    @virginmedia This seems to be the standard message coming from Virgin Media. “Computer says no”. If you can’t see the issue with this then you (Virgin Media) are the problem. I’m inclined to contact the ombudsman as you have sold me a service which you blatantly cannot provide or install.

    @virginmedia My monthly in contract price is going up by £9.00 by May. However, in the email it says that I can cancel before March 2023(without any fees) when I ring to cancel I get told I have to pay cancellation fee??? Explain?
