You make mistakes in life. Going back to @virginmedia is one of my biggest. Internet is awful, can’t sign into the media service and the customer service is nonexistent. I advise you do not do it!!!

Over four weeks down in September and now our landline is off again. Two engineers have failed to resolve the problem and communication is as before made quite deliberately impossible @virginmedia @VirginMediaCorp not good enough.
