    @virginmedia FIX YOUR INTERNET. I have never had this many issues with any other internet provider. The internet is fast... but my god does it drop at the slightest nudge.

    @virginmedia @TheAmos123 Hi, please help, I have to give today my 30 days notice and have no other way to do it that speaking to someone but no one is answering! I am a key worker for NHS, your website says you are prioritising is but does not feel like it 😢

    @virginmedia Somewhat stable. However, today is a clear day. It is whenever there is the slightest breeze or a slight change in weather. I have never had such an inconsistent connection.

    @virginmedia But I need to give my notice within today? How is it possible if you give people no other way to cancel it?! Every other company let’s you do it by clicking an option on the portal. I am an NHS key worker and feel like you are taking advantage of people money time! Let me cancel!

    @virginmedia So, this mistake has been resolved very quickly by someone via virgin app this morning. Credit where credit is due. They apologised, applied a rolling credit to the account to cover the monthly cost, and refunded the postage and installation charges. Let's hope this fix works

    Never rant on socials but when a company calls you a day before, confirming they’re coming out to install broadband after 6 weeks, and on the day you get a text from CS to state it’s been cancelled due to lack of communication... @virginmedia pissed off is an understatement 🤯

    @virginmedia hi, desperately trying to get through to someone to give my 30 day notice of end of broadband and not continue at the end of my 1 year contract. Been for hours trying to get through to the phone, unable to do via portal or otherwise. Please help

    @virginmedia @Nicebikeman1 Hi @virginmedia how can we speak to them if they are not answering! Feels like you do it on purpose so you can charge people for claiming they have the notice after 30 days, when you just not allowed them to cancel if no one answer and there is no other way!

    @DaveRumbold @virginmedia Thank you Dave, how did you manage to get through to them? Feels impossible! I am at work and keep on taking breaks to see if they get back to me, but the days tree n is absolutely broken. Should be able to terminate from the online portal!

    @virginmedia No, they discussed £143, which they knew we couldn't afford. After which, they dropped the same package to £140. We then asked to cancel, were transferred to someone who built what we asked for at £93. Then we were transferred again to be told it didn't exist (1/2)

    @virginmedia It's sorted now, I kept calling for about 30 mins to finally get a message advising that it was a problem in the area. Just a really frustrating experience calling not being able to speak to anyone and to only receive a dead link. Mobile hotspot for most of the afternoon!

    @virginmedia been on the phone over an hour,4th time to try and resolve why you're charging us £25/month JUST FOR A SIM CARD on top of our bill, as part of a new deal where the SIM WAS FREE as part of the deal. Appalled at your service, knew should have gone to another provider!

    @virginmedia It was the 29/12/21, I asked to cancel and revert back to my original plan and was told that it was not possible to do that as the offer I was on is no longer available. I spoke to 2 call handlers and feel shrugged off and out of pocket. Really not what I expected from virgin.

    @virginmedia So now we're getting different problems. My mum managed to speak to someone and they've told her it's an area problem? With that being said, nothing is still being done. Working from home is impossible with Virgin Media and your team doesn't seem to care.

    Trying to speak to someone at @virginmedia customer relations is like trying to speak to the Queen! Impossible! And even if you do get through nothing makes sense! I wanted to upgrade my contract but will be cancelling now! @BBCWatchdog

    @virginmedia Several things as part of upgrade. Only thing left is mobile package which someone from customer service told me was sorted.
