    @virginmedia This but I don’t think he believed me. We have a small 2 bed house so why should we need even more boosters?! He said there was no new hub and when I said I can see there is he told me well there is but it’s not as good as your one?? So he lied? He was horrible

    @virginmedia 3/5… and after two hours of holding on and being cut off, and talking to 5 different people, none of whom offered me any real help or service, I’ve failed to cancel. I should add that we don’t have any broadband at the moment…
