@virginmedia Nope - I’ve reset, moved the modem, moved the consoles, rang your customer service team - who quite frankly, didnt want to know and advised we bought a booster, for the router thats in the SAME ROOM AS OUR CONSOLES. Furious.

@virginmedia Believe me - we’ve spent £30 ethernet cables and it didnt work. We have a engineer coming out on monday so been told to mention it the mess thats been made on the wall. Could it be a problem with the new locator?

@virginmedia Thanks for the reply, My Wi-Fi is constantly cutting out and lagging. I do the test so I can get an engineer out, says to come back in 24 hours to see if the problems fixed. It’s then okay for some hours maybe a day and goes back to being unbearably terrible.
