    @virginmedia ..1 year on it was found to be a faulty virgin cable..still not working .. hours and hours on the phone . Waiting for call back after 2 weeks .. now can not get through. Disgusting @virgin I will be taking this further

    @virginmedia Trying again to get through as desperately need to speak to someone as can’t access my account as it’s been hacked and my broadband service is shocking was on hold over an hour yesterday and been holding now for 30 mins, holding for an hour is not acceptable customer service!!!!

    @virginmedia my broadband install was due on the 22nd. An engineer came round but has not given us the box. We have had no follow up either and are paying for broadband without any service. Were told they would call us to sort it out but still nothing!! This is awful

    @virginmedia We just know that the errors are mostly critical errors, the engineer just said clearing the errors should work (which it didn’t) and that he’d normally just change the hub for a new one but due to a shortage he wasn’t able to! Where do we go from here?

    @virginmedia I didn't know how to do it. I think one of the representatives had renewed a sports package with a new deal and confirmed it. The price is still a little high despite being cheaper than what I was before. Plus my landline doesn't work. Is it possible to reconnect? @Dave_Codd

    @virginmedia I’m trying to get through the messaging service and each time it’s taken 40 minutes for the person on the other end to get my details and put me through to technical support. Only, 4 hours pass and no reply! I just need to talk to someone about a new router!
