    @virginmedia absolute disgraceful service. WiFi went off Sunday. Engineer came Wednesday and said it was fixed. Neighbours WiFi off. Came today messed with a box on the street and now it’s off again. Customer service said they’ll come again Monday. A week with no WiFi!

    A friendly engineer from @virginmedia unexpectedly came round today. - looked at bbband issue, ran some tests, waited for said time of normal bband crash. Nothing happened. Leaves, 15 mins later - outage occurs! Ring him, tells me spoken to network people and is following up.

    @virginmedia It saying my postcode is invalid for some reason. A neighbour has said his is down too apparently a virgin team have cut through the fibre whilst doing repairs. Nobody can come till Saturday which is a joke I have 2 young children 1 that cant access her schoolwork. Nightmare.

    I spoke to a helpful engineer from @virginmedia on Wednesday afternoon. Got a text confirming a visit on Thursday 12-4pm, then #virginmediafail no one turned up. No improvement of service. #virginmedia.

    @virginmedia my WiFi is so poor and only getting half of what I should. Also the WiFi is non existent in the kitchen. Never had this problem with @skytv broadband. Poor.

    @virginmedia 1/2 OK do you have a direct number for customer care at Virgin Mobile. I placed an order on Friday everything went through fine no issues due to be delivered yesterday I got an email with a time then followed by a message that then order was recalled
