You make mistakes in life. Going back to @virginmedia is one of my biggest. Internet is awful, can’t sign into the media service and the customer service is nonexistent. I advise you do not do it!!!

@virginmedia Thanks, my internet disconnects when me and my wife are both at work. Usually when we are both in meetings however this happens when one of us are in a meeting. We’ve had this issue before and we were told upgrading to 200 mbps internet would solve it. But no luck
