If you can’t see the issue with this then you (Virgin Media) are the problem. I’m inclined to contact the ombudsman as you have sold me a service which you blatantly cannot provide or install.

Multiple engineer visits, senior engineer visits, call centre calls, new router and £160+ a month down the drain. I don’t want to switch provider but you’re not leaving me much option

I phoned on a Tuesday late afternoon and they booked a call out for the Thursday PM. They arrived on time and fitted the new Hub. I had no issues.

Carl S (@screwy73) reported@virginmedia I no its not a fault free service but your faults are very regular as i said 3 to 4 times a week compared to once in a blue moon on a BT line , and when i do a check nothing wrong with my line , so it must be my router which works fine till you have a fault 🙄
