@virginmedia within the last hour I've had three phone calls claiming to be from Virgin Media technical support saying there's a problem with our internet speed. Each time when I respond I will ring VM direct on 150 they hang up. I'm ex-directory have you been hacked?

@virginmedia upgraded us to their latest Hub, which they say is vastly technically improved . Not my experience at all in respect of failing to connect via WiFi to my devices. Support is difficult to obtain, very poor by them.

@virginmedia we have a loss of broadband in the M6 area. No notification but the automated service states it’s an update on the service. If you want to provide good customer service, prior warning would be good. I’m fed up of this. If I can’t work from home, I will lose pay!!!

Obviously, using the @UswitchUK service I should shop for a better than the exorbitant @virginmedia broadband service with phone line that I pay for but never use, after 6 years, they are complacent, I'm unhappy, because the Direct Debits are going in above the rate of inflation.

@vmbusiness I left virgin media. I was convinced the business team would offer better customer service. I was due to have broadband on 18th dec...still not got it. I waited in for the incredible delivery slot of 7am-9pm today for a router...guess what it’s not shown up. Awful
