@virginmedia do you know when service will be back up. I have to make important phone calls before 5pm when lines are closed for the evening. I'm also an emergency contact for two children and an elderly relative who is also affected.

@virginmedia my broadband has been down all day (CT8), was told it would be fixed by 12:30, then 15:15 and now 21.25. I would bet money on this been extended again as you just pick random times out of the sky. Please can you just be honest and provide a realistic fix time?
