    Anyone else really struggling with slow speeds over the last 10 days with @virginmedia. It's been spot on for 2 years now and then 10 days it seems something has happened. Lucky to get over 10Mb now 🙈

    @virginmedia Thank you I am going to try again via sales as managed to get through last night but was informed I need to speak to construction and they were closed. Complaint ref was/is C-030920566 Thanks for helping Mark

    @virginmedia your internet has been rubbish recently with varying speeds as low as 5mb 1 minute then 95mb the next! Now it’s gone down completely! On top of not being able to speak with anyone I don’t feel that your service is worth it! #rubbishservice

    @gwenllian47 @virginmedia Mine has been down most of today. Sometimes it will drop out for a few mins every half an hour. The only reason I haven’t cancelled is because no other provider can get anywhere near VM speeds. But if they don’t sort this I’ll simply get slower, cheaper internet

    @virginmedia Doesn’t seem to be issues with it now, but that was the fastest I got this morning. Just did another test on my iPhone - Ping 7ms Download 97Mbps Upload 12 Mbps But was struggling from 07:15-14:45.

    @virginmedia 1st appt rescheduled to 8 July only to be told repull needed. Earliest appt is 27th with install set for 28th. Surely you can help your new customers left waiting a month for internet? What can you do to help??
