    @virginmedia up to their tricks again not providing the internet speeds. We on the super-fast broadband tariff and getting speeds of 50 in the same room as the router. Poor service and we being ripped off yet again

    @virginmedia on hold with Virgin Mobile over 1 hour only to be cut off, no decency to even call me back? Spent over 4 hours in the week holding for Virgin Media to be cut off twice! Again no call backs? Appreciate waiting times are longer but this is appalling service. Fewming 🤬

    @virginmedia Thought it was tough to connect to someone on phone (57 mins wait) and another 36 mins convincing your helpdesk colleague that there is a problem - they sent someone within 12 hours to check and that talented technician found and fixed the issue in 20 mins.. all sorted !! 👍🏻👍🏻

    So as much as I have been moaning about @virginmedia customer support; Del the engineer was fantastic. No rubbish, no bs, just worked the problem and found the cause. Loose connections in the street and a rusty junction box that needed replacing. 3/x

    @virginmedia Consequently I'm still paying £112.50 a month, have to watch Netflix via my mobile phone and getting very disenchanted with @virginmedia when I've been a loyal customer ever since the fibre in my street was connected many, many years ago.
