@virginmedia Actually that’s wrong, I received an email to advise that the complaint had been resolved and had to respond saying it hasn’t. What hope is there when you can’t even get a complaint right?

@virginmedia You’ve now sent me the same unhelpful link about compensation 3 times. This will only compensate me if I have no service, and as I have a service (albeit 3mbps) this, as I’ve repeated several times, doesn’t help me. Another example of poor customer service

@Mattallwright 2 years on since I have been having trouble with Virgin Media (fingers crossed) they may have now get an uninterrupted supply after charging me late payments more than double my Media prices whilst as a Vulnerable Person they were awful

@virginmedia Terrible service from you these last two weeks! I have spent more than 4hrs on the phone to Asian based O2, and Virgin call centres who never help or process things. Also Capita in South Africa… Why do you use foreign call centres if they cannot do the job!!

@virginmedia Hi VM, I ordered a replacement remote control for my TIVO box. Just realised that was a couple of months ago but it never came. When trying online again it says as I’ve had one within six months I can’t order another. Please check that the first was ever sent, thanks

@virginmedia I’ve already raised a complaint. I spoke to someone in the Stage 2 complaints team who told me it’s being dealt with and, as already mentioned, a manager would call me back at 4.30 which didn’t happen. Can someone please sort this out?

@virginmedia I’ve spent over 2 hours on the phone and I lost count of people I’ve spoken to when I got to 12. That’s just today and this has gone on for weeks. Pretty sure you would’ve lost me as a very longstanding customer by the time 28 days is up.

@virginmedia 6 days since moving to Virgin, we are having issues, the WiFi won't reach our outside cameras. After completing the troubleshooting guides + waiting for over an hour for a chat agent + 30 mins on the phone, we still haven't spoken to a human....not impressed

@s8mb virgin media are asking for 80 a month again from us from March when I'll have to phone them up and threaten to cancel again to get it back down to 50 for another year on a no cancellation contract. broached the subject of binning off BBC / VM etc with other half. Nope.

@virginmedia why is it when you cancel your virgin media and its meant to end tomo you send next months bill. I had to spend 1hr 45 mins on the phone to cancel it as well. Its like I never phoned in the first place Won’t be paying that new bill won’t miss the customer service.
