    @virginmedia I had no Virgin Media services in Feb. Nor in Easter. Neither do I have them today. Technicians don’t turn up when booked. Today I am using my mobile network 4G to look for a reliable internet service because yours is letting me down too often. Thank you, next.

    Hey @virginmedia! Your service is down in the whole of Strood. It’s been down since Friday, you are definitely going to lose a lot of customers this year from ME2. Fix it please, keep saying your engineers are on it. They not.

    Never use @virginmedia for broadband there useless! I was on the phone to them for 1hour & 30 mins my issue still hasn’t been resolved & they passed me to 4 different members of staff then they put the phone down on me! Complete ignorance!

    Just been scammed on our home phone bill for 0905481000. We have been charged £54 for a 40 minute call that we apparently made. @virginmedia have said they will investigate it for a charge of £99.95! (No thanks!)🀯🀬. We never made the call, ONLY received & pressed NO numbers!

    From December to February? I got no internet service, legit like 3 months no internet. @virginmedia waiting for engineer, 10 years ? Had to spend Β£50 for a mobile wifi for sister for time being. Outrageous

    @virginmedia 3G/4g hasn’t worked in days , phone constantly trying to find network. lots of mentions on our local fb page that virgin mobile is not working in the area. Yet no information received from virgin!

    I have had the most stressful few months dealing with @virginmedia and still getting nowhere. Their Engineer installed broadband and screwed through a water pipe causing thousands of pounds of damage and I can’t get any help from them @LutzSchueler
