    @virginmedia I hope you are going to compensate people for these issues. Mines been like this for weeks so much so that I thought it was the super hub. Looks like I may leave I’m June service is awful

    You make mistakes in life. Going back to @virginmedia is one of my biggest. Internet is awful, can’t sign into the media service and the customer service is nonexistent. I advise you do not do it!!!

    @virginmedia There are no faults in my area. The issue is likely to be with the router as the 2.4ghz works consistently on other devices.

    @virginmedia majority of my channels stopped working, picture and sound very distorted about an hour ago, tried rebooting etc still not working. Tried ringing but your too busy and call cuts off 😡

    @virginmedia my husband has been on WhatsApp with you since 15.10….2.5 hours later still waiting to get through to change our package. I bet if we wanted to upgrade he wouldn’t have had to wait all this time!! This is disgusting customer service. Roll on Truspeed!

    @virginmedia I would like to sort all the issues, but nobody at VM wants to take it on! Hanging up is easier, it keeps your customers "out of the Inbox" and in the "All too difficult pile!" I will not breach my security by discussing details over this system (as was proposed by VM before).

    @virginmedia Thank you for your valiant efforts, realise down to your CEO and managers that you are understaffed to deliver the customer service you would like to ... Hoping that O2 merger might help as historically they out more funds into customer service
