Yet AGAIN my broadband connection has gone. @virginmedia this is every single month, multiple times a month and I get old nothing but 'try to reboot your router' every single time. The amount of complaints on twitter alone jusy goes to show how poor your service is.

All these people going. "I cancel my virginmedia account!" Good luck with that, especially if still under contract as you signed to pay off all remaining months left on said contract. So it'll be an expensive leave. And yes, even Sky does that.
