    @virginmedia Your extremely bad service. Who can I speak to please? I was on to your customer service team fro 2 hours yesterday and no one seems to know what they’re doing. Someone was supposed to call me back at 10am this morning but that’s not happened either. Whole thing is a car crash.

    @virginmedia when your marketing team ring you and tell you that you have internet issues, advised I didn’t have any issues and the rude call handler just hung up. Rang from 01484313420. Not the best reflection for the company is it.

    @virginmedia I'm not typing out everything, having repeated myself for the last four months. See a/c 594717402 (area ref 20) for details. Customer service promised to call 30 mins after our latest conversation today. No call, 7 hours and counting. Just send the cheques!

    @virginmedia Why do you make it so easy to take my/customers money, so easy to join but the simple act of asking for a contract renewal cancellation requires blood and ink. Utter dishonest practice.sort it out or i will raise a complaint and contact the communications ombudsman
