@SamFitzAuthor @virginmedia Mine is £15 more. Who gets the money? 3.2 million customers. Customer service is abroad. They barely have any technicians. You have to install and troubleshoot by yourself. If it is a minimum a tenner per person that is at least 32 million quid.

@virginmedia so not only the virgin wifi has been out for almost 24 hours but @Virgin mobile 4g is not working. I did a speed test and I got 10 mbps download speed, 0.8 mbps upload speed and apparently they have good coverage in my area. WHAT A JOKE Time to switch #virginmobile

@Aklamio @virginmedia I contacted customer support. There was no support forthcoming and a very dismissive response. I suspect incognito mode prevents cookies working but I’m not aware there were stipulations on this when applying the code.
