    @virginmedia trying to register an account on Virgin Mobile app so that I can provide a PAC code to you but don’t have an answer to a security question and have never set one up so I’m calling you as requested but all of your call centres are closed? 🤯 Not great service!

    Really fed up with my @virginmedia internet connection. Months of packet loss causing voice calls to be unintelligible. Constantly losing connection. Multiple ‘engineer’ visits and its still terrible. Two days in a row now the hub says No RF Signal. Stay away from it!

    Impossible to arrange a house move with @virginmedia ! So far website doesn't work. So they tell you to use the contact us chat, which I've sat on for over 4 hours without a response. I've also tried calling, so far more than 3 hours no response or cut off 😡 #poorservice

    @virginmedia what a rubbish service. Trying to request for package to be moved but can’t speak to a person. Now want to cancel....still can’t speak to anyone 😡 terrible service......answer the phone!!!! Been sat on hold for 3 hours

    @virginmedia need some help guys got a constant flashing green WiFi light on my hub and I have tried everything to solve it switched off rebooted checked connections everything getting frustrated now. It’s been on for 3 days now

    @virginmedia As I mentioned earlier, i tried calling multiple times with wait time between 60-120 mins and got no response back. Tried reaching out on twitter and got no response. The complaint is not resolved from my side at least, not surr of that closed on your end.

    @virginmedia for the past 18 months I’ve paid £99 a month for the oomph package, just been told it’s going up to £139 a month for same package yet new customers get it for £89 a month! How can you justify this ? Don’t want to leave but no help from customer services

    @MickFerry @virginmedia Infuriating. We are going through it at the minute. They want £120 of us a month as a valued customer and a NEW customer gets same package £50 less.

    @virginmedia Called the main line. Spoke to someone who said they would activate the connection. This didn’t happen. Rang again, guy tried to help, but the red light on the hub kept coming up. Passed me on to another help team. They asked for my name, I told them, then they hung up. 1/2

    @virginmedia Rang a third time, they passed me on to the same team. She wrote down some notes, and said they’d pass me on the the quick start team. Attempted to transfer the call but hung up. Rang a fourth time to cancel my account. Left in a queue for 22 minutes, then gave up. 2/2

    @virginmedia I changed my contact last month and was told that last month would be the last high payment. When I had my bill yesterday it’s the same price . So calling up to question it and the lady was like no I was wrong. The lady was extremely rude and then she put the phone down on me !!

    @virginmedia This was all mid March... but today I get a call about my install.... my name was wrong so I ended the call and called your CS team myself only to be told yes I had work going on today ready for my install on the 1st June!! I told them to cancel and asked to put in a complait
