    @virginmedia A number of times. But let’s be honest, they’re nothing but messengers. There is no escalation, and they can’t even call the construction company to escalate issues. As someone who has worked within many projects teams, and mapped business processes, yours is simply shocking

    @O2 There’s really no point as nothing ever changes! And when Virgin Media goes down (which happens far too often) I have zero means of communication. The price hike was the last straw really - time to move to another provider.

    @virginmedia We have an outage and you've sent me and email after waiting 3 days for my services,no internet,TV or phone. Kept saying it will be the next day but today to tell everyone in BS16 Bristol that it won't be fixed until the 10th of July. it's not good enough rip off

    @virginmedia Installed 360. What genius decided all the channels I'm not subscribed to will appear as blank screens when I'm channel hopping and how do I make it stop? If that's a deliberate design feature it's awful.

    @virginmedia hi our wifi has been intermittent and slow all week and is now once again not working. Can't even get on to your website. Seems to be local to SE27 as my neighbours also have the same problem. Can we please get this fixed?
