@harrisonmp They wrote to me about my complaint saying they’d been trying to contact me, they haven’t unless they’re still using the wrong mobile number which I’ve informed them about. We’ll ignore the fact that my landline is with them. I just wish someone @virginmedia would take ownership

@ThirdUncle2 @virginmedia Exactly the same happened to me just, even had one of the call centre staff say I would've get a dead line when I told her I definitely will. She still transferred me down a dead line. Got told that changing provider isn't a good enough excuse to leave. Its my choice! 😡

@virginmedia finally after 1:10 mins on the phone. We have a possible resolution. Whilst the tech on the line was very apologetic and helpful, the waiting, lack of response and overall service is appalling.

@virginmedia are your call centre staff ***************? Ones just been an idiot to me sounded like he couldn't be arsed while ones just sent me down a line that rings out constantly for 20 minutes. Both asked me different security questions and one flat out refused

@virginmedia I've tried the customer service number 15 times this morning and it isn't connecting. The call just ends. I'm also worried you'll say you can't speak to me. I have a letter of authority but I can't be in my friend's house to call you while he's there due to Covid restrictions

Need to cancel my @virginmedia contract as the price is going up but the only way to cancel is by phone, with up to an hour queue time. Brilliant.

@virginmedia waited for 3 hours to speak to someone from customer services today on the web chat to try to find out why our appointment was cancelled and why no one told us. This was after waiting 30 mins for someone to pick up the phone as well. Want to raise a complaint !
-

@virginmedia finally spoke to 3 different people, all couldn’t help. Final rep tells me the solution to my WiFi blackspots is to call back in 2 weeks to get a booster... you can’t possibly pre order it for me on the system?! Terrible service and regret extending my contract

@virginmedia Hi, so atleast once a week my internet stops working... I’ve done the usual reboot etc. Last time I rang up because I’ve had enough of it, especially with my package going form £28 to £43. When I rang the technician done some kind of reboot to help stop this problem.

Thom O’Neill

@virginmedia No I haven't. You don't have a functioning messaging option on website, no readily available email that I can find, and the phone lines still automatically hang up. How on earth are customers meant to get through to someone?
-

@SirHenryShow @virginmedia That's their business model Sir Henry. Suck you in with a 6-month discount, then jack the price up twice a year DURING YOUR CONTRACT & make it v difficult for you to cancel. Took me three months to escape after they kept ignoring my instruction. Try Talk Talk, they're much better

Danielle Baker

@virginmedia - we have had poor fibre for months now (common in our area according to local groups). 'Unstable internet' pops up on Zooms in the room next to the router - the loft study barely gets any reception anymore. We rang to get a wifi extender to discover that since you

@virginmedia I am afraid not. I had a email saying someone would contact me but that was 4 days ago. Keen to resolve the issue to avoid paying more in the future. Thank you.
