    @virginmedia My approach is simply to contact my service provider who I pay a lot of money to and ask them to sort it. That hasn’t worked.

    @virginmedia @ifeelalright I have posted the same problem for weeks. Same cut and paste replies. Nobody takes ownership. Do they think we’re so dense we wouldn’t have restarted the router? I only want someone to check it. I can manage without both the moon and the stick it comes on!

    @virginmedia I’ve had total loss of service since 9am on 20/01/21, Fault Ref: F008753318. Today you sent me an email claiming this was fixed but it WASNT. You immediately raised it as a new fault with a new reference. Hope this is not to avoid @Ofcom Automatic Compensation Scheme

    @nosrepat @virginmedia I think an SNP MP has previously raised this in Parliament. If you can sign up for services online you should be afforded the right to cancel them online rather than call up & wait in a queue.
