    You make mistakes in life. Going back to @virginmedia is one of my biggest. Internet is awful, can’t sign into the media service and the customer service is nonexistent. I advise you do not do it!!!

    @virginmedia Thank you I’m aware of your Code of Practice however I’m not impressed with response or 6 failed Call Centre attempts last week we were either cut off by CC staff or not even spoken to I’ve been a cable for over 25 years and this is the worst Customer Services ever
