Virgin will send a letter 2months backdated in 4 months wanting a response to allegation , minewhile oftcom close it as out of time .. literally virgin cost me a fortune damaging drive / lost work - promised refund never did

@virginmedia My direct debit failed I wasn’t sent a letter just got cut off I was then threatened to pay 3 months in advance new customers don’t even do that I put in a complaint no one called me back this was last week

@jules0455 @virginmedia We had no landline for 5 weeks,6 days..We just were told there was a problem at the exchange..But it seemed it was just our property..In the end Hubby told TalkTalk just what they could do,& it was resolved in 3 days...Very frustrating..Try to stay calm..💕x

@thegolfclub2012 set the console dns to be the ip of the virgin media hub....change the dns in the hub . If the hub allows you to change dns. ISP dns usually can be the best but if there is congestion then you will have issues. Another dns can help in congested times. but its trial and error

@virginmedia I don't really know what else to add. I have a cable but no hub, so no broadband. No one mentioned the supply issues on the phone when we signed up. Our engineer said there are importation issues with hubs which predate our install. This is misselling frankly.
