    @virginmedia This has been ongoing for over a month now. Pixelated on BBC2, E4, Channel 5 etc. I’m entirely feed up with this awful service and this month my bill has increased again.

    @virginmedia My approach is simply to contact my service provider who I pay a lot of money to and ask them to sort it. That hasn’t worked.

    @virginmedia No communication from you & no updates.This was one of the worst possible times of year for sports fans for this to happen. This is happening regularly since KIER group took over. I’ve had to make nothing but complaints the last 12 months. Appalling standards/service

    @virginmedia. Broadband service is unstable and has been for months and I am expected to pay for a service that does not work. customer support is terrible. I can not make a complaint until an issue is resolved which means never as far as I can see.

    Very disappointed @virginmedia. The customer service is shockingly bad. They could not help me with a query and even have the ***** to say equipment has to be returned or I will be charged 4 it. This despite customer service agent saying it is mine B4!!
