    @virginmedia your internet has been rubbish recently with varying speeds as low as 5mb 1 minute then 95mb the next! Now it’s gone down completely! On top of not being able to speak with anyone I don’t feel that your service is worth it! #rubbishservice

    @virginmedia Yes, my issue is I agreed a £245 trade in value with £100 cash back included. I’ve had the £245 agreed for my old device and now you don’t want to pay me the cash back which is the only reason I upgraded early in the first place! #conmen
