    @virginmedia I am a new customer, and moving homes soon. Virgin does not cover the new area, moreover I am being charged a hefty cancellation fee. I did NOT want to cancel, and was not informed of this fine when I joined. I wasn’t planning on moving but unfortunately have to do so.

    @virginmedia Spoken to 4 people on that number already but have had no solution. Lines checked. Can you please first check my account. It is showing next bill same as Dec when it should reflect the upgraded service. It shows I have a problem with the account. Is this cause of diminished svs?

    @virginmedia Looked for it but cannot see it. On the Virgin connect app. Will they be able to sort the account issues which means our line is going to someone else and and no one can call us on our landline? As well as the fact that the account details online are connected to another?
