@virginmedia It's not the services that is the problem, it is online gaming with the hub3 it can't handle gaming, it is a cheap piece of crap, I know internet companies don't give out good routers, but if it's the only one I can use, surely it should be good enough, I'm sick of resetting it.

@virginmedia The system we use gives us a status on the text and it always says "Enroute" which usually means a carrier issue. I've asked people to text me aswell and it's the same. A good hour or so. I've not received a Microsoft SMS for 3 days so had to switch to work phone for that.

@virginmedia The issue was sorted out on 6 February but I’ expected to pay for a service I never had AND claiming the account is past due and adding late payment charges. How can you expect me to pay for a service that failed for 25 days out of 30? I’ve had to pay now to avoid disconnection.
