@virginmedia why is it when you request cancellation of service via phone and getting cut off mid call , then sending and email and also trying to chase via web chat which I also sent my request for cancellation and then move out two months later . They keep the account open 🤬

@virginmedia call me back but they never do. I have also been promised call backs that never happen. Our contract ended many months ago and we have been put on an inflated price tariff but can’t get through to change the tariff! Or to leave. This is surely not a legal way to treat customers.
