    @virginmedia I’ve already raised a complaint. I spoke to someone in the Stage 2 complaints team who told me it’s being dealt with and, as already mentioned, a manager would call me back at 4.30 which didn’t happen. Can someone please sort this out?

    Had a real problem with Virgin media. Was paying this month's bill when Virgin had a problem as with its auto payment service and the payment couldn't be processed. I then tried again via their website and the payment went through......

    @virginmedia 6 days since moving to Virgin, we are having issues, the WiFi won't reach our outside cameras. After completing the troubleshooting guides + waiting for over an hour for a chat agent + 30 mins on the phone, we still haven't spoken to a human....not impressed

    @MartinSLewis Virgin Media wifi been unstable since June 2020. Virgin Media never resolved the problem caused me to lose hundreds of £'s. Made me lose my PIP. Virgin made me pay double because they kept charging me twice most months. They've made me lose half my PC Guarantee

This Audio description crap only happens with THE BIG BANG THEORY when all other programs on the same channel are fine ( NO AUDIO DESCRIPTION! ) 😡 This starting happening last week ???

    @virginmedia Yes, turned everything of and started again, but then I had to navigate through the awful menu to get back to the programme I had started watching, and it started from the beginning again, did not resume. If this is an improvement over the V6 box, someone is having a laugh.

    @Billymawa @PeteUK7 @virginmedia Same. I was asked “are you the account holder?” I said, no, she died. I was told they would only deal with the account holder. That was 6 years ago. Cancelled virgin and will never ever use it again.

    @virginmedia @rafthemaster Language barrier was a big problem. Not the advisors fault but trying to explain our issue has left us without a box for two weeks and a remote control sent out that we did not request or need. Any solution @virginmedia

    @JamieGBarry @virginmedia I was with them for twenty+ years since they took over from Telly West. They did exactly the same to me. Never again dropped them & managed to encourage family and friend's to do the same.
