@virginmedia You’ve now sent me the same unhelpful link about compensation 3 times. This will only compensate me if I have no service, and as I have a service (albeit 3mbps) this, as I’ve repeated several times, doesn’t help me. Another example of poor customer service

@virginmedia I’ve spent over 2 hours on the phone and I lost count of people I’ve spoken to when I got to 12. That’s just today and this has gone on for weeks. Pretty sure you would’ve lost me as a very longstanding customer by the time 28 days is up.

@virginmedia Terrible service from you these last two weeks! I have spent more than 4hrs on the phone to Asian based O2, and Virgin call centres who never help or process things. Also Capita in South Africa… Why do you use foreign call centres if they cannot do the job!!

@Mattallwright 2 years on since I have been having trouble with Virgin Media (fingers crossed) they may have now get an uninterrupted supply after charging me late payments more than double my Media prices whilst as a Vulnerable Person they were awful

@virginmedia I’ve already raised a complaint. I spoke to someone in the Stage 2 complaints team who told me it’s being dealt with and, as already mentioned, a manager would call me back at 4.30 which didn’t happen. Can someone please sort this out?

@virginmedia have tried that and have had an automated message saying no humans are supporting any online conversations about queries , so that’s helpful . The online help is so much better than calling , I get nowhere with a phone call so now VM make it the only option

@terryhurleyuk @virginmedia Been holding on 2 calls, cut off after 15mins, then again after 60min. Now on wattsapp,quoted wait of 24hrs with the option to continue or not.Reckon if I wanted to upgrade there’d be all over me. Maybe unplug it, throw in bin & cancel payments. Poor poor service

@virginmedia @virginmedia the app is pretty useless, where can I log a complaint without calling in? My mobile runs off Wi-Fi so I can’t call the helpline, I keep getting disconnected. I want to log an online complaint every time I face service disruptions and use that as basis of cancelling
