    @virginmedia hiya, another night of constant router/connection restarts and problems. Multiple engineer visits, senior engineer visits, call centre calls, new router and £160+ a month down the drain. I don’t want to switch provider but you’re not leaving me much option

    @virginmedia still no connectivity at all for me in SS0. Running a successful ISP should also surely include upda ting customers when issues arrise. Internet connectivity in this day and age is a utility, not a nice to have. #virginmediadown

    Virgin media are awful renewed my contract for 18 months at £55.25 and the try charging you double the price second month and triple third month so far on call to the third person as SCOTT the first person was useless and rude none of them have a clue😡

    @virginmedia There is definitely an outage somewhere as I’m not the only one on my street with a problem. Virgin’s inability/unwillingness to complete any meaningful triage & troubleshooting before Wednesday is the real problem though.
