    @virginmedia Terrible service from you these last two weeks! I have spent more than 4hrs on the phone to Asian based O2, and Virgin call centres who never help or process things. Also Capita in South Africa… Why do you use foreign call centres if they cannot do the job!!

    @virginmedia Hi VM, I ordered a replacement remote control for my TIVO box. Just realised that was a couple of months ago but it never came. When trying online again it says as I’ve had one within six months I can’t order another. Please check that the first was ever sent, thanks

    @virginmedia what’s the point of asking me to text when I’m ready to set up the new hub if your going to deactivate the old one before I’m ready!! Good job I have unlimited data on my mobile network!!

    @virginmedia Actually that’s wrong, I received an email to advise that the complaint had been resolved and had to respond saying it hasn’t. What hope is there when you can’t even get a complaint right?

    @virginmedia so after weeks of unbelievably poor broadband and customer service there was an offer from you to resolve the situation with a web chat at 11am, with a link being provided here. No link. I’m lost for words

    @virginmedia I’ve already raised a complaint. I spoke to someone in the Stage 2 complaints team who told me it’s being dealt with and, as already mentioned, a manager would call me back at 4.30 which didn’t happen. Can someone please sort this out?

    @virginmedia hi nope just saying unavailable at this time which is no help! working all week so now have to plan to work from home incase the update is its coming tomorrow!!! was all going good just yodel a nightmare! when there updated at 21.15 last night it said 15.00! so lied there!

    @virginmedia I’ve spent over 2 hours on the phone and I lost count of people I’ve spoken to when I got to 12. That’s just today and this has gone on for weeks. Pretty sure you would’ve lost me as a very longstanding customer by the time 28 days is up.

    @virginmedia You’ve now sent me the same unhelpful link about compensation 3 times. This will only compensate me if I have no service, and as I have a service (albeit 3mbps) this, as I’ve repeated several times, doesn’t help me. Another example of poor customer service

    @Mattallwright 2 years on since I have been having trouble with Virgin Media (fingers crossed) they may have now get an uninterrupted supply after charging me late payments more than double my Media prices whilst as a Vulnerable Person they were awful

    @virginmedia hello Merry Christmas. If any one is there today so you know 8f the e mails are down as from early this morning it keeps asking me to put in mu password and then not recognising it but won't let me re set either and I can't send or receive any e mails :(

    @virginmedia I spent over an hour on the phone yesterday trying to get through to a customer service rep only to get cut off. Still waiting to hear on WhatsApp and been on hold this afternoon 45 mins and still holding???? Whats going on??

    @virginmedia @YodelOnline again day 3 of waiting for package spoke on webchat kept getting told its coming today + check tracking but tracking saying was delivered yesterday! another day wasted and taken off work yodel please help! I just need to know its coming today and a time

    @virginmedia You now take the top spot for worst service from @EE . 89,000 reports of issues in a day on DD, yet your website says no issue. No one to speak to. Get ***** and tell your customers the truth 'apologies, we're giving you 10% of what we promised. We will resolve.'

    @virginmedia Thanks for nothing, I went through your webchat services again and no help, requested a manager, waited 3 hours and no one showed... again shocking service from @virginmedia . Is this a service at all. My complaint is going to go to @Ofcom.

    @virginmedia really poor service - already waited 3 weeks for installation after moving house to be told that you can’t install tomorrow and we have to wait until 25/01/21! Working from home with two kids - No broadband & no TV!

    Serious question @virginmedia and let's see if you will be honest here? All services still down in Burgess Hill - app says until 10 o clock tomorrow now. Will you still work to get it fixed tonight or overnight or just leave it until tomorrow now??
