    @virginmedia why is it when you request cancellation of service via phone and getting cut off mid call , then sending and email and also trying to chase via web chat which I also sent my request for cancellation and then move out two months later . They keep the account open 🤬

    @virginmedia I go through the same checks (as others do in the locality) reports indicate no issues and yet I (and others) have poor or non existent connection. Virgin state they will only send an engineer if lots of people have an issue. Exactly what is the threshold to sort out this?
