    @virginmedia I cancelled in March when I moved out. They didn’t cancel. I cancelled again in August and got told I’d receive a refund for April-August Yesterday I received another bill through and no refund. Today I spent 3 hours on the phone again to be told they won’t refund me anything

    @virginmedia Resent again and still no response. This is an absolute joke. What kind of company is this? My Nan is paying out £25 a month for her emergency button that isn’t working. You are leaving a vulnerable 91 year old with no help. It was working before the phone had to be changed! 😡

    In this case, I'm afraid @virginmedia just lost a customer. You wasted over an hour of my time on a call that should have taken no time at all, and it's less inconvenience to find an alternative provider than to go through the rigamarole of changing a name and a DD with you.

    Hey @virginmedia, my brother is having a real problem with a split port bringing his mobile number over from Tesco. Been 2 weeks and he still can't receive calls and the old Tesco SIM is still active. Just tried a replacement SIM from you, still no fix. Need some help here.
