@virginmedia my grandads phone hasn’t worked in a week! He doesn’t have any of his phone numbers, so can’t contact anyone other than me! I don’t live close so can’t help him!He’s 78 with no phone and you told him I don’t know when it’ll be fixed! Terrible service!

Well, the IT/communications company @virginmedia locked me out of my email account last Friday and can't fix it for 5 more days. So if you need to email me, use my 3trees address. I'll be moving my email account from them so stick with the 3trees one for now. Merry Christmas.
