    @PowerBoar @virginmedia @virginhelp they are as bad unfortunately just changed shape … still same poor up to 20wifi devices connection. and they giving customers their hubs they received from others who returned them regardless faulty or not … it’s terrible 😣

    @virginmedia I have phoned you at least 10 times this week. I’ve had a visit from a technician. My Wi-Fi still doesn’t work. I rang up AGAIN in the last half an hour, after waiting for 30 mins to speak to someone, they said they had ‘system issues’ and hung up on me. (1/3)

    @virginmedia The guy I spoke to at VM yesterday said that she wouldn’t be eligible for a “disabled” phone line to be installed because it wasn’t claimed when they dug the front garden up 18 months ago. We were never given this as an option at the time, if we had we would have insisted on it.

    @virginmedia Iv asked lots of questions that have gotten me no where. To be hung up on over & over. They gave me a date of 17th December for it to have it installed no reasons as to why nothing explained I just think it’s a joke and the costumer service is dreadful. To have to wait 6 weeks!!

    @virginmedia Oh, my bad. Apparently the wiring outside my house has a fault, someone did come last Monday to work on it,and someone was supposed to work on it for Thursday, but it keeps being pushed back (order ref 55230469).

    @stetopping Remember you did the piece late last year about Virgin Media Broadband being out for a day? It's now been down for six days in some parts of Manchester. Six full days and not a word from the company except automated messages.

    @Benleo @virginmedia They are truly terrible. If you simply want an internet connection and you don't have any problems, you might be okay, but as soon as anything goes wrong you hit their awful customer service. I had intermittent problems and it took months to get resolved, I then went to Sky asap.

    @Benleo @virginmedia Three do 5G Broadband WiFi. No cables needed. Quick enough and far cheaper the Virgin (I had so many problems I swore to never use them).

    @virginmedia @Benleo I had VM for about 12 years and couldn`t fault the service. I only left because I got a cheaper provider who are okay. I will be returning to VM once my contract is up though.

    @Benleo @virginmedia @virginmedia are terrible, I stopped the television & phone package years ago because of bad customer service. I only have the broadband now & although the broadband is really good the price is extortionate if you don’t keep signing up to a contract, so I’ll be cancelling that.
