    @virginmedia right I’ve just about had enough of virgin customer services. Cancelled service on 10 December. Today find out account is live after logging in. On hold four times for over 45 minutes. Latest on hold for 1hr 19 minutes. Call gets answered then cut off! What the hell

    @virginmedia a new contract then told one would be sent in 24 hours and still waiting 3 days later! been on text message for over 6 hours this week! and today just keep getting terri triage bot!!!!! any chance of some help or do I have to be a new customer!!!!

    @MartinSLewis Virgin Media wifi been unstable since June 2020. Virgin Media never resolved the problem caused me to lose hundreds of £'s. Made me lose my PIP. Virgin made me pay double because they kept charging me twice most months. They've made me lose half my PC Guarantee

    @virginmedia time now 11:14pm and certain channels still aren’t working, things said they have recorded when they haven’t, search function also still not working code c133. I think a refund is due to a lot of customers 👎🏻👎🏻#virginmediadown

    @virginmedia Of course I already checked. The estimated fix time is now 8:06pm. That’s far too late and will completely disrupt my workday. I work from home and have already been without internet for 2 days. This situation is unbelievable and has caused me significant inconvenience!

    @MartinSLewis The only effective way to haggle is to just say you're cancelling. With car insurance particularly it's an annual timewasting ritual where they hike the renewal for no reason at all, you call to cancel and they immediately fold and come back with a better offer. Also works with Virginmedia when they make a tiny change to packages and hike them.

    @virginmedia what a terrible experience. At 66yrs old 4 calls to god knows where with limited English staff, expect me to crawl around checking cables, lied about outage and now given me a remote, can't up the volume and day 2 can't switch TV on. Appalling Customer Services.

    @gblondon1 @skytv @virginmedia Wish we had virgin in my area. Sky extortionate fees now, love sports, multi room and boys watch at uni so not really much choice. I believe their Sat contract runs out in a few years so will lose some of the service I currently get so will def leave then
