Just to keep you updated @virginmedia , service has been lost AGAIN (3rd day running!) 😴 (your e-bill came through no problems though, you can stick that up your backside by the way as no way will I be paying for service which is constantly unreliable!!)

@LobbyNoNumbers We pay about £66 per month with @virginmedia for the basic tv,broadband and phone that we never use. Probably the worst customer service around. They promised to upgrade the set top box 2 years ago and we're still waiting.

@MisterioRich @virginmedia I rang 0345 454 1111 and just followed the menu until I got to 'if you're thinking of leaving'. Then straight through to an actual human who was really nice & didn't make it difficult at all. Said straight out I'd need to cancel unless they got the price right down. Good luck 🤞
