    @dancludlow 4 bloody fraudulent calls today, 2 claiming to be BT "internet has been compromised " 1 BT loyal customer 35% off something or other. (I'm virgin media) and finally £30 gift from some marketing....I put phone down.

    Never use @virginmedia for broadband there useless! I was on the phone to them for 1hour & 30 mins my issue still hasn’t been resolved & they passed me to 4 different members of staff then they put the phone down on me! Complete ignorance!

    @virginmedia We felt we were banging our heads against a brick wall. No we wasted our Sunday speaking to your “Helpdesk” and will not being using our home phone again. My wife’s mum who has #dementia will now, be given my wife’s mobile number written down to use instead!

    @virginmedia I had no Virgin Media services in Feb. Nor in Easter. Neither do I have them today. Technicians don’t turn up when booked. Today I am using my mobile network 4G to look for a reliable internet service because yours is letting me down too often. Thank you, next.

    Just been scammed on our home phone bill for 0905481000. We have been charged £54 for a 40 minute call that we apparently made. @virginmedia have said they will investigate it for a charge of £99.95! (No thanks!)🤯🤬. We never made the call, ONLY received & pressed NO numbers!

    @virginmedia no internet in the TN49HZ. Area , hub will not reconnect , still awaiting advise from customer services , been on hold 40 minutes . Any updates

    @virginmedia I tried that and it’s what sends me in a never ending loop. The page yesterday attested to issues which the five emails from Virgin today confirmed were fixed. All I want to do is report a fault & I can’t. It needs investigating.

    @virginmedia Nope. I have to wait for a ticket to be raised with IT. Then I can activate Netflix again. I get half the service every month and it’s becoming tiresome.

    @virginmedia fed up with trying to get an issue resolved. My pic on both tvs is pixilated I’ve spent hours trying to get help using the useless online services. I spoke to someone on Saturday changed a few cables & still the same problem. Just tried calling & back to online!!

    @virginmedia I have lost all services since midday today(Fibre/phone/TV). Customer services have cut me off twice and still able to get through. Live chat would not respond either. Router is permanent red and I can’t get an engineer till Thursday.
