    I've had an unstable to non-working @virginmedia broadband connection in Manchester for about 18 hours. Whilst they are aware of the issue and trying to resolve it, it is untenable that in the era of working from home, a major infrastructure requirement will be down for 24 hours.

    @virginmedia hey guys. My loyalty discount was due for renewal and was told to ring in when due now I’m being told different. Wtf?! Then to be told you don’t have a complaints team either. That’s some wedge of bullshit and appalling customer service! Come on now

    @virginmedia down again, line fault since Nov. Internet cuts off between 12/1am every night! Was told it was line check, this morning told I need all new equipment, £151 bills aren't acceptable for this service. I don't want new equipment months on, I'm cancelling.

    @virginmedia Yes we have tried and it does not work. When it goes down, all devices disconnect for roughly 5 mins and this happens on average 8 times a day

    @virginmedia can’t fix my broadband and I can’t leave your service as I can’t get through to either the faults or customer service depts on the phone after a combined hour of waiting. Your engineer wasn’t able to fix my issue and I just want out of your dreadful service.
