    @virginmedia You kept running tests and nothing changed. Expected me to just live with it and keep rebooting my WiFi. I had to battle you to get an engineer, deal with lies, deal with being patronised, it really upset me yesterday. Just to get basic support. @Ofcom

    @virginmedia BL3 area, Hub 4 has a red ring around it and no Internet connection. Rebooting it didn't fix the problem. This is our 3rd Hub 4, they always break and having no WiFi when I'm meant to be working from home isn't pleasing my boss. Is there problems in my area?

    @virginmedia PLEASE that's all Im asking, someone to genuinely look into this. It went down 3 times already this morning and I missed my 9am meeting. I had to go out and get a giffgaff goody bag to use 4g now... Im losing money and have to spend more money to keep working

    @virginmedia haven't had any issues since it came back online , my concern is that its come back on its own, no tv or internet for 22 hours then its back, if there was a local issue that's been resolved would it not be best to let us know.
