@virginmedia Third Superhub and it's just as unreliable as the previous two. Frequently has to be reset. Slow speeds, unstable wifi. When are you going to replace it with decent hardware?

I cannot believe that our @virginmedia internet is down AGAIN. (Same issue last week) Working from home is made nearly impossible by these jokers and not a wird of apology. With a holiday coming up I have a lot to do, @virginmedia are doing their best to increase this work load.

@MartinSLewis Issue is people on low incomes have cut back everything so can't cut back any more well except my @virginmedia broadband changing it to shell when I get my letter informing me of price rise. People on higher incomes I'm assuming can cut back on spending.

After 2 days of trying to get through to @virginmedia to get a quote for a new broadband contract I finally got through to a very rude woman who felt it was ok to argue with me as I told her I wanted to leave, best decision I’ve ever made. Awful customer service. Goodbye 👋🏼

@richie_rich77 @virginmedia Another time I tried to get compensation that I was entitled to when London had a 48hr outage. It made national news. They disabled the phone lines so you couldn’t speak to anyone - then refused to compensate me because I hadn’t logged the fault with them. IT WAS NATIONAL NEWS!

@virginmedia I know about wifi pods; but to get them will add £5 to my monthly contract - which although not a massive amount - I don’t think in principle I should be paying. A condition of me signing a new contract was that you’d fix this issue. 13 months later you haven’t!!
