You make mistakes in life. Going back to @virginmedia is one of my biggest. Internet is awful, can’t sign into the media service and the customer service is nonexistent. I advise you do not do it!!!

@virginmedia Well considering I can't get access to there I've no idea. Last straw in reality, replacement box is a dud, I had to buy a €30 adaptor to get it to work on tv. Quality is appalling. No word from anyone when I sent in a complaint

@virginmedia The fix time is too long problem started before 10am this morning its now 1:20 pm most of my works online. Its my husbands only day off he cant even get his racing on to watch cos the tv channels are down. Its not just today though its constantly 3 or 4 times a fortnight.
