    @virginmedia You’ve now sent me the same unhelpful link about compensation 3 times. This will only compensate me if I have no service, and as I have a service (albeit 3mbps) this, as I’ve repeated several times, doesn’t help me. Another example of poor customer service

    @virginmedia i get it. Captalist country and therefore a fallacy to beleive we dont need you. You social media support responders are in jobs etc But really, VM broadband is a joke. Bring back telewest and the more personal service of old. #virginmediadown again

    @virginmedia right I’ve just about had enough of virgin customer services. Cancelled service on 10 December. Today find out account is live after logging in. On hold four times for over 45 minutes. Latest on hold for 1hr 19 minutes. Call gets answered then cut off! What the hell

    Lost my blue tick due to a banking error. I absolutely ******* hate virgin bank. Never had these issues when it was Yorkshire bank. Had virgin media payment bounce back for 3 months, octopus energy almost 2 month. Money went out then came back again. I didn't realise at the time.

    @virginmedia why is it when a contract ends you remove all previous offers instead of automatically giving the loyal customer the best offer you can do? Also why don't you contact the customer about it instead of just increasing their price by a large amount. What a joke.

    @virginmedia when are you going to fix our broadband. We have been without broadband for 6 days now. My partner offers online psychotherapy support for people with blood cancers and has had to cancel appointments because of this.

    @virginmedia VM r an absolute joke I am trying 2 switch back 2 sky & there is delay with the new broadband but VM won’t allow me 2 cancel the TV part & just keep broadband till sorted (end of my contract) & going 2 charge me ridiculous amount of £ - WONT EVER B HVING VM AGAIN
