You make mistakes in life. Going back to @virginmedia is one of my biggest. Internet is awful, can’t sign into the media service and the customer service is nonexistent. I advise you do not do it!!!

@virginmedia I think I have found the problem. The router disconnected earlier today (~13:45). Somehow, it set the SSID back to its original name without me knowing, so it was there all along. Thanks for reaching out though 👍🏻
