@virginmedia Nope - I’ve reset, moved the modem, moved the consoles, rang your customer service team - who quite frankly, didnt want to know and advised we bought a booster, for the router thats in the SAME ROOM AS OUR CONSOLES. Furious.

@virginmedia Believe me - we’ve spent £30 ethernet cables and it didnt work. We have a engineer coming out on monday so been told to mention it the mess thats been made on the wall. Could it be a problem with the new locator?

@v @virginmedia Internet issue has been open since August and it’s been a comedy of errors. Several engineers have been round each setting off a chain of farcical call-outs. Clowns! Each time I get sent a survey that is designed to get the feedback they want. Not good enough!

What has happened to @virginmedia cant even watch a programme on catchup or netflix through tivo without it cutting off every 3 minutes? Asked for an engineer to be sent out, they cancelled twice, was told to plug tivo into my router, once they send me a network cable, never did
