    @virginmedia why is it when you request cancellation of service via phone and getting cut off mid call , then sending and email and also trying to chase via web chat which I also sent my request for cancellation and then move out two months later . They keep the account open 🤬

    @virginmedia Oh deary me! You've gon an done it now! I've monitored my broadband speeds for a while now! I paid for 1gg connection on my last contract and I never received speeds anywhere near that! When I cancelled I was informed that the hub4 couldn't delivery those speeds!

    @virginmedia @o2 I am away from Virgin. When my o2 phone contract comes to an end in November 2023. I will say farewell and get away from o2. Never should you both sleep in same bed together. Shame. Bad business and bad customer experience for my needs. You are both expensive.

    So I have a forensic electronic engineer coming to check everything in the morning and my barrister is arranging a date for the high court hearing and they are still charging me for a non existent TV service and no one from virgin media has phoned me.
