    @virginmedia on hold with Virgin Mobile over 1 hour only to be cut off, no decency to even call me back? Spent over 4 hours in the week holding for Virgin Media to be cut off twice! Again no call backs? Appreciate waiting times are longer but this is appalling service. Fewming 🤬

    @virginmedia Thank you, but there is no point. I’ve spoken to 6 people who have all either lied or said they can’t help. Would be grateful to know why your company records calls but then refuses to listen to them though? Thanks

    @virginmedia I’ve got 3 separate issues! Nobody cares, I can’t use live chat coz that Isn’t working either! I’ve not had a stable connection for 24 hours, when it’s normally working I have to sit next to the router because the range is like 20 cm so I can’t use internet in any other room

    Oh @virginmedia yesterday I upgraded my broadband speed for the kids & I to WFH effectively (double what it was) & sure enuff it’s now not working at all 😡 & been on hold 20 mins plus to a special tech line you bundled in for me ... kids next lesson in 10 mins!

    @virginmedia Thought it was tough to connect to someone on phone (57 mins wait) and another 36 mins convincing your helpdesk colleague that there is a problem - they sent someone within 12 hours to check and that talented technician found and fixed the issue in 20 mins.. all sorted !! 👍🏻👍🏻

    @virginmedia Please could you provide an update as to why there’s no internet in the Wilmslow area again? I rely greatly on broadband to carry out my job, it’s unacceptable for this to happen without warning, time and time again, with no idea of when the service will resume.

    @virginmedia as a loyal customer for years I diligently upgraded broadband to improve it throughout my home. In a small home there are black spots that I am told I need to pay extra for to get boosters. So I need to pay even more to get your service to work? Hmmm...? CICAS @Ofcom

    @RabnawazA @virginmedia Yes my partners zoom meetings crash even though we got a 300 Mb line the Wi-Fi signal is not that great and we got boosters what we tend to do is use mobile data for the rest of us but we are in the fortunate situation that we can

    @virginmedia are honestly useless! Rang with the same issue I think 12 times each time they tell me there isn’t an issue, like I’ve got time to ring and tell them issues that aren’t there! I’m tempted to just cancel my direct debit and go to sky

    @virginmedia was put on a contract price which expires on Feb 2022 I was also advised as I was a VERY long term customer this would be fixed without ANY increase. Had letter, Called CS and advised definitely WOULD NOT go up. Today Bill comes and YES price is UP! 30+ years Gone.

    If you're reading this and you are with @virginmedia I am here to tell you that virgin media are going to upgrade their docsis to 3.1. Soon by the end of the year so bandwidth will increase by a lot as help with the current overstretched system.
