    @virginmedia our wifi drips out anything between 4 and 8 times a day. The app always says there are no issues. Getting pretty sick of it now. Looks like going back to @SkyUK is the only way.

    @virginmedia That was the very first response I received though.. why respond to tell me they are going on a lunch break.. I’d rather have just waited for someone to come and actually help which someone did - John Dominic was the only helpful person I’ve spoke to and he was great.

    @virginmedia @ThatBoyFergie Mine is flashing too, from about 11:30pm yesterday. Status page wasnt updated until after 2am (when I went to sleep). Now it's saying ETA 10am tomorrow. That's nearly 36 hours to fix something I'm paying £100 a month for. (phone, TV, Internet). Oh and NetFlix, prime video subs

    @virginmedia I’ve contacted VM they’ve done this already but no luck, if I be honest we might just cancel our contract because there’s issues with both the broadband and landline
