    @virginmedia I cannot express just how disappointed I am with your service. My broadband has been dire for over a week now. Constantly dropping out, slow speeds and just not fit for purpose. First thing I’m doing is switching providers when this is all over. Never again virgin..

    @virginmedia There are no faults in my area. The issue is likely to be with the router as the 2.4ghz works consistently on other devices.

    @virginmedia Hi Virgin. Still missing channels since came back on line. Called your help desk..going to send an engineer again.on line test says some issuse not resolved. Your help desk not interested in this. So big question is do I need and engineer or is the dault not fully resloved. Mmmmm

    @VirginMediaCorp absolutely disgusted with how my pensioner parents have been treated by virgin media. Forced to take out unnecessary contracts and then ignored and lied to. No contact and continue to take their money. Terrible complaints department!

    The message I received contained data only Virgin Media were aware of and presented from a virgin media source and asked me to call a non Virgin Media number, so clearly you have a leak that you need to track down. I was told that this could not be escalated so, yes, I'm worried

    @virginmedia I fixed it after the technician messed up my hub settings by passing my 3rd party router which wasn't helpful. Told me some crap about too many cabled connections to the virgin hub even though only one wired connection was connected

    @virginmedia no the red button on 503 is still not working. Can you let me know why this isn’t given it has in the past but hasn’t for over a month? Why do you expect customers to pay for things we can’t access and get away with it? It’s unacceptable.

    @virginmedia I rang up to discuss my parents very old set that only has a SCART lead and one of your customer service team said you only change a set if there’s a fault! The box is 20 years old! Well! Her tv has gone now and they have a smart tv that won’t work with this old set!
