@virginmedia also since my contract inception May I’ve had no 5G or 4G just 3G which is extremely slow when processing fast is needed. Extremely poor & I’m a long standing loyal customer of Virgin Media for over 20 years when it was called Cable Wireless (NTL)😡

@virginmedia your customer service is appalling! After more than 20mins, I finally spoke to someone who confirmed an engineer had been booked. When I checked via chat today I was told no appointment had been made and after a further 30mins offered an appointment a week later.

@virginmedia Having now wired the TV in via an ethernet powerline kit, the problem is definitely with the Internet, I'm afraid... as the Chromecast on the WiFi system in the same tv is cutting out periodically when the TV isn't. Do you do WiFi boosters or something similar?

@dj_damien @virginmedia I once had an advisor tell me that my services (that were going down for an hour or so once a day, every day for a week) must have had no issues because I was downloading tens of GB a day. @virginmedia Spoke to someone at Virgin on the phone at about 13.00. He confirmed again that there is an area 'outage'. I can expect to have wifi again from 10am on 8th! That would be 4 1/2 days without. And your web page still says no known broadband issue - you should correct that urgently

@virginmedia The service status for area 01 has been showing a fault for over a week! Can you please tell me when you expect this to be resolved. We still can’t watch on-demand and are resetting the box daily!!! Paying a premium for standard tv is not good 😠
