    @virginmedia upgraded my tv package on Thursday to oomph ultimate. Since the the on demand and apps on my V6 box are unavailable. Message says there is a problem with my account error code M63. V6 box shows the ‘Virgin Media Service Account Status’ as 8: Closed. Help please

    @virginmedia upgraded us to their latest Hub, which they say is vastly technically improved . Not my experience at all in respect of failing to connect via WiFi to my devices. Support is difficult to obtain, very poor by them.

    @virginmedia we have a loss of broadband in the M6 area. No notification but the automated service states it’s an update on the service. If you want to provide good customer service, prior warning would be good. I’m fed up of this. If I can’t work from home, I will lose pay!!!

    @virginmedia Please can you tell me what the absolute hell is going on in the SK8 area recently? We’re lucky to get a trouble-free day at the moment. Been on and off throughout today. One or two faults a week. We pay as near as damnit £100 a month for this.

    Obviously, using the @UswitchUK service I should shop for a better than the exorbitant @virginmedia broadband service with phone line that I pay for but never use, after 6 years, they are complacent, I'm unhappy, because the Direct Debits are going in above the rate of inflation.

    @virginmedia So, 3 days later the issues still aren't sorted. New equipment was offered. Then you wanted to send an engineer out in a tier 4 area and now I'm still waiting for someone to send new equipment. Beyond frustrating.

    @virginmedia I spoke to someone on Monday but didn’t reach a resolution. He suggested Virgin would send my original call transcripts within 28 days. He said I signed a 12month contract so can’t cancel without penalty. This is not the case. I’m currently stuck paying & can’t resolve!

    @virginmedia Complaint was about unreliable internet connection for over last 2 years. Also about virgin doing nothing last 2 years despite informing them over phone over last 2 years. No internet connection again this morning until now. Technician visit not until 29 December not acceptable
