    @jules0455 @virginmedia We had no landline for 5 weeks,6 days..We just were told there was a problem at the exchange..But it seemed it was just our property..In the end Hubby told TalkTalk just what they could do,& it was resolved in 3 days...Very frustrating..Try to stay calm..💕x

    @virginmedia My direct debit failed I wasn’t sent a letter just got cut off I was then threatened to pay 3 months in advance new customers don’t even do that I put in a complaint no one called me back this was last week

Virgin will send a letter 2months backdated in 4 months wanting a response to allegation , minewhile oftcom close it as out of time .. literally virgin cost me a fortune damaging drive / lost work - promised refund never did

    @virginmedia Everything is connected wireless. Signal is poor throughout house apart from same room as router. Constantly dropping connection too. Tech support just said I should connect more than 5 devices and to wait a week or so to see if it improves!! Not practical solution!

    @virginmedia Will I have to manually reconnect everything again as that been a major problem too as many devices just wouldn’t connect to the router. (Either took many attempts or I’ve given up!)
