    Virgin media - your automated service has a flaw, it just repeats the same message, ‘ no faults found’, when there is a fault, like my internet is giving 2Mb download right now

    @virginmedia So only total loss of service allows me compensation,just 7 days of really awful service including customer services, when asked about compensation and I query the criteria,throw a ‘sorry I can’t hear you’... Now that’s really awful customer service 😡

    Absolutely shocking customer service from @virginmedia not only have I been miss sold and Mislead but I have to pay the extortionate bill whilst I wait 28 days for a copy of the call to prove what I was sold. If you are thinking of moving over to them, don’t!

    @virginmedia It's back on but I think I'm entitled to ask "for how long"? I've noticed that no one at Virgin has dealt with my complaint about the frequent loss of internet. This has gone on too long.
