@virginmedia This is so tiresome I have complained so many times about slow broadband speed, unreliable WiFi, terrible TV services & only after threatening to leave did you send an engineer in July. This made it a little better, but recently it’s been unreliable of an evening.

Complained about quality of internet before. Usually promised action but none ever taken. Usually after hours on end to customer service too. Other locals in area experiencing same problems. It’s a massive scam. Worth about £1 a month this shite @virginmedia
