    40 minutes on hold (so far)for @virginmedia’ customer service. Whilst loads of online options to “solve your problem” when you get through on the phone and told they need to transfer my call, you do hope they are on the case! Why did I ever leave Sky - a false economy

    @virginmedia MIL called and spoke to 4 different people and no budge on reducing from £98, 5th time she called they reduced her to £52 with 14 days to cancel (14 days due up 18th May)   On 7th May when she contacted VM to say she wanted to leave and go to Sky 2/4
