@virginmedia @richardbranson Ok...so after being sighed at on the phone by a "customer service" assistant 3 times on Monday evening and after the nice young man came to fix the broadband on Wednesday morning...it keeps going off yet again!!!! Leaving as soon as contract is up!!

@vmbusinesshelp @vmbusiness F006897332 - it would be helpful if your team in Manila listened to customers rather than taking a robotic approach to support. I had to demand that a firmware downgrade take place - even after they admitted that would fix the issue.

@virginmedia Not been given anything. I called Friday regarding my bill. Left my contact details and was told within 48 hours I would get a call back. I was hoping to not have to escalate to a complaint and for it to be dealt with via the manager who was going to call me.....WITHIN 48 HOURS!

@virginmedia Still the same, one minute it's 7mb then it's 18mb the best we've had is 24mb even went down to 2mb at one point. I've tried resetting the hub and still the same, my lad couldn't play online last night because the conection was so poor

@virginmedia Yes, and it's not coming from the game since it works when using a VPN, this is a routing issue, please just escalate this so that it can finally be fixed. Tested every angle, whenever I turn the VPN off the game will disconnect, at launch or later.
