@virginmedia Yeh I got that the WiFi in my home is fine in the sense that there are no black spots. I have extenders and wireless and wired powerpoints so not an issue it’s the actual speeds I’m receiving that’s the issue.

@virginmedia I made numerous complaints about loss of service in 2020. All of them ignored. I also spent hours on the phone (mostly waiting) trying to resolve these issues with customer service without success.
