    @virginmedia your internet has been rubbish recently with varying speeds as low as 5mb 1 minute then 95mb the next! Now it’s gone down completely! On top of not being able to speak with anyone I don’t feel that your service is worth it! #rubbishservice

    @virginmedia This seems to be the standard message coming from Virgin Media. “Computer says no”. If you can’t see the issue with this then you (Virgin Media) are the problem. I’m inclined to contact the ombudsman as you have sold me a service which you blatantly cannot provide or install.

    @virginmedia time now 11:14pm and certain channels still aren’t working, things said they have recorded when they haven’t, search function also still not working code c133. I think a refund is due to a lot of customers 👎🏻👎🏻#virginmediadown

    @virginmedia @nickgooner80 I wanna know why my broadband has been all day! I do not want to be paying for a service I cannot use!!!!!! 🤬🤬 I have a bored 6 year old. SORT IT OUT!!! And I can’t check my service status as I can’t access the internet even on my 4G or the virgin media app.

    @virginmedia hello Merry Christmas. If any one is there today so you know 8f the e mails are down as from early this morning it keeps asking me to put in mu password and then not recognising it but won't let me re set either and I can't send or receive any e mails :(

    @MartinSLewis Virgin Media wifi been unstable since June 2020. Virgin Media never resolved the problem caused me to lose hundreds of £'s. Made me lose my PIP. Virgin made me pay double because they kept charging me twice most months. They've made me lose half my PC Guarantee

    @virginmedia 1. Router just loses network every few hours. So I come back from work and have to turn the router off and on. What an upgrade!!!! 2. Reconnecting takes 5 minutes which in itself is a nightmare stealing my joy. This was not the exciting upgrade Inexpected

    @virginmedia Service desk closed for the evening, so logging this here. Broadband and television down in B24 8RB. TV shows a code CS2004. WiFi hub flashing red and TV box flashing a symbol with two arrows. Have rebooted WiFi, but this has made no difference.

    My Internet has been intermittent over the last 3 weeks. @virginmedia engineer was supposed to come out today but never turned up. Turns out he signed the job off as completed even tho he didn't turn up. Internet still going off and on.

    We now have a @virginmedia engineer booked but not until Tuesday, cue loss of earnings, money spent on extra data and petrol to go to my parents to try and use internet. Issue was definitely local area but now been told need engineer. 5 days after first went off.
