    @virginmedia I’ve spent over 2 hours on the phone and I lost count of people I’ve spoken to when I got to 12. That’s just today and this has gone on for weeks. Pretty sure you would’ve lost me as a very longstanding customer by the time 28 days is up.

    @virginmedia time now 11:14pm and certain channels still aren’t working, things said they have recorded when they haven’t, search function also still not working code c133. I think a refund is due to a lot of customers 👎🏻👎🏻#virginmediadown

    @virginmedia I’ve sorted the issue. But now there’s no way of cancelling the engineer! Can’t get through on phone. Appointment isn’t showing on their account, so can’t cancel there. WhatsApp is useless - been waiting for an Agent to be available since about 1pm!

    Three men have been killed in three separate crashes on Ireland’s roads over the past 24 hours. Gardaí and emergency services attended the scene of a fatal two-car crash at Ballymagan in Co Donegal last night after 9pm, where a man in his 20s died. Three others were taken to hospital for treatment of non-life-threatening injuries. An hour earlier in Cork, Gardaí attended a fatal crash involving a jeep and a motorcycle on the N20 at Ballyhea, where a motorcyclist died at the scene.     @virginmedia It’s been nearly 2 weeks now. Drop ops/low speeds are still continuing in s63. I keep getting texts saying you’ve identified the problem and sending someone out, but all that happens is you change date of when it’ll be fixed, but fix it you have not!
