    @virginmedia The guy I spoke to at VM yesterday said that she wouldn’t be eligible for a “disabled” phone line to be installed because it wasn’t claimed when they dug the front garden up 18 months ago. We were never given this as an option at the time, if we had we would have insisted on it.

    @virginmedia And the sum total of welcome texts I received during my 7 night stay in Jamaica was 189. I never moved from the same hotel. I often got 4-8 texts whilst sat at the same restaurant table or in my room. @virginmedia get your act together

    @virginmedia If that was the only issue than yes that would be the logical next step. But as you’ll see from the previous tweets and email sent on Wednesday it isn’t. All the issues need dealing with in the round or otherwise I’ll have to cancel and go back to sky.

    @GazzaAdams @virginmedia Agree and over ten years with @virginmedia never had a problem when talking to a real person which is why I stayed with them. Like you, when I finally got through to a person it was sorted easily. EDF have also been a total bot nightmare.

    @virginmedia I am near to a nervous breakdown between Virgin and 02 I have spent 5 hours today and my mobile won't take calls and I haven't got a copy of my contract I am going to cancel this contract and then make a formal complaint. That's the nice answer

    @virginmedia Well I'm trying to cancel my service with you due to WAY overpaying for a service that I can get much cheaper elsewhere. So now I have to pay for 3 more days of terrible internet connectivity due to a 3 hour wait on replies?
