    @virginmedia Then please at least have the grace to tell me so. I’ve been a customer so long you’d think I might be due some support, but this last year has just been dreadful. I’ve taken a phone contract I don’t want and been unable to get explanation for billing variances. It’s just ****.

    @virginmedia I’ve been trying to do this via WhatsApp for three days now. I’m in a never ending loop of getting to the point where I’m referred to a agent, in the queue, & a couple of hours later, I get asked if I’m moving house, and the whole process starts again. It’s has just started again

    @virginmedia Yes it’s an outage and not an issue with our modem, or else others wouldn’t be affected. I’m on your business line, and whilst I appreciate that might not be something you can look at directly, it’s clearly an issue that needs resolving for everybody.

    @virginmedia No, no outage showing on your website! Just rubbish virgin ! If I use an etharnet cable all is fine. But if using WiFi it's useless. So not much use for my mobile whilst I'm at home! And it'snot just me, lots of people in area having same issue but virgin doing nothing about it!

    @virginmedia She was specifically told by virgin not to contact her old provider - she's reported the issue to you and made various complaints about the internet either not working and speed but nobody has taken any action to investigate or remedy the situation

    @virginmedia Because they’ve sent us this TIVO box our account online is now showing as TIVO not V6 anymore, I wonder if that why they are having trouble? This box doesn’t even have the correct plug it’s bizarre! Could you find out if there IS stock pls?
