Any @virginmedia customers out there who’ve been landed a price increase - just ring them on 03454541111 and the automated service immediately offers you a £4.50 pm discount for 6 months = £27 of savings. Bit of a weird way of doing business but obvs hope many just suck it up. 👍

@virginmedia do you disable your chat service popup when it gets too busy for you? I spent ages trying to figure out where that had gone. finally got it up just to be told I can't use it. What a waste of time!
