Any @virginmedia customers out there who’ve been landed a price increase - just ring them on 03454541111 and the automated service immediately offers you a £4.50 pm discount for 6 months = £27 of savings. Bit of a weird way of doing business but obvs hope many just suck it up. 👍

@virginmedia Of course I've tried. Complaint button takes to page not found. The chatbot says its handing me to an agent -that was an hour ago & no agent has appeared. These systems are put in place to foil any attempt to make a complaint in writing. Phone operators just apologise then lie.
