@virginmedia Advice from Ofcom (ref 01135833) is I need a 'deadlock letter' to pursue complaint with CISAS. I've called and when finally answered had call ended. Connor in terminations said I shd have read the T&Cs. My argument is your employees should not make promises that can't be kept.

In light of my Virgin Media frustration, should I win big on the lotto, once I've got myself set up I think I'd set up a firm purely to fight companies on this ****. So many people don't have the energy/money to fight this stuff in court. So I would, it'd give me something to do
