  @Benleo @virginmedia Some are great some are not. I had an issue told them what I thought it was as it happened before. One guy said its not that, came three times, changed modems, cables connectors etc. I told them don't send him , they sent a new guy listened to what I said, fixed what I said.

  @Benleo @virginmedia Try @NatWindscreens they would give Virgin a run for their money. Tried calling 5 times - different person each time- 5 calls today, 3 emails and voice mail. They have taken my money, realised that window screen needs calibration and offered date in TWO weeks. 3rd world service
