Virgin will send a letter 2months backdated in 4 months wanting a response to allegation , minewhile oftcom close it as out of time .. literally virgin cost me a fortune damaging drive / lost work - promised refund never did

@virginmedia My direct debit failed I wasn’t sent a letter just got cut off I was then threatened to pay 3 months in advance new customers don’t even do that I put in a complaint no one called me back this was last week

Virgin Media are baffling. Internet has been dropping every 4-5 minutes for the last 4 hours. Down anywhere from 10 - 30 mins. Rang them up, told no local issue & after checks they want to book engineer in on Friday 12th. Enquired as to why no earlier appointments (1)
