@virginmedia Nothing really. Usually it my phone or my wife’s phone but never your equipment. The same issue happened a few weeks ago and we were told it was a local fault and they were fixing it. Which it did get fixed but yet again it’s not working now.

@virginmedia Which would be what seeing as there is nothing on your website informing you of how to to get compensation? Even when you notify the customer your doing maintenance so service is down there is no compensation link though I’d have thought this should be an automatic payment

@virginmedia @virginhelp Just spent another 1.5 hours dealing with a VM text (bot?) to get to a resolution. Now going to take about a week to get one to me it says. No wonder they sell well on Ebay seems most give up to keep their blood pressure under control whilst dealing with VM customer support.
