@virginmedia have you thought about letting people know beforehand that broadband will be down for 7 hours when some of us do our sales online at this time but are unable to do so!!!! Why do we have to ring you first??? Been with you 12 years but seriously thinking about moving.

@virginmedia why is it impossible to record remotely to TiVo 360 when always on standby. Message states will schedule recording when box wakes up. How will it wake up if you are not there to switch it on? Never used to be a problem with the old software. Wish I had never swapped!
