    After waiting close on 3 weeks for a phone delivery from the joke double act of @virginmedia @YodelOnline . The phone is back where it started and my wife's contract stopped and put on pay as you go . Customer service !! Shocking service !!!!

    @virginmedia Apparently there is an issue in the area. It’s happened quite a few times and as I work from home a lot, losing a half day of work time is very frustrating.

    @virginmedia Right, the only known issues is Virgin Media, tonight I have played 1 full game the other 10 I have backed out of, so my question is what are vm going to do about it, not reset hub, open ports, allow dmz all that crapjust give me what I pay for a gaming broadband like advertised

    @virginmedia Lastly, still waiting on a cheque from last year for services that I was charged for but didn’t use. Refund only available via cheque obvs because with it being 2018 you still hadn’t caught up with bank transfers. Thinking about, your entire offering is a crock of shit.

    @virginmedia 2/2 I was threatened by a CST on the phone by cancelling my VM contract I will lose my O2 number. I contacted O2 who said this wasn’t true and that VM were using scare tactics to stop me from cancelling. I have written a complaint via the web I am looking into further action.

    @virginmedia 1/2 Guys you are the worst in Customer service been calling at least every month to sort out my internet issue ... I got disconnected twice a day for 15 mins every day ... A tech came to " fix it "and ending breaking my hard drive + didn't fix anything !

    @virginmedia Not really, it's been up and down, large spikes of packet loss, followed by massive numbers of Post RS errors in the modem information page, I'd really like an engineer to come out and inspect the line if possible

    @virginmedia can you sort yourselves out please? I was offered a free upgrade as am a o2 customer and you’ve put my bill up £30 a month. Hours I’ve spent on the phone, your agents lie constantly then cut me off when they can’t sort it out. This has been going on since Monday.

    @virginmedia Hi, when I disable Wifi, the phone tells me 'Virgin: no network'. If I go upstairs, I can get a weak signal with H+ data connection. Downstairs where I work, I now don't get a Virgin connection, just 'No Connection' and 'Emergency Calls Only'
