    @virginmedia your internet has been rubbish recently with varying speeds as low as 5mb 1 minute then 95mb the next! Now it’s gone down completely! On top of not being able to speak with anyone I don’t feel that your service is worth it! #rubbishservice

    Anyone else really struggling with slow speeds over the last 10 days with @virginmedia. It's been spot on for 2 years now and then 10 days it seems something has happened. Lucky to get over 10Mb now 🙈

    Had a real problem with Virgin media. Was paying this month's bill when Virgin had a problem as with its auto payment service and the payment couldn't be processed. I then tried again via their website and the payment went through......

    @virginmedia I have tried multiple things... port forwarding, port triggering, disable/enable UPnP. I have split the bands as well so the 2 GHz and 5 GHz bands have separate channels to try and help with traffic. I’ve even set up a static IP address but nothing increases the mbps speeds. 2/2

    @virginmedia Honestly. For the amount and what I pay for it’s an absolute joke to be getting download speeds of 9mbps and upload of 2.4mbps. Your service is an absolute joke

    @virginmedia The information about outage was from the person I spoke to, not an automated message. As I had previously been given a false explanation for the fault on my TiVo, I do not know what is going on or how to clarify it.

    So my first experience of @virginmedia in my first home was terrible and I will probably be cancelling... Randomly cancel my hardware order and give me NO date to reschedule meaning I'm now completely without internet and have no idea when I'll get it. Good first impression!

    @virginmedia You can tell it's the weekend when your SONOS speaker is not able to stream radio on a consistent basis, due to intermittent internet problems, which I reported two weeks ago, got a visit on the following Wednesday, got told the installation was poor and left.

    @virginmedia Funnily enough it’s both.. wired is 40 mbps but stable and WiFi is around 45 but with signal dropouts. Sometimes my family have to turn the WiFi off on their phone and then back on. PlayStation lags when both PlayStation’s are on at the same time and streams buffer some days 1/2
