Then, the next day it’ll cut out again and the process repeats. It was working when the engineer left, but it didn’t last 24 hours. Intermittent isn’t good enough. I rely on you for work.

As per usual.Was also sold some ‘VIP service’ line that’s never been shared!

She’s now got to wait till Tuesday for a visit 😠

When I asked to renew the contract at the price advertised online, they refused. So I left. At which point I was bombarded with offers. Not a good way of treating customer or doing business.

Wanted me to crawl down on the floor and reach behind the cupboard to start unplugging and then plugging things back in again. Explained in the to her that I have arthritis in my spine as an elderly person and it took a real battle to get them to send a Technician out - apart from anything else tiring having to navigate all the various menus to even get to speak to a human being. Really beginning to wish I had not renewed my contract with #Virginmedia and had gone elsewhere @virginmedia .

The volume drops out constantly and the buffering is because you throttle during games to stop pirates, ends up interfering with paying customers
