@virginmedia why is it when you request cancellation of service via phone and getting cut off mid call , then sending and email and also trying to chase via web chat which I also sent my request for cancellation and then move out two months later . They keep the account open 🤬

@virginmedia time now 11:14pm and certain channels still aren’t working, things said they have recorded when they haven’t, search function also still not working code c133. I think a refund is due to a lot of customers 👎🏻👎🏻#virginmediadown

@virginmedia I have had bad line (been a virgin customer >10 years). I was told they wouldn't change the router location to the middle of the house. Initially they said no fee for cancellation, i told them and gave them >30 days. Today told i have to pay fine.

I got so annoyed I spent 2 days on the phone to cancel Virgin Media. I had given up before. So you got more years of cash, but now never again.

@MrMMarsh @VodafoneUK @virginmedia Virgin Media is a fibre/cable service completely separate from normal BT phone lines, so you can only have it if your street is covered. The sign-up process should know if it's not available at your address and prevent you going ahead. 🤔
