@virginmedia majority of my channels stopped working, picture and sound very distorted about an hour ago, tried rebooting etc still not working. Tried ringing but your too busy and call cuts off 😡

You make mistakes in life. Going back to @virginmedia is one of my biggest. Internet is awful, can’t sign into the media service and the customer service is nonexistent. I advise you do not do it!!!

@virginmedia I’ve had an intermittent problem with my broadband - I have to regularly reboot my ageing router. Several weeks ago I actually managed to speak to someone in technical support. They agreed my router was old & the cause of the problem & said a new one would be sent.
