    @virginmedia Nope - I’ve reset, moved the modem, moved the consoles, rang your customer service team - who quite frankly, didnt want to know and advised we bought a booster, for the router thats in the SAME ROOM AS OUR CONSOLES. Furious.

    @virginmedia Believe me - we’ve spent £30 ethernet cables and it didnt work. We have a engineer coming out on monday so been told to mention it the mess thats been made on the wall. Could it be a problem with the new locator?

    @virginmedia I have tv service fault C133. Done your online check it says call you. I call you, automated tells me an texts me link to do online check which tells me to call you.. repeat.. in a loop an now been sat on phone waiting 38mins for someone to answe

    @virginmedia I'm not typing out everything, having repeated myself for the last four months. See a/c 594717402 (area ref 20) for details. Customer service promised to call 30 mins after our latest conversation today. No call, 7 hours and counting. Just send the cheques!

    @virginmedia Your extremely bad service. Who can I speak to please? I was on to your customer service team fro 2 hours yesterday and no one seems to know what they’re doing. Someone was supposed to call me back at 10am this morning but that’s not happened either. Whole thing is a car crash.

    @virginmedia 🙄 over 24 hours later you guys reply. Yes the connection came back but no explanation of why the issue happened. Miraculously fixed it’s self before anyone answered the call.

    @virginmedia The complaint is regarding a cheque, not something to discuss over social media. But needless to say nothing has happened yet because the advisor did zero other than blame covid for the poor response time
