    @virginmedia I have spoken to your CS team about raising a complaint and have been told that the complaints procedure is for existing customers. As I am yet to go live, I am not considered a customer and therefore have no where to go.

    @virginmedia any reason why you still haven’t fixed our phone lines? Been down for 3 months now so I’ll be expecting a reimbursement. Also expect a reimbursement due to the fact your failing to supply the minimum download speed

    @virginmedia right I’ve just about had enough of virgin customer services. Cancelled service on 10 December. Today find out account is live after logging in. On hold four times for over 45 minutes. Latest on hold for 1hr 19 minutes. Call gets answered then cut off! What the hell

    @virginmedia A thousand times. On a chat all day yesterday and was promised someone would call me, no one did. To say this is the worst customer experience I have ever had would be an understatement.

    @virginmedia I’ve spent over 2 hours on the phone and I lost count of people I’ve spoken to when I got to 12. That’s just today and this has gone on for weeks. Pretty sure you would’ve lost me as a very longstanding customer by the time 28 days is up.

    Any @virginmedia customers out there who’ve been landed a price increase - just ring them on 03454541111 and the automated service immediately offers you a £4.50 pm discount for 6 months = £27 of savings. Bit of a weird way of doing business but obvs hope many just suck it up. 👍

    @virginmedia You’ve now sent me the same unhelpful link about compensation 3 times. This will only compensate me if I have no service, and as I have a service (albeit 3mbps) this, as I’ve repeated several times, doesn’t help me. Another example of poor customer service

    @Shayan86 @virginmedia It’s a disgrace - my husband works in tv too. You 100% cannot rely on VM. I am definitely changing. My bill started off at £35 and is now £45 as we had to buy boosters. Worst service ever. Skybroadband non-fibre was better than this.

    @virginmedia I am a new customer. Today I received home start kit. I have plugged in the router and it isn't connecting to the internet. I received a text message, saying 'due to a technical fault we can't activate your kit, contact us on live chat'.... can’t get through on chat.

    @virginmedia For fours hours I've been holding for customer service and listening to the same piece of dire muzak over and over again. Across SM I see nothing but complaints about customer service & a failure to respond. This surely isn't good enough.
