    @virginmedia going from bad to worse, trouble with new Hub 4, now tried for two days to get engineer to attend and sort out the faulty phone line for an elderly. & vulnerable relative, appallingly bad customer service, all they do is blame Covid. They are a complete disgrace!

    @virginmedia Is there any reason that anytime I try to amend my package online I always get the "Oops something went wrong" page? Always encouraged to go online to resolve issues but end up stuck having to queue on the phone anyway!
