    I cannot believe that our @virginmedia internet is down AGAIN. (Same issue last week) Working from home is made nearly impossible by these jokers and not a wird of apology. With a holiday coming up I have a lot to do, @virginmedia are doing their best to increase this work load.

    @virginmedia Third Superhub and it's just as unreliable as the previous two. Frequently has to be reset. Slow speeds, unstable wifi. When are you going to replace it with decent hardware?

    @virginmedia Absolute rubbish. Try calling to speak to someone...no answer. Try online...email address is completely different to my account. Date of last bill&account details don’t match. Complete load of crap. Won’t be paying my bill so at least someone will contact me 🤬

    @marmulades oh it's very tenuous if I'm honest. mostly about keeping the ipv6 of virgin media in ds-lite ipv6 w/o breaking PlayStation Network by subbing in some nice ipv4 connectivity from digiweb. pings / routes in inex are much better for digiweb so I wfh with it too

    @virginhelp @richardbranson @virginmedia Unfortunately they haven’t been, that’s why I tagged Sir Branson, they’ve passing the ball from one to another, it’s been 4 months and 3 months ago they gave me a dongle for temp Internet and it’s stopped this morning, made several calls and texts via bots but no resolution

    Currently been on hold with @virginmedia for over an hour after an engineer claims to have turned up at 2pm for a 1pm - 6pm slot… no call, someone has been in all day… liars and terrible customer service… see if I get response on here whilst I remain on hold

    @virginmedia Well John it’s just cost virgin media a 7 year (maybe more) customer. Paying a chunk of money each month for the sake of £35 activation charge. (Which as an old NTL staff member is just a way of making ££ as nothing is done as part of that activation charge it’s just 100% profit)

    @virginhelp @richardbranson @virginmedia Initially they said a cable repull is needed but nothing is really been done to get our family back online. I’ve waited for more than 30 hrs in total and called at least same number of times to resolve the issue incl raising it with cedr/cisas and still charged regularly
