    @virginmedia so I upgraded to 200mb yesterday and today I can’t get a service at all!! £42 well spent NOT!!!!!!!

    @stenev @MrEuanStewart @virginmedia Until the 3 kids scream that ‘the internet’s gone off’ and you reboot it. A reboot of the @virginmedia kit always sorts it - shame they’ve never explained why though.

    @virginmedia It's pretty annoying to phone support, wait 30 minutes to get through, then listen to someone who only knows the basics, reboot, pinhole in the back of the router, plus we can't understand each other. No point in calling support, my contract finishes soon, I look forward to that.

    @virginmedia @MichaelDiPaola I also want to pause my sports package whilst we have no live sports. Hung on the phone for 30 mins on Saturday before giving up. Appalling service

    @VirginAtlantic Thank you! You are the only people I can get a reply from! @richardbranson & Virgin can do customer service, while @ExpediaUK @Expedia won’t reply to any social media or phones. It’s like you are sat with your fingers in your ears trying not to listen and hope this all goes away

    @virginmedia I know there is more to think about at the moment, but, my upload speed was down to 2.6meg and it fluctuates around 2meg to 6 it was 25meg last week is it something you are doing, I have reset everything many times but it makes no difference.

    @virginmedia I haven't done it just yet. I've noticed with the link you sent me there was a problem and it was supposed to be fixed by 5pm yesterday. I just wasn't sure whether to bring an engineer out to my poperty over something like this.

    @Whats_UpWithU @virginmedia I don't like slagging companies off but share your pain. I have been struggling to get a router upgrade they offered me since July! 6 chat support contacts and 2 phone calls and still nothing. What is going on @virginmedia ???
