@virginmedia I cannot express just how disappointed I am with your service. My broadband has been dire for over a week now. Constantly dropping out, slow speeds and just not fit for purpose. First thing I’m doing is switching providers when this is all over. Never again virgin..

You make mistakes in life. Going back to @virginmedia is one of my biggest. Internet is awful, can’t sign into the media service and the customer service is nonexistent. I advise you do not do it!!!

@Pringwin @virginmedia The same treatment for me. Been with them for 10yrs - price increases and virtually no internet. In the end I cancelled my direct debit from the bank and will be leaving them in Feb. They are so stupid, even children have more common sense then they do
