Really disappointed. Been a customer for over 20 years and can’t get any decent pricing to reduce to broadband only or reduce channels. Our tv boxes are years out of date and not updated. Phone line didn’t work for several of the years @virginmedia #noloyaltytocustomers

@mrgreybeard2014 @virginmedia Because that advisor doesn't want to take a hit on his/her target. Customer service is an absolute joke. Phone line busy, WhatsApp service never get back to you and website keeps saying "oops" error.
