@virginmedia having issues again in our area. I have unplugged and reset our broad band box but still having issues. Signal dropping out and low speeds. We are paying a premium for the fastest speeds yet we get mediocre speeds and poor Wifi. Can you check asap please.

@virginmedia The router is also reverting to default settings every time I reboot it which sounds like a fault to me. Can I request a new and very latest direct replacement (I have SH 3 which had this annoying chipset issue so if there is something with a broadcomm chipset that would be best)

@virginmedia Absolutely shocking customer service today. I have been trying to talk to someone for the past hour, on hold for 30+mins. I was willing to renew but l am going to leave and go with Sky. Just lost yourself a customer today.

@virginmedia Nothing works, I've disconnected the power on both, held down reset on the hub and nothing changes. Stuck on the start up screen with a blue solid light and a flashing red on the tv and a green flashing light on the hub. Seriously why not just have turn it off like every1 else😡

@virginmedia I appreciate the first line of support have a standard checklist they need to run through but when the customer has tried all of those things already and is able to very technically articulate the issue, just being told to try again isn't helpful. Not your problem, I appreciate.

@virginmedia Don’t use people I was going to be a new customer changed my delivery date as was on holiday told me it’s changed I checked with online chat all good Never turns Up Customer serves were rude its not our fault it’s yours!!!!!!!

@KaysGramma @LordSnow @Bjorkian15 @EW Think it would be much higher if it was available on more platforms, in the UK it's only available on sky, so the large customer base on virgin media would not be able to watch until available to stream.

Why did I move to Virgin media! The customer service has been rubbish.They forgot to contact my old provider, to move my number, which means I've lost my landline number now and been paying both bills.They offered free boosters, then said I'd need to pay!! @virginmedia shocking!

@virginmedia He replaced the (new) router and said his test indicated that may be the problem, but no, nothing else. It's *always* at peak time, just sporadic dropouts requiring reset. Never had this with the previous old router or package.
