    @virginmedia My direct debit failed I wasn’t sent a letter just got cut off I was then threatened to pay 3 months in advance new customers don’t even do that I put in a complaint no one called me back this was last week

    @jules0455 @virginmedia We had no landline for 5 weeks,6 days..We just were told there was a problem at the exchange..But it seemed it was just our property..In the end Hubby told TalkTalk just what they could do,& it was resolved in 3 days...Very frustrating..Try to stay calm..💕x

    @virginmedia learnt from customer services (Name ARN) virgin Sim only is ending customers have 2 move elsewhere&VM have threatened that use up all the money deposited as it will not be refunded WHY IS THIS FAIR that you keep the money WHY NOT REFUND IT?? SHAME
