    @virginmedia Hi. Have reported to you here that independent engineer confirmed my connection is OK but hub 3 is faulty & needs replacing. You advised phone 150 again to book engineer. Your system does not enable that just offers fault trouble shoot txt message.

    @virginmedia Evening, been having intermittent internet issues for the past couple of days now. In the evening it tends to disconnect and constantly reconnect over and over again, with no signs of problems in my area. The connection test is forever cycling too
