    @virginmedia I’m getting pretty sick and tired of paying you almost £70 a month when our internet/TV service has been so poor the last few months in #TunbridgeWells. Will now actively start looking to swap providers.

    @virginmedia That’s my downstairs box, my upstairs box is the same. Yes it’s turned off when not in use. It runs via wifi but because the internet is so bad and the wifi connect symbol kept coming on (we have boosters too) we have put a line in and it’s still not improved the issue.

    @virginmedia Yes it’s connected via Ethernet. Ok, I’ll leave it on a while and see if that resolves the issues. The downstairs box doesn’t have the playback errors and that’s off most of the time too though.

    @virginmedia I do, I was not given the 151 number when I messaged to review my contract they gave me an 0345 number. It wouldn’t have been so bad had he helped me or not kept me on hold for so long!

    @virginmedia There’s no dial tone at all. Assume it’s never been connected as the engineer was struggling but then left and said it would be sorted. Tried emailing and calling but no response. Can you check if it’s actually connected?

    @virginmedia No! I have been promised twice that someone will contact me directly & I've heard nothing. I have three complaints in your system and not one of them has been replied to. The online txt chat didn't solve another problem and, to cap it all, a new bill from you arrived yesterday.

    @virginmedia It’s on every programme. The programme I’ve been trying to watch is A Discovery of Witches. It is there because other people on other providers have been watching it. We have always had bad service. We have even had to unplug our landline because the number was reused too soon!

    @virginmedia No I have tried on several occasions but not managed to speak to anyone. It’s a problem at your end every detail is accepted but at the end of setting the account up it says ‘sorry we cannot set your account at the moment please try again later’

    @jemmajobennett @OpenreachHelp Our basic copper broadband package is terrible, but it’s the only offering you have. We are a mile away from the exchange. Only virgin media as an alternative, which we don’t really want to switch to. We just would like a better service from BT.
