    @simon_perreira @virginmedia Go with @NOWTV bruv.. never had a major problem with their service and you get a few tv channels thrown in as well.. when ever there has been a outside problem it been sorted in days.. oh and it def be 💯 cheaper than @virginmedia #Cowboys

    @virginmedia hiya, another night of constant router/connection restarts and problems. Multiple engineer visits, senior engineer visits, call centre calls, new router and £160+ a month down the drain. I don’t want to switch provider but you’re not leaving me much option

    @virginmedia Virgin Broadband has been so bad these past few weeks. No option to register a loss of service, apparently internet that barely works is considered service, so you have to pay for it anyway. Can we have 1 week where there isnt a fault your engineers have to fix?

    @virginmedia You’ve now sent me the same unhelpful link about compensation 3 times. This will only compensate me if I have no service, and as I have a service (albeit 3mbps) this, as I’ve repeated several times, doesn’t help me. Another example of poor customer service

    @virginmedia service status says there's no issue in ol4 however devices are unable to assign themselves a DNS address via DCHP. Devices seem to work while using Google dns instead of VM DNS. Can you confirm if this is an issue?

    @virginmedia your customer service is shocking. I have 3 active complaints and no response. I have been lied to by your staff and have spent hours trying to resolve this issue. It is shameful how you treat customers.
