@virginmedia nothing but issues. 2G & 5G always stops working. Updates happens when ever it feels like. And every time I contact Virgin, it's like talking to a 6 year old.

@virginmedia our wifi drips out anything between 4 and 8 times a day. The app always says there are no issues. Getting pretty sick of it now. Looks like going back to @SkyUK is the only way.

@virginmedia So only total loss of service allows me compensation,just 7 days of really awful service including customer services, when asked about compensation and I query the criteria,throw a ‘sorry I can’t hear you’... Now that’s really awful customer service 😡

@virginmedia This has been going on for over week now. I’ve found it almost impossible to contact anyone from Virgin. Given the delay in fixing the problem, the difficulty reporting it and the amount of money I’m spending I would like to cancel my contract IMMEDIATELY.
