Can’t wait to move over to @SkyUK in a couple of weeks, @virginmedia is the absolute worse now, internet used to be brilliant but know goes off and can’t pick up in some rooms anymore, had about 3 new hubs too, it’s just terrible! Don’t let me down Sky.

@virginmedia had no TiVo working for 1 week now. WiFi running really slow. 5th day of calling up and being passed from pillar to post, on hold for 45 mins only to be told I’ve been transferred to the wrong department, further hold for 35 minutes to have the line go dead!!!!

@virginmedia Most responses looks like template letters. After the engineer finally replacing outdoor cable and fixing the issue, I got a response advising there was nothing wrong with the internet and to contact the technical team for advice on my set up indoors. Avoiding the issues raised.
