@virginmedia You cannot try to say that leaving an elderly vulnerable person in their eighties for so long without a telephone is acceptable, nor is trying to make COVID an excuse. @virginmedia are failing in their responsibilities. Hub 3 worked fine Hub 4 will not, poor tech by you?

@virginmedia why are your fibre upload speeds so slow? 10mbps upload on a 109mbps download speed? Sky and BT and others offer 20mbps download speed on their 67mbps download speeds.Please review this as when 2 people are working from home on video calls 10mbps up isn't fast enough

Constantly being told lies by @virginmedia promised a engineer will come out multiple times but they never do and constantly having to report my broken equipment and promised it will be fixed in 24 hours but never is. It’s been 6+ months and I have every call recorded.
