    @virginmedia @nickgooner80 I wanna know why my broadband has been all day! I do not want to be paying for a service I cannot use!!!!!! 🤬🤬 I have a bored 6 year old. SORT IT OUT!!! And I can’t check my service status as I can’t access the internet even on my 4G or the virgin media app.

    @simon_perreira @virginmedia Go with @NOWTV bruv.. never had a major problem with their service and you get a few tv channels thrown in as well.. when ever there has been a outside problem it been sorted in days.. oh and it def be 💯 cheaper than @virginmedia #Cowboys

    @virginmedia Done that and no they won’t , I have been told it’s internal feed back and I won’t be informed of the outcome . So how does that help me .No apology ,offered £20 off my final bill by manager in collections which has not been applied . I rest my case appalling customer service .
