@virginmedia If you look at the posts thoroughly you will see the problem. I recorded the calls to Virgin Media. They couldn’t give a solution. I emailed Virgin Media complaints, they couldn’t give a solution. So now I’m trying social media. Meanwhile debt increases and I’m disconnected.👍

Never go with @virginmedia they are unreliable in every single way. 5 years+ of misery. After 3 days without stable service they took £10 off my bill.. the end of my tether has been reached. Virgin hubs are broken and no fix. @EE here we come. Next Thursday. Better Internet.

@virginmedia I thought Sky were bad customer service and care VMare 100x worse. Wasted 2 days constantly back forth trying communicate with incompetent staff with new deal that offered & agreed only to get contract and some of elements have completely changed. Total shambles
