You make mistakes in life. Going back to @virginmedia is one of my biggest. Internet is awful, can’t sign into the media service and the customer service is nonexistent. I advise you do not do it!!!

@virginmedia Yes, a few times now. One said there wasn't any issues. 2nd one said outage in area, it should be sorted by 21st at 3pm. I cannot believe the issue cannot be sorted and its over 24 hrs later
