    @virginmedia Iv asked lots of questions that have gotten me no where. To be hung up on over & over. They gave me a date of 17th December for it to have it installed no reasons as to why nothing explained I just think it’s a joke and the costumer service is dreadful. To have to wait 6 weeks!!

    @virginmedia I wascharged for non return of property apparently even when I had made arrangements for collection . Received a cheque but in my maiden name .sent another proof of marriage a covering letter and returned the cheque , this was from August!made complaint still no cheque

    @virginmedia Who can I speak to about a couple of issues I'm having? I would like to discuss my contract. Also, I'm experiencing a couple of blackspots in the house which is causing problems with WFH. The connect app says there's no blackspot but 3 laptops signal keeps dropping.

    @virginmedia Hi, I sat on your live chat for a total of 18 hours over 3 attempts / days to simply upgrade. took 3 agents to sort a relatively easy task, all quoting different prices. it was eventually closed out but really poor service all round. loyalty barely rewarded
