@virginmedia Some days its ok. Then throughout that day it drops its signal. Like today its had a 20 minute outage then starts back up we have a £4 booster we are paying for it's useless.

@virginmedia I was promised a reply by a manager after one of your staff on Twitter did a live chat gave me a resolution which was complete and utter nonsense. She promised a manager would reply to me by e mail after 72 hours. That was last Wednesday. 148 hours ago!

@virginmedia Our broadband never runs at the speeds you advertise. Watching TV through the ancient tivo box gives a picture that is always breaking up. We can never get hold of anyone to discuss it and I can't log into my My Virgin account. And now you're putting our bill up by £9 a month!!
