    @virginmedia it took my neighbour over 2 hours on phone but an engineer is coming today, taking 4 days for this is dreadful service

    @virginmedia So only total loss of service allows me compensation,just 7 days of really awful service including customer services, when asked about compensation and I query the criteria,throw a ‘sorry I can’t hear you’... Now that’s really awful customer service 😡

    Virgin media - your automated service has a flaw, it just repeats the same message, ‘ no faults found’, when there is a fault, like my internet is giving 2Mb download right now

    @virginmedia WHAT AN AWFUL SERVICE YOU ARE PROVIDING! Internet down over 1 hour, your automated service hangs up when saying it’s going to test my line and when I ring and go to ‘ want to leAve’ that’s a 10 min+ hang on phone Sort yourselves out Virgin Media😡

    @virginmedia our wifi drips out anything between 4 and 8 times a day. The app always says there are no issues. Getting pretty sick of it now. Looks like going back to @SkyUK is the only way.

    @virginmedia To be honest I started a webchat at 10:15 yesterday morning, someone came back at 11:15 this morning. I said I wanted to reduce my bill and even gave you the competitor price. The person started talking about better service from virgin but it took 24 hours to respond. Seriously

    @butcher809 @virginmedia It’s the O2 merger that’s killed it, they were always the worst for speeds and now virgins using their masts now we all get to suffer too. Definitely gonna avoid in the future, useless customer support too

    @virginmedia I have a problem with your company. Someone has ordered a quick starter kit using my mobile number. No-one at Virgin Media is prepared to resolve this problem. Today I have spoken to five different advisers and have been disconnected twice. Not impressed

    Sorely disappointed in @virginmedia’s customer services!! My parents have been without Wi-Fi since October 7 and they rely on Wi-Fi to work from home and keep in contact with family. Totally unacceptable. They’ve been told the repair won’t be completed until end of November.
