    @virginmedia Thank you for your response. I have submitted a complaint, although I’ve no response to that either. Our internet is shocking and we’ve got a temp fix outside which needs to be made permanent from 4 wks ago. Paying a lot for nothing currently

    Truly appalling customer service from @virginmedia. Due an engineer visit today: he’s just rung to say your call centre raised the job incorrectly and he’s not coming as they don’t carry the stock any more. No apology, no lifeline, no empathy. Shocking.

    @harrisonmp They wrote to me about my complaint saying they’d been trying to contact me, they haven’t unless they’re still using the wrong mobile number which I’ve informed them about. We’ll ignore the fact that my landline is with them. I just wish someone @virginmedia would take ownership

    @nickleeland @virginmedia I asked to speak to someone that could help and got “my supervisor is on 14 day isolation”. Ok put him on the phone as I’m guessing he can work from home? Computer says no! Poor poor service!

    Nearly a week after signing up to a new contract with @virginmedia they’ve still not upgraded my speed to what we agreed to. Their Twitter support refuses to acknowledge the issue and my complaint hasn’t been picked up yet. I guess they don’t care once a contract is agreed.

    @virginmedia Thanks for your reply. Your @virginmedia text bot clearly stated your aim for a human to ring me back within 4 hours - it’s now over 120 hours. May I suggest you update your message, also can you confirm I’ll receive the promised phone call or should I cancel my subscription?

    Hi @virginmedia not had wifi for 2 days and no contact about a resolution. Planned fix time keeps being pushed back. It's costing me loads to hotspot my phone. P.s. before you say it, I shouldn't have to sign up to your app to get the very basics of what I'm already paying for.

    Virgin media are a disgrace, our contract ends soon. Their phone number is not working, just spent 3 hours on live chat & still didn't get a resolution! I then opened a complaint to tell them to end my contract which they closed down within 2 mins!! @virginmedia you are a joke
