    @virginmedia how many days without WiFi before I get real help it’s M11 MCR it’s been 3 days now .. only had it back for 3 weeks prior to that it was off everyday for hours for roughly a month it’s driving me INSANE because there’s NO REAL people to speak to gotta go work now!!

    @virginmedia @Kabatan7 Oh bollocks. You gave me the same "busier than normal" line in January. Hopelessly understaffed "customer service" for all of the last 10 years. That's why you didn't remotely challenge my case with @CISASUK, just paid compensation. 1/2

    @mouthwaite @EE Virgin In particular are absolutely awful I’ve been paying full whack for fast BB yet it’s off more than it’s on so infuriating especially when you’re attempting to work from home! Absolutely poor service all round from Virgin media

    @virginmedia Yeah …after some 20 years, even from NTL days, price just keeps creeping up….I’m going to try another provider after the latest price increase. I tried ringing in but was a long delay. I don’t have a landline. So wish there was an option to cancel online.
