    @virginmedia You mean the turn it off and on again solution? Tried that. Works for a short while then goes back to being terrible. On the phone now and the test that your computer lady runs says there is an intermittent fault. So now I'll be on hold for about 2 hours. (not having a go at you)

    @virginmedia I’ve done all that and yet I’m still receiving phone calls from your company. It is YOUR responsibility to resolve this issue as your company have breached GDPR by contacting me for marketing without my consent. Particularly you guys have a data breach last year as well!!
