@jules0455 @virginmedia We had no landline for 5 weeks,6 days..We just were told there was a problem at the exchange..But it seemed it was just our property..In the end Hubby told TalkTalk just what they could do,& it was resolved in 3 days...Very frustrating..Try to stay calm..💕x

Virgin will send a letter 2months backdated in 4 months wanting a response to allegation , minewhile oftcom close it as out of time .. literally virgin cost me a fortune damaging drive / lost work - promised refund never did

@virginmedia My direct debit failed I wasn’t sent a letter just got cut off I was then threatened to pay 3 months in advance new customers don’t even do that I put in a complaint no one called me back this was last week

@virginmedia Hi, not really. She couldn't really understand my complaint and wanted to send an engineer to help install it! Apparently a manager wasn't available to speak to but would call me in 24hrs. I'm not having any better luck with my upgrade on my mobile either, they didn't call back.
