    @virginmedia Down for both. Yesterday for about 2.5 hours. Today it went down for 30 minutes and again go down, so far, 15 minutes and counting. App/Website says estimated fix 3pm.

    @virginmedia your customer service is appalling! After more than 20mins, I finally spoke to someone who confirmed an engineer had been booked. When I checked via chat today I was told no appointment had been made and after a further 30mins offered an appointment a week later.

    @virginmedia Just Apple, they struggle to connect and buffer whereas non Apple laptops are fine, for example. Either that or it’s our WiFi? Please help?

    @virginmedia so much for Virgin Media to ring me yesterday Friday 6th Aug over three complaints. Phone call from Customer Services never came to fruition .. Not a happy chappie 😳😡

    @virginmedia also since my contract inception May I’ve had no 5G or 4G just 3G which is extremely slow when processing fast is needed. Extremely poor & I’m a long standing loyal customer of Virgin Media for over 20 years when it was called Cable Wireless (NTL)😡

    @dj_damien @virginmedia I once had an advisor tell me that my services (that were going down for an hour or so once a day, every day for a week) must have had no issues because I was downloading tens of GB a day. Can’t wait for BT to put their gigabit lines in round here. Will switch in a heartbeat.

    Keep getting some threatening emails from #virginmedia about the return of media kit. Still waiting for them to pick up as a previously agreed confirmation date was made via their site. Worst customer service ever #virgin #virginmedia

    Anyone else been duped by @virginmedia bill increase, call to cancel, be told will waive increase for 6 months only to have the bill increase then try to speak to cs but they don’t have any info on the reduction for 6 months and can’t cancel as out of the 2 week cooling off 😡

    @virginmedia Why did VM confirm by email (24/02) that my March 8th bill would be £101 and then charge me £107? (There are no extra charges on there). I waste hours trying to get support when your service lets me down and then I also have to contact you ti correct YOUR mistakes!

    @archiehamilton6 @virginmedia Ask to speak to retentions and say if they don’t offer you a deal you are away to Sky. If they still say no cancel with a few weeks away. They will call you with a cracking deal to stay.
