    @virginmedia we done that, all connections are in to the box, your company network thinks that we are connected via router this not so, but has a cable run into the house.

    @virginmedia Ok so I need to arrange another visit I won’t be contacted? Can you see how bad this looks? Now I’ll be in London I need to arrange someone to be there to let an engineer in unless there is a smaller window

    @simon_perreira @virginmedia Go with @NOWTV bruv.. never had a major problem with their service and you get a few tv channels thrown in as well.. when ever there has been a outside problem it been sorted in days.. oh and it def be 💯 cheaper than @virginmedia #Cowboys

    @MartinSLewis Virgin Media wifi been unstable since June 2020. Virgin Media never resolved the problem caused me to lose hundreds of £'s. Made me lose my PIP. Virgin made me pay double because they kept charging me twice most months. They've made me lose half my PC Guarantee

    @virginmedia I’ve spent over 2 hours on the phone and I lost count of people I’ve spoken to when I got to 12. That’s just today and this has gone on for weeks. Pretty sure you would’ve lost me as a very longstanding customer by the time 28 days is up.

    @virginmedia A number of times. But let’s be honest, they’re nothing but messengers. There is no escalation, and they can’t even call the construction company to escalate issues. As someone who has worked within many projects teams, and mapped business processes, yours is simply shocking

    @virginmedia still no connectivity at all for me in SS0. Running a successful ISP should also surely include upda ting customers when issues arrise. Internet connectivity in this day and age is a utility, not a nice to have. #virginmediadown

    @virginmedia you are an absolute shambles and that’s me being polite .... countless amounts of calls, hours on end of holding on the line and trying to resolve a very simple issue and it is STILL not resolved ..I am beyond frustrated now and will never ever use you again

    @virginmedia Billing system apparently down but you've took a double payment from my bank card. If its reflected on my account fine, but customer service can't help as theyve got issues and online shows "Something went wrong"

    @virginmedia WTF is up with your service lately in PA1? I've logged 309 disconnections in the past week (101 of those in the past day - 439 in month). All I get from your service status page is "Intermittent signal in your area". Is it the weather? Do I need a new hub?

    Looks like Virgin Media/O2 have had a security breach or someone from within the company is selling customer information Just had several attempts to access my O2 account (using address that has only been used/given to O2) & a load of SPAM to same address Roll on November⏳

    @virginmedia so after 3 days a week or so back without broadband, landline or TV, and no sign of compensation and only the most glib apology, our service is off again today and will be off all day according to their status checker. Not good enough. Time to go.
