    @virginmedia Hi, done a few tests and reset router etc and it’s still the same. Speed drops on Ethernet and wireless. It’s very intermittent though. It can be fine for a couple of hours and then have a few minutes of really slow speeds.

    @fittdr @virginmedia I'm hearing good things about @Plusnet on the customer service side, but it's the TiVo I'd miss, we are seriously considering @NOWTV broadband and TV as we already use them for sky movies but need to investigate if we (the wife) can watch @emmerdale and @LoveIsland 🤣🤣

    @virginmedia 5 sets of staff been to my property now (my broadband install date is today). 30 mins waiting on the phone and still no resolution. Now my pavements being dug up! I’ve lost faith already 🙈

    @virginmedia presenting barriers to cancelling after contract has expired! Appropriate notice provided. On hold for 40 minutes to get through told to call back! Barriers to cancelling, especially where a customer could be financially vulnerable is wrong! Great business practices

    @virginmedia So service resumed around 3pm with an email confirming it. In the last 5/10 mins the wireless connection keeps disappearing off. It’ll return for a second or two, then drop again. Unsurprisingly your status checker says there isn’t an issue despite there clearly being one.

    @virginmedia Well we don’t have a tracking number and we haven’t heard anything back since we returned the faulty phone. We also tried the text messaging service but also takes ages to get a reply.

    @campusprjo @virginmedia Hi Jo, i am sorry but unfortunately this is seen as an internal move and as we are using the same network services we are unable to port from VMB to VM and would require to move the number to a alternative provider and then back to VM I am afraid.
