@jules0455 @virginmedia We had no landline for 5 weeks,6 days..We just were told there was a problem at the exchange..But it seemed it was just our property..In the end Hubby told TalkTalk just what they could do,& it was resolved in 3 days...Very frustrating..Try to stay calm..💕x

@virginmedia We are always having issues. The service always goes down each month. But this is the first time we’ve been down for this long and now got to wait 3 days for an engineer. Bill goes up and we don’t get a great service! No one seems to want to do anything about it!
