We have 2 laptops, for work neither connect. There are no lights on router, will not connect. Showing error each time

    @virginmedia My issues occurs on multiply TV's, both Tivo boxes and the Internet drops. I would suggest an issue with your Infrastructure probably in the cabinet in road etc. Would be great if a 3rd line support team could take ownership of my issue instead of reading from a script

    @virginmedia Everyone I speak to can help verbally quoting me different options and various prices but there is a lot to consider so all I ask is that the verbal quotes over the phone or web chat are emailed to me to read and digest so I can make an informed decision 😭
