    @virginmedia we done that, all connections are in to the box, your company network thinks that we are connected via router this not so, but has a cable run into the house.

    Any @virginmedia customers out there who’ve been landed a price increase - just ring them on 03454541111 and the automated service immediately offers you a £4.50 pm discount for 6 months = £27 of savings. Bit of a weird way of doing business but obvs hope many just suck it up. 👍

    @virginmedia any reason why you still haven’t fixed our phone lines? Been down for 3 months now so I’ll be expecting a reimbursement. Also expect a reimbursement due to the fact your failing to supply the minimum download speed

    @virginmedia I’ve already raised a complaint. I spoke to someone in the Stage 2 complaints team who told me it’s being dealt with and, as already mentioned, a manager would call me back at 4.30 which didn’t happen. Can someone please sort this out?

    @virginmedia @YodelOnline again day 3 of waiting for package spoke on webchat kept getting told its coming today + check tracking but tracking saying was delivered yesterday! another day wasted and taken off work yodel please help! I just need to know its coming today and a time

    @virginmedia A number of times. But let’s be honest, they’re nothing but messengers. There is no escalation, and they can’t even call the construction company to escalate issues. As someone who has worked within many projects teams, and mapped business processes, yours is simply shocking

    @virginmedia hiya, another night of constant router/connection restarts and problems. Multiple engineer visits, senior engineer visits, call centre calls, new router and £160+ a month down the drain. I don’t want to switch provider but you’re not leaving me much option

    @virginmedia you are an absolute shambles and that’s me being polite .... countless amounts of calls, hours on end of holding on the line and trying to resolve a very simple issue and it is STILL not resolved ..I am beyond frustrated now and will never ever use you again

    @soarizard @elliviant Tbf mine is usually about £125, rn it’s down to like £76 but I also have tv package with Virgin Media. I have all the sports channels and so I do pay a lot, but I’m not sure how much my broadband is separately! But yes, mine WHEELY fast 🤘🏻🤓

    Post-mortems are due to be carried out today on the bodies of five teenagers who died in a head-on collision on the M9 in Co Kildare in the early hours of yesterday morning. Gardaí say their car was driving the wrong way down the motorway when the crash happened.
