    @virginmedia It just says it looks like I can’t get on the internet and it recommends an engineer to come out. On the FOURTH OF JANUARY. During a pandemic when I’m working from home. I left @virginmedia because your service kept dropping, some things never change.

    @virginmedia literally THE worst internet provider. Nothing but trouble since we switched from Sky. Engineers been out twice and still losing connection constantly. Had to turn off the WIFI to even tweet this 😡

    @virginmedia how long do we have to do without internet while you upgrade our service!! Have now spent two days tethered to my phone trying to do business calls! It’s NOT acceptable to be doing this in the day! 10.25pm been off since 9.30am! 😡😡

    Hi @virginmedia, my neighbours and I are all having connection problems today but when one of us managed to speak to someone, was told that it all looked fine and is having a virtual technician calling. Seems a bit pointless if we're all struggling?

    Hi @virginmedia I have just spoken Customer service, very brusque and clipped and use the term “Sir”in a very passive aggressive way. my order upgraded service they was insistent that virgin didn’t it so I had to email her “Order ref: WS7344640 Order date: Wednesday, December 2”

    @virginmedia Yes, someone to tell me what happens when there’s no cable to pull (your website said service was available). Waited in, engineer just drove off without any explanation. Had to spend hours at call centre. Want install to happen but can’t understand process & no one will explain.

    Wow @virginmedia your standards of customer service have gone downhill this year.. All for the understanding of pandemic but even after the average wait of an hour to talk to someone to be cut off 4 times now and let down multiple times with guarantees is just not the normal!!

    @thejayfaulkner @virginmedia That is really weird. To help isolate issues, I switched my Google wifi router to AP mode and put it behind a TPLINK wired only router to confirm it only impacted wireless. It could be the device radio?

    @virginmedia So I've put in a complaint today after trying to make a complaint numerous times on your chat service. You sent details off to a debt agency saying I owed you £31.50 when I didnt. I've spoken to 4 different advisors on your WhatsApp chat and 4 different advisors

    @virginmedia and your last member of support was sublime the lady who was clearly reading off an auto cue was god awful! Hire people who know what they are talking about please because them auto cues come across to me as very condescending!

    @virginmedia 2nd line support would look into it. An engineer may be required to visit to look at the router. I did ask if that meant a replacement if required/couldn't be fixed. No date was given for that though.

    @TheBeehammer @virginmedia Semi detached house in quiet crescent and nothings changed in the time the service has deteriorated. Where the router is there's no interference but WiFi literally drops entirely intermittently, or reduces to low speeds ...even sitting beside it.
