    You make mistakes in life. Going back to @virginmedia is one of my biggest. Internet is awful, can’t sign into the media service and the customer service is nonexistent. I advise you do not do it!!!

    @virginmedia No nothing, just asked my name and account number then what my password was, I told her it was a new account and I hadn’t set up a password she told me if I couldn’t verify the password she had then she couldn’t help me and could only send me out a letter

    @virginmedia Thanks for your help. I’ve done all this, and I was waiting on the phone to speak to someone who could sort the issue, but there was no answer. I’d suggest you issue signal boosters with hubs as the signal isn’t strong enough in modern houses.

    @virginmedia It's not technical. It's a complaint about how much you charge for just Broadband. Resend the letter, that's all you need to do. Or, email me, like I asked. Again, this is not a technical issues.
