    You make mistakes in life. Going back to @virginmedia is one of my biggest. Internet is awful, can’t sign into the media service and the customer service is nonexistent. I advise you do not do it!!!

    @virginmedia majority of my channels stopped working, picture and sound very distorted about an hour ago, tried rebooting etc still not working. Tried ringing but your too busy and call cuts off 😡

    @virginmedia There are no faults in my area. The issue is likely to be with the router as the 2.4ghz works consistently on other devices.

    @virginmedia In a follow up call to further resolve the issue and complain about the lack of help from the engineer I was fobbed off and sent emails informing me of where to locate my router in the house despite it clearly not being a WIFI issue.

    @virginmedia I may have worked out where the issue is. When trying to get to a new cloud providers portal, the whole internet connection drops. I'm now routing this traffic via my work VPN and see how it goes.

    @virginmedia Upgrade works in the area that started in February and due to finish in October apparently, I've had no issues since last week, It's constantly dropping out which isn't helping when i'm working from home. An engineer visited last week and supplied a new hub which hasn't.....

    @virginmedia I want to discuss my account with a person and not by a series of messages. I’ve been trying since May and I just can get through now I am getting Mail to say there are issues with my account and should pay the amount concerned but I am not prepared to do that
