    @Mattallwright 2 years on since I have been having trouble with Virgin Media (fingers crossed) they may have now get an uninterrupted supply after charging me late payments more than double my Media prices whilst as a Vulnerable Person they were awful

    @virginmedia I’ve already raised a complaint. I spoke to someone in the Stage 2 complaints team who told me it’s being dealt with and, as already mentioned, a manager would call me back at 4.30 which didn’t happen. Can someone please sort this out?

    @virginmedia Actually that’s wrong, I received an email to advise that the complaint had been resolved and had to respond saying it hasn’t. What hope is there when you can’t even get a complaint right?

    After 20 years of being with @virginmedia and Telewest before that, I’ve finally decided to jump ship. Broadband has been horrendous for a couple of weeks and constant issues. 😔. #TimeforaChange

    @virginmedia I had already look at this page previously. And when we have issues there is no indication on what it could be, I. E the *********** light is in as if its connected

    @virginmedia You’ve now sent me the same unhelpful link about compensation 3 times. This will only compensate me if I have no service, and as I have a service (albeit 3mbps) this, as I’ve repeated several times, doesn’t help me. Another example of poor customer service

    @virginmedia I’ve spent over 2 hours on the phone and I lost count of people I’ve spoken to when I got to 12. That’s just today and this has gone on for weeks. Pretty sure you would’ve lost me as a very longstanding customer by the time 28 days is up.

    @virginmedia Terrible service from you these last two weeks! I have spent more than 4hrs on the phone to Asian based O2, and Virgin call centres who never help or process things. Also Capita in South Africa… Why do you use foreign call centres if they cannot do the job!!

    @virginmedia I’ve sorted the issue. But now there’s no way of cancelling the engineer! Can’t get through on phone. Appointment isn’t showing on their account, so can’t cancel there. WhatsApp is useless - been waiting for an Agent to be available since about 1pm!

    @virginmedia Hi VM, I ordered a replacement remote control for my TIVO box. Just realised that was a couple of months ago but it never came. When trying online again it says as I’ve had one within six months I can’t order another. Please check that the first was ever sent, thanks

    @virginmedia 6 days since moving to Virgin, we are having issues, the WiFi won't reach our outside cameras. After completing the troubleshooting guides + waiting for over an hour for a chat agent + 30 mins on the phone, we still haven't spoken to a human....not impressed

    @virginmedia internet has been so intermittent over the last week i am not happy. I have limited internet again this morning, no wifi and no phone signal to call. When i call from my landline i get there is an issue but my service status says its fine!!! 3 people home working.

    I spent an hour waiting to speak to someone at @virginmedia to cancel my contract. When I told them I'm absolutely not paying to cancel a service I never received, they hung up on me. So, what now, report them to @Ofcom? This isn't broadband, it's fraudband.

    @virginmedia Yes it says there is a fault but nothing else…… its getting stupid now. I haven’t had many issues but this is joke over the last week. Can you advise me at all of what the issue is and any advance on timing?

    @virginmedia Only the power button is on. I'd also like to point out that we've never been able to get internet access upstairs with your garbage fire broadband, and we have to reset the TV box every time we want to use Netflix.
