@virginmedia I am trying to access live chat as I have blackspots in house and would like WiFi boosters from Virgin. I have 200 Mbps but am getting only 20mbps in bedroom. Cannot find live chat on sites other than loads of help pages. Really frustrating

@virginmedia My understanding is that it is affecting a lot of people. I have now worked out how to access my email another way but do strongly feel that virgin media should be looking to resolve this issue ASAP.

@virginmedia @virginmedia I've been having issues with internet dropping out continuosly for a couple of months, you sent another WiFi pod still the problem is there! The hub 3 status network connection has warnings and is critical, losing sync! I have been spin around in circles

@virginmedia As a virgin customer, Uswitch says I have the right to quit if I inform you before the 15th Feb (after price hike). I have now just phoned and you have now said it was the tenth!? What is it please?

@virginmedia My request to support was about the hub5 and some Wi-Fi extenders/boosters which I’m entitled to, they said that it was sorted and would be in the post and now only the hub5 has turned up!!! Does this mean I have to contact support again…….

@coxy1976 @virginmedia Crazy you got to speak with a human! Took me days to get through via various methods going round in circles just trying to either cancel or renew my broadband. Eventually it was sorted in minutes after hours of my time wasted.

@virginmedia I called to cancel my broadband. We negotiated a new package to add TV and phone and upgrade broadband. Booked TV installation. Nothing happened. He called back to say had to do broadband first, fine, done. He said he'd call back to confirm new installation for TV. He didn't.

@virginmedia By the way I'm also speaking to someone on WhatsApp, but they haven't got a clue and take 20+ minutes to respond to any message. I'm also waiting to speak to someone on the phone. 44 mins and counting without a human being. The WORST customer service in existence.

@virginmedia @oxongardengirl A poor attitude to security like this potentially primes customers to be scammed, since originating phone numbers can be spoofed. You ought to set up two sets of security questions: one for customers to prove their ID, and one for you to prove yours if you call us.

@virginmedia I did call the number, it also said no issue However someone else in the street has just got an update to say it will be fixed by 4am tomorrow. As this is the 3rd issue innthe area in 4 days can you please explain exactly what the issue is and when it will be fixed 100%
