    @virginmedia why are your fibre upload speeds so slow? 10mbps upload on a 109mbps download speed? Sky and BT and others offer 20mbps download speed on their 67mbps download speeds.Please review this as when 2 people are working from home on video calls 10mbps up isn't fast enough

    @virginmedia Virgin TV Go app on Android still down. One week now. This is not good. Missed loads of stuff when out and about. And yes I have uninstalled and reinstalled on multiple devices!

    Constantly being told lies by @virginmedia promised a engineer will come out multiple times but they never do and constantly having to report my broken equipment and promised it will be fixed in 24 hours but never is. It’s been 6+ months and I have every call recorded.
