    @virginmedia No, only that it was a "problem in the system". Each time I ask for a written explanation or any of the promises in an email been told that the system doesn't allow them to do so. Sounds to me like you have the perfect system with no accountability.

    @virginmedia Then why bother replying as you can't help! It may look good on @Twitter but it feels horrible I can assure you of that. I am on the call right now, just jumping from one team to another - moving home - Sales - installation. This is a rocket science which I am not understanding!
