  • Sam_Cook_1986 Samuel Cook (@Sam_Cook_1986) reported from Warrington, England

@virginmedia disappointed to say the least. Customer for 5 years, out of contract, bill is £120 a month, Phone up to renew and negotiate, no offers. Despite Amazon being a new competitor for sports and the mobile experience being infinitely better with them. Package cancelled.

  • VonnyKingston VonVon (@VonnyKingston) reported from Manchester, England

Really dissapointed with virgin media 'service'. Taking over £500 in one month from our dad who has dementia. Thought we had sorted it out yesterday then today they once again cutt off his TV lifeline so now he can't watch TV. Going to set him up with SKY TV

  • WolstenhulmeIan Ian Wolstenhulme (@WolstenhulmeIan) reported from Saddleworth, England

  • toewad1 toewad1 (@toewad1) reported from Salford, England

@virginmedia The speed isn't the problem, the speed is brilliant, but the router for gaming is pathetic it's like having a Ferrari firing on two, the hub3 is firing on two it is crap.

  • DagsJT Darren Thomas (@DagsJT) reported from Warrington, England

@virginmedia Nope. I have username already selected to my email address, password filled in on both fields, security question drop down selected and answer given in the field, and date of birth drop downs all selected. There’s nothing else I can select or that hadn’t been filled in now.

  • nathanrigby__96 Nath (@nathanrigby__96) reported from Tyldesley, England

@virginmedia Internet went off last night in the area and it said it would be sorted for 10:30am this morning now the status has changed but still no ones internet is working, rebooting doesn’t help

  • DagsJT Darren Thomas (@DagsJT) reported from Warrington, England

@virginmedia Adding a character and then removing that character worked. By pasting the password in, it wasn’t accepting the password regardless. It needed a character to be manually added. I’ve never seen that before on any password fields on any other site, seems like an API issue maybe.

  • toewad1 toewad1 (@toewad1) reported from Salford, England

@virginmedia You really are crap aren't you, your equipment the hub3 noticed you dropped super part of it, 3 months left on this rippoff contract then you can stick it right up your greedy arse 🖕🖕🖕what a pile of shite!!!

  • blast_tundra Blast Tundra (@blast_tundra) reported from Cheadle Hulme, England

@SonosSupport Built a guest network for my Ring system but the Sonos is on the main network with all of the phones, laptops etc. Nothing has changed in terms of security etc - I'm not convinced that my Virgin Media equipment is not at fault, but literally everything else in the house is fine!

  • RedElectro Red Electro (@RedElectro) reported from Warrington, England

Well, @richardbranson @virginmedia - been a customer since the Telewest days, but the broadband service is almost unusable now. I don’t know what’s going wrong, but you’re going to start losing customers rapidly, if you don’t get this sorted.

  • DazFS DarrenFS 🏳️‍🌈 (@DazFS) reported from Salford, England

@virginmedia Hi. I tried rebooting the router but without any luck. It’s the only device I’m having an issue with. It should connect when I press the WPS button on the router but it’s not connecting and timing out.

  • toewad1 toewad1 (@toewad1) reported from Salford, England

@virginmedia What a crap company, offering 500mbps the giving you a £1.00 router what a cheapskate company star clear!

  • Andy_P_Taylor Andrew Taylor (@Andy_P_Taylor) reported from Salford, England

  • toewad1 toewad1 (@toewad1) reported from Salford, England

@virginmedia I have not lost any service, the service you give is garbage, the router is the biggest pile of cheap shite going, the chipset is what the problem is wow 500 mbps what is the point if you supply a £1.00 cheap badly made piece of shite router with a faulty chipset, 👹👹👹

  • ConradBetton Conrad Betton (@ConradBetton) reported from Sale, England

@virginmedia promised a call back from tech support “within 30 minutes” at 11.30am today. Still waiting... your customer service really is embarrassing time and time again. Same fault, different day. @sky a million miles ahead.
