    @RabnawazA @virginmedia Yes my partners zoom meetings crash even though we got a 300 Mb line the Wi-Fi signal is not that great and we got boosters what we tend to do is use mobile data for the rest of us but we are in the fortunate situation that we can

    @virginmedia Please could you provide an update as to why there’s no internet in the Wilmslow area again? I rely greatly on broadband to carry out my job, it’s unacceptable for this to happen without warning, time and time again, with no idea of when the service will resume.

    @virginmedia on hold with Virgin Mobile over 1 hour only to be cut off, no decency to even call me back? Spent over 4 hours in the week holding for Virgin Media to be cut off twice! Again no call backs? Appreciate waiting times are longer but this is appalling service. Fewming 🤬

    @virginmedia Thought it was tough to connect to someone on phone (57 mins wait) and another 36 mins convincing your helpdesk colleague that there is a problem - they sent someone within 12 hours to check and that talented technician found and fixed the issue in 20 mins.. all sorted !! 👍🏻👍🏻

    @virginmedia as a loyal customer for years I diligently upgraded broadband to improve it throughout my home. In a small home there are black spots that I am told I need to pay extra for to get boosters. So I need to pay even more to get your service to work? Hmmm...? CICAS @Ofcom

    @virginmedia ..1 year on it was found to be a faulty virgin cable..still not working .. hours and hours on the phone . Waiting for call back after 2 weeks .. now can not get through. Disgusting @virgin I will be taking this further

    @NatBradyoldlady @virginmedia I feel your pain, same with us, they disconnected us even after we told them not to, they said they had no recollection of me saying not to so I said to listen to the call, they just skirted around the issue, will never use them again, good luck in getting sorted tho

    @AnnCleeves @virginmedia The problem with Virgin is that while the actual connection is generally the fastest and most solid you can get, the Superhub 3 router is absolute junk, and will fall over at the drop of a hat. Get powerline WiFi extenders and it'll probably be great.

    @AnnCleeves @virginmedia Whilst I would not rate VM customer service at all, I have received automatic upgrades since starting in 2000 at IIRC 512 kbps, now 200 Mbps. Possibly one or two paid upgrades in there as well. If the issue is due to Wi-Fi I can’t recommend a supplier as I run my own Wi-Fi.
