@virginmedia why are your fibre upload speeds so slow? 10mbps upload on a 109mbps download speed? Sky and BT and others offer 20mbps download speed on their 67mbps download speeds.Please review this as when 2 people are working from home on video calls 10mbps up isn't fast enough

When you cancel a direct debit pending an overpayment query, an extortionate figure is taken by them, you get charged £7.50 for late payment, you are on hold for 45 minutes and then they say the direct debit wasn’t cancelled 👀NEVER CHOOSE VIRGIN @virginmedia @SCOAF_UK

@virginmedia I have done this a number of times, I get told my request will be actioned within 24-48 hours but nothing changes. I have had another bill today claiming the incorrect amount again and late payment fees threatened as your operator Keith advised me to cancel the direct debit.

@virginmedia I went through the phone options until I got to an option regarding leaving your contract, eventually got through to an actual human, and explained the situation and said I'd like to raise a complaint. They said I'd get some sort of response over email within seven working days.

@virginmedia Hi - I have spoken to them and they advised was apparently there is an outage in the area. Apparently an advisor has done something on there end which “should” work in 2 hours if not technician call within 4hours. Still not good and can this be looked into quickly please.
