    @virginmedia WHAT AN AWFUL SERVICE YOU ARE PROVIDING! Internet down over 1 hour, your automated service hangs up when saying it’s going to test my line and when I ring and go to ‘ want to leAve’ that’s a 10 min+ hang on phone Sort yourselves out Virgin Media😡

    @virginmedia So only total loss of service allows me compensation,just 7 days of really awful service including customer services, when asked about compensation and I query the criteria,throw a ‘sorry I can’t hear you’... Now that’s really awful customer service 😡

    @virginmedia our wifi drips out anything between 4 and 8 times a day. The app always says there are no issues. Getting pretty sick of it now. Looks like going back to @SkyUK is the only way.

    @virginmedia Now on day 67 - What an absolute JOKE this is. No one can give me resolution. Paying for a service that can not be used. **** Turpin wore a mask when he robbed people. Virgin media just pass you around people and say it will be sorted in 3-5 days.

    9 hours spent on the phone to @virginmedia this week alone after they mucked up house move, generated a bill 4 x normal amount and have no service. Yet after 2 hours on the phone today, going through ‘security’ 6 times, they hangup having resolved nothing. Time for work 🤯

    @virginmedia Honestly you lot are jokers. Offer me a package at 6pm Tuesday. Call back 11am today to accept offer. Only for you to add over a tenner to the package. Then when I say cancel at end of contract 10aug you say I gotta pay until 21 aug! I'm trying to save money in this climate!
