    @virginmedia Hi John, I did that yesterday & the result was Virgin booked an engineer to attend Monday. However you texted this morning saying due to issues you had to cancel the Engineers visit that was booked for Monday. No further update or comms were given. What do we do? PLEASE HELP

    So many problems @virginmedia this year, poor system, poor WiFI, poor connections, poor customer service, all seem to be continually getting worse as does the response to complaints. Anyone else putting up with this poor quality? @skytv looking a clear future prospect

    @virginmedia Told yesterday that it is a local problem due to be resolved by 12th August, however that seems to be a standard reply which is now becoming tiresome. We have to wonder if @virginmedia have fallen back in the hi tech department & that we should move on to a more reliable provider

    @virginmedia But that costumer service was abysmal, the person took ages to reply, and when it did, tried to sell me the same internet package I have for more than what I pay currently even...I don't want to have to upgrade my package to "fix" my internet, I just want the speeds I hired

    @virginmedia also since my contract inception May I’ve had no 5G or 4G just 3G which is extremely slow when processing fast is needed. Extremely poor & I’m a long standing loyal customer of Virgin Media for over 20 years when it was called Cable Wireless (NTL)😡

    @virginmedia told by them today that problems with “catch up” service not something that was paid for so in effect had to put up with the poor performance, in the end offered a tenner! Perhaps there is a better solution, ie get rid of them & get someone who cares 🖕

    I never been so mistreated by @virginmedia like I was today, the staff on the live chat literally "hang up" on me mid support... absolutely gutted, saved all the conversation and I will seek citizens advice over this, that is no way of treating a 6+ years costumer

    @virginmedia yes, after ages waiting with them and going through dpa many times. they ask, 'how can i help you'. All i want is for someone to call me back as i asked and as you promised. your message service have now said they will put my details through to someone else and they cant call me.
