    @bingosbadingos @virginmedia @Ofcom They will play the game mate - you report them. Virgin will send a letter 2months backdated in 4 months wanting a response to allegation , minewhile oftcom close it as out of time .. literally virgin cost me a fortune damaging drive / lost work - promised refund never did

    @virginmedia This tells me there is no error. Our internet works when plugged in but no wifi whatsoever! Need this sorted ASAP because clearly the service isnt 'good'.

    @virginmedia I've been a customer with you for 21 years and your customer service is not great, I'm paying through the roof for my package, the wifi is crap sometimes, your team has offered to take my bill down £20, but when I mentioned about replacing my hub, that will cost £35

    @virginmedia my father in law has late stage dementia and doesn't recognise family, nor speak most of the time, his house is being sold to pay for care, how can we cancel his Virgin package he no longer lives in the house..... password unknown!

    @virginmedia My direct debit failed I wasn’t sent a letter just got cut off I was then threatened to pay 3 months in advance new customers don’t even do that I put in a complaint no one called me back this was last week

    @jules0455 @virginmedia We had no landline for 5 weeks,6 days..We just were told there was a problem at the exchange..But it seemed it was just our property..In the end Hubby told TalkTalk just what they could do,& it was resolved in 3 days...Very frustrating..Try to stay calm..💕x

    @virginmedia Hi, firstly Thankyou. I’ve been pushed from on call to another. I am in a contract with BT. To get out of that will cost me £279. I asked the guy I spoke with yesterday if Virgin could help with that. He replied yes. But that I would have to set up tbe account first.

    @virginmedia Funny enough I’ve been on WhatsApp since about 1945 yesterday, trying to find out when my contract ends but at 2000 the chat ended with the promise of it resuming at 0800 and I’m still waiting. Your customer service is appalling.

    @TalkTalk No worries Andy. Just enjoying bashing @virginmedia a bit for their exorbitant pricing, local monopoly and terrible wifi. Keeps me young. Do you have an app @TalkTalk? Virgin do. It just pretends to load for 6 hours. Brilliant distraction from the money you're paying for fibre...
