@vmbusinesshelp @vmbusiness F006897332 - it would be helpful if your team in Manila listened to customers rather than taking a robotic approach to support. I had to demand that a firmware downgrade take place - even after they admitted that would fix the issue.

  • Hk06904477 Bashir Ahmad (@Hk06904477) reported

@BorisJohnson @virginmedia @O2 Why the Eu, UK , USA Canada, Germany are silent on the current situation of Afghan refugees, when the Syrian people were in trouble, the whole world helped them. The EU has opened its borders to them, but all its doors are closed to Afghan refugees. Where are the human rights?

  • SegzSays S. (@SegzSays) reported

@virginmedia The list of issues with @virginmedia should be known as every single time the service goes down it is logged. The yearly price increases do not correlate to the service provided. Wifi has been dipping in and out all weekend and now your service status page isn’t working.

  • CareerNavigato5 Career Navigator (@CareerNavigato5) reported

@BorisJohnson @virginmedia @O2 Don't forget pints of champagne and a weights system that nobody under 50, understands but also that was never not used. Brilliant PM !!!! I'll pay for your first roll of wallpaper, when it comes to decorating your cell.

  • NewtownAndy Andy Newtown (@NewtownAndy) reported

@BorisJohnson @virginmedia @O2 Could that be because they are part owned by EU companies? What about all the other network providers, you forgetful man?

  • Jc62Matildamog Matildamog (@Jc62Matildamog) reported

@BorisJohnson @virginmedia @O2 Here you are again putting a positive spin on a bad situation. What happens when customers switch to these suppliers and next year they decide to start charging, which they invariably will. This just sounds like a savvy move from Virgin and O2 to hoover up more business.

  • MakeAmericaWait YouMadeAmericaSaneAgain (@MakeAmericaWait) reported

@NadineDorries @virginmedia @O2 Oh grow up: you supported taking back control, you got what you wanted now sit down

  • richardw65 richard williams (@richardw65) reported

@NadineDorries @virginmedia @O2 We left the EU. Why should we be able to cherry pick benefits now we are no longer a member? Surely it's down to your government to bring in legislation on this if you don't want UK customers to experience the full 'benefits' of a free market away from the dead hand of the EU?
