  @virginmedia No it’s not, and it has now transpired that your customer services agent told me a direct lie that there was a fault in my area when there is not. Someone else has now booked an engineer to come out - next Wednesday. I can’t even have my heating on as that’s controlled vía wifi

  @virginmedia The diabolical technology and dreadful customer service response continues. How helpful to be told it won’t be until June 12th until the issue is resolved. Easily the worst company I’ve ever dealt with and worst of all, no one seems to care. A case study in abysmal service.

  @virginmedia The first engineer cleared errors off the hub then requested the underground engineer to attend who then replaced the cable underground to the property. Our next door neighbour has also reported the same issue.

  @virginmedia why is your app so useless, can’t do anything with it as any actions takes you to chat. You’re forced to chat/call VM for everything. My contract is ending, so had to call VM, a torturous experience. After 30minutes on hold achieved basically nothing. It’s so poor
