    @virginmedia That link is no help at all, as it says no issues. I've just rung VM for the 7th time today and the automated message says there is an issue for my postcode and they are dealing with it. The same message as yesterday and the day before!

    @virginmedia Been on the phone for 50 minutes now and keep getting passed back and forth to different departments then she cut me off again. I am not getting the service I pay for. Fix this now or I’m leaving. I also want to complain about your appalling customer service

    @virginmedia Oh an engineer eventually came out and fixed it. Make matters worse you've put the price up from £38 to £50.50. The £5 Doesn't even cover that. We were told we'd get a full months refund now anyone we ring denies they even have it on record that we had an issue.

    @virginmedia I am having recurring issues again sending emails through your outgoing mail server. This happened a few weeks ago I was informed it was all sorted. Why am I paying for an atrocious non existent service. Appalling.

    @virginmedia Thankyou but I will wait for an outcome through resolver. I've spoken to your customer care team numerous times and faced with incompetence each time and tried the chat and had no response.

    @virginmedia Did it on 10/10...nothing showed, called again 17/10 and yes it finally showed online but till this date it still isnt actioned as no new bill has been generated either. Told not to pay and now arrears and bad mark on cred file.

    @virginmedia been having issues with signal on my virgin mobile phone all week, read that it was suposed to have been resolved yesterday but still having intermittent issues this morning. No wonder I am rolling over 10GB of data when I don't get an opportunity to use it 😡

    @virginmedia Nothing really. Usually it my phone or my wife’s phone but never your equipment. The same issue happened a few weeks ago and we were told it was a local fault and they were fixing it. Which it did get fixed but yet again it’s not working now.

    @virginmedia I finally spoke to someone and the issue may not be resolved fully until the 18th apparently. Not sure why I received a text to say the matter was resolved then!

    @virginmedia Just received a text message to say the issue is fixed, I can assure you the issue is not fixed the app still says its down. 5 minutes later new text message to say it'll now be tomorrow at 11:15 before fix. MAKE UP YOUR MIND VIRGIN MEDIA
