    @virginmedia 100s of times total waste of time, set questions & set answers just because they see the speed, they think it is good enough, you charge top rate for crap service especially the router, £500 a year with a £10 cheap router.

    @virginmedia Yeh I got that the WiFi in my home is fine in the sense that there are no black spots. I have extenders and wireless and wired powerpoints so not an issue it’s the actual speeds I’m receiving that’s the issue.

    @BeckyEverson @SkyUK @virginmedia Always had VM, apart one stint with Sky, never again. Even Sky’s “super fast” is nowhere near what VM offer. I’ve got the Oomph package and Sky couldn’t come close. Can’t wait until the 1gig broadband comes to Teesside. 👍🏻

    @virginmedia I was on a new customer 1 2 year ago haven’t signed another contract and it went up to £54 when the contract ended last Oct and have checked all my emails there is nothing there about a price hike

It does work if you follow the UK based support staffs instructions, not the none UK based tech support. Had 2 for a mo
