Any @virginmedia customers out there who’ve been landed a price increase - just ring them on 03454541111 and the automated service immediately offers you a £4.50 pm discount for 6 months = £27 of savings. Bit of a weird way of doing business but obvs hope many just suck it up. 👍

@virginmedia no it is not. I wfh and deliberately picked virgin as it offered the best coverage and assured me that i would have fibre by July 1st. I called customer service and it wasn't clear if i would have fibre in 2 days, 2 weeks or 2 months. JOKE!

@virginmedia No it just says coming on the 7th by yodel click on the link. When I do nothing comes up. Please don’t say phone. I was on phone yesterday for over 3 hours as the agent cancelled my v6 boxes movies and sport. Took the other agent well over hour to fix the mess.

@virginmedia Okay that’s fine, but like with the Hub 3 the antenna’s are known for being absolutely dreadful so a lot of the time the connection over wifi would drop off or be non existent, is this still an issue with the Hub 4 and 5?
