    @virginmedia why is it when you request cancellation of service via phone and getting cut off mid call , then sending and email and also trying to chase via web chat which I also sent my request for cancellation and then move out two months later . They keep the account open 🤬

    @MartinSLewis After ten years as a customer with @virginmedia all i can advise anyone is to AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Upgraded to a phone I never received and now i'm stuck with a 24 month contract for a phone that's never been active. The worst customer service i've ever experienced. Leave now.

    @virginmedia I will attempt one more call (because the first five didn't exactly get me anywhere) Then after that, if it is not resolved... I'll be looking at alternative solutions to dispute the service received. Ironically, twitter team has already been much more helpful than on the phone

    @virginmedia my contract has run out so my discount ended and gone up to 67pm. I was offered same price and same package. why would I renew at that price when I could let it roll over. mentioned speed can come down if that reduces monthly cost but said it wouldnt

    @virginmedia Out of interest, how does VM determine the best deal possible deals should only go to new customers? I've spent the equivalent of two new customers over the past two years. What made my broadband service twice as expensive to provide? That's what disappointed me today.
