    @v @virginmedia Internet issue has been open since August and it’s been a comedy of errors. Several engineers have been round each setting off a chain of farcical call-outs. Clowns! Each time I get sent a survey that is designed to get the feedback they want. Not good enough!

    Awful service from @virginmedia No internet for days now. Say they’ll send someone, they don’t. Then say we’ll get a phone call, didn’t. Can’t answer questions & then say there’s a solution. Likely to have no internet for days & that if their current bulls**t works. Do better

    @virginmedia Virgin media to my worst enemy. You charge customers for a pitiful service and then make it as difficult as possible to obtain a resolution - a complete shambles. So I want to be released from contact immediately & if you won't agree, then I'm complaining to ofcom.

    @virginmedia Not at all. I wasn't allowed to speak to anyone yesterday, to explain why I needed an engineer (it's weak signal from the box - as explained the last time the engineer supposedly fixed it). Instead, I was sent a text. I had to wait 24 hours to be told that yes I need an engineer
