@jules0455 @virginmedia We had no landline for 5 weeks,6 days..We just were told there was a problem at the exchange..But it seemed it was just our property..In the end Hubby told TalkTalk just what they could do,& it was resolved in 3 days...Very frustrating..Try to stay calm..💕x

@virginmedia My direct debit failed I wasn’t sent a letter just got cut off I was then threatened to pay 3 months in advance new customers don’t even do that I put in a complaint no one called me back this was last week

Virgin will send a letter 2months backdated in 4 months wanting a response to allegation , minewhile oftcom close it as out of time .. literally virgin cost me a fortune damaging drive / lost work - promised refund never did

@vixfaz_ @HPSupport Try Virgin Media when trying to cancel a contact/speak to retentions. I started by web portal, was advised to call, which resulted in being moved a text chain and then eventually to whatsapp all in the space of 90 minutes.

@virginmedia 4 days of terrible broadband and tv in the whole area, and you want me to pay 100% of my bill. Come April when you want to boost your bills will be my way out.
